Leaving one star because you have to pick at least one.My family has always used GE and like them however they didn't have a medication my son and I both take. They said we might want to see if another store had it. I transfered mine first. So I ask the doctor to call my son's into Rite Aid. I get confirmation they did except Rite Aid said they didn't. So next day contact doctor who says Rite Aid has it. Call Rite Aid again who says it's out of stock they will have it in two days. Don't hear from them again so I call. It's now been an entire week. The pharmacist says he doesn't have a prescription for my son that he hasn't had one filled since 2017. I said wait a min you didn't have it. The doctor said you did. Them you have it but it's out of stock. Now you don't have it again? He then says it's a controlled substance and that he is reserving it for other customers that go there on a regular basis. I said how do you know what it is if you don't have it? He then tried to say he was saying they were out of it. I said no you said he hasn't had anything filled since 2017. You were talking about the medication. He repeated about not being a customer. I said you didn't do that for my medication. I haven't been here either. He is lying. Worst customer care ever. This isn't a life or death medication but a medication that is needed nonetheless.If you are not a regular customer so not go. You're considered second class and your medication will sit on the shelf just in case someone else needs it.

Lately they have not been getting prescriptions ready when they promise, currently it’s 15 minutes after open and they are not open. Every time i come here it’s a terrible experience, time to switch pharmacies

I had the most joyful smile from an employee at Rite Aid in Vermilion. it was when I really needed it. Store is such a good experience everytime I go. Pharmacy makes you their personal family. They know and remember you name and needs.

Im from out of town here visiting family and contracted a nasty head/chest cold and couldn’t stop coughing despite having taken over the counter cough syrup all afternoon. Stopped in to this RITE AID and let pharmacist on duty Elliot Rhodes know my problem. He suggested two different remedies one on the shelves and one behind the pharmacy counter and told me how to use them. I’m now resting comfortably and haven’t had a coughing attack in a couple of hours. Hoping I’ll be feeling semi normal again by tomorrow. He was a consummate professional and I want to thank him for his timely assistance! I’m so grateful!

I used to love coming here when I was growing up but unfortunately customer service has really changed. I sent my fiancé to drop off prescriptions for my daughter and the women he spoke with was extremely rude and made it seem like an inconvenience that she had to do her job. I personally have had this same experience a few weeks back. We will unfortunately not be returning.

Just went to pick up my script a little after 7pm on Friday. Pharmacy was closed. Supposed to be open until 9. Also signed up for text alerts and didn't receive that either according to the Tech., I had multiple profiles?!

I changed pharmacy recently and am glad I did NOT choose Rite Aid in Vermilion. The pharmacist who gave me a Janssen booster was very SNARKY when I asked to see the vial for the vaccine. Poor customer service!!

rude services and the blonde head lady and with short hair was extremely rude and told me my stuff wasn’t there so i went to drug mart through a hassle just to come back and the gentleman working there was phenomenal and patient i can’t believe the service that is allow to go through there
