This Goodwill is always pretty organized and cleanly. They appear to get a good stock of donations as there are a good variety of items whenever I go. Don’t find many puzzles usually, but that is of course dependent on the community. Sizes are separated well and prices are easy to find on items. Staff is friendly. I usually leave with goodies at this location.

This is a decently organized and moderately clean Goodwill. I have been to many Goodwill's, and this is my favorite one. I make sure to stop by every time I am in town. The staff is always nice and pleasant and always offer their help every time I have gone. The only complaint I could say is the majority of the customers are usually jerks that go. Keep up the great work, and see you guys soon!

Usually my family and I have a good experience here, but the last time was not. One of the employees was downright rude. She kept coming over to the section we were at for some reason, not acknowledging us in any way except to make it known we were in her way. We felt very uncomfortable .I tried to smile at her and be friendly, to no avail. She was more than happy to be friendly to a man in the same section. We happily left a full cart.

One of the best stores I go too.Gale is my favorite employ there ! All the employees and manager are very good and very professional. I just wish you guys would open at 9 AM again so I can shop there more frequently.

one star for one simple reason.the racks are so packed i cant actually shop for clothes.ive never looked at the skirts, shorts, pants, or jackets. i occasionally look at shirts.today was the first time i was able to look through the shirts. ALTHOUGH with the like eight people working their at one time.the one rack i was physically able to shop at, there was a very nice lady filling it up to the brim with more clothes, too the point were i couldnt even find the stuff i was looking for 5 minutes prior.because i wasnt physically able to find what i was looking for, because i couldnt actually look through the racks any longer.you are literally losing money by keeping too much product on the racks.

Always clean and organized. Staff helpful and friendly. Manager Diane is always making sure things are organized and easy to find. Appears to really appreciate the job her staff does. Will shop again when in town. By far my favorite Goodwill in Ohio. Prices at all Goodwills, Salvation Army, etc. Are getting a higher for a second hand store. But that isn't the empolyees/manages fault. It is corporate who determines prices.

The store is filthy and the racks are so overstuffed that you cannot even look through them. I have never personally had any issues with the employees or manager, but have witnessed the manager being very rude and disrespectful to a customer when it was not needed. I definitely think this store has potential though. If the good merchandise would stop walking out the door with employees and with a deep clean, this place would definitely bring in more money.

I understand it’s donated goods but that doesn’t mean the premises shouldn’t be cleaned. The floors were filthy. It doesn’t say much for the vermillion community. There are many goodwill stores that are clean and well kept and easy to shop. This one makes you feel like you need to wash your hands when leaving. Maybe needs new management ?

The selection and prices are getting better. Some stuff is way overpriced but I’ve found some really good deals on some nice items too. It is a smaller store but they keep adding new shelves of merch over the years to expand.

Friendly staff. Clean store. A great place to get overpriced donations for prices higher than garage sales! I recently found a used snorkel and flipper set with the original sticker ($49). They wanted $30 for it! They live off the name and their old business model, but they really jacked up the prices, which is strange because they already provided so much.

The staff is pleasant enough. I just wish the GoodWill would sort their clothes BY COLOR, like the Salvation Army does. It's easier to peruse, and it's more pleasing to the eye!

I tought it was very clean. I actually was happy to see plus size clothes in 4x and 5x sizes! I definitely will be checking back in and often.

$20 for a used blanket..... seriously 😳The prices here have gone through the roof!I don’t donate items so that folks who can afford new items buy them...... this is a second hand store with Midway Mall prices.Absolutely SHAMEFUL

My last three trips (probably more) have left me disgusted. The racks are overstuffed and the shelves and shoe areas are a mess. I told myself I would not go back...and gave it another try this morning...no improvement.

Always picked through by every employee regardless what they say, if it is nice, most likely it will not make it to the floor, and if it does it will be priced 3x what it is worth. Its a circus, plus poorly paid employees.
