Fireland's staff is super friendly and very helpful! Tina was my salesperson and she was great! She even made herself available on her day off. I really enjoyed working with her. Sean was also very helpful when going through the financial piece. At one point, I experienced a quote for interest rates and Firelands experienced a different quote from the same institution. When brought to their attention, Sean and Storm worked to get me the best rate possible. Firelands is very Family Oriented!

It’s been awhile since I bought a car from them. (A few months) I cannot quite remember the name of my sales representative. But she was so kind and so personable !! We found the car on true car… the price, mileage, literally everythingAbout the car was perfect. The only issue was we lived all the way in MISSOURI!!! We called and put a deposit down for the car and made a trip!! (10 hour trip) when we arrived we were greeted by almost the whole entire team! We test drove the car. Fell more in love with it. And we went through all the nitty gritty of buying the car! They offered us food and water too! It was probably the BEST dealership experience I ever had! 10/10 recommend this place for anyone locally and even far away who is looking for a new car. They are all very personable, kind, and friendly!! My hubby and I made the right choice driving 10 hours to them!

Even though it takes a bit longer. Great waiting area, everyone is very friemdly and accomodating. I think I fell asleep in the waiting room and the associate told,me that happens. He apologized for the wait but said I'm ready. They washed and dried my car topped off all my fluids. Even the windshield wiper fluid which has been empty for months. I would recommend anyone to go here for oil changes and any other service.
