They do exactly what we ask and they won't upcharge you after the fact. Good value considering the price of everything else.They don't accept credit cards so bring cash or a check.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Very rude, disrespectful, and condescending customer service over the phone because they were asked a simple question about pricing and going off about things that are completely irrelevant to the question. We've taken our dogs there for years, but never will again. So unless you enjoy being treated like a toddler, do not pay any bit of money to these people to deal with your animals.

They always do such a great job! We have 3 large dogs and wether it’s simply a nail trim or a full groom my boys always look fabulous! Very professional and great service. And the dogs love to go there. 5+ stars!!!

George was so personable and I loved his demeanor toward my dogs. Only had nail trims done but he not only trimmed them but smoothed out their nails and trimmed up their hair between their pads. Very pleased, we will be repeat customers!!

Both of the owners are fabulous with my dog, and take care of him as if he was their own. They take their time going the extra mile to ensure both the safety and overall grooming of my dog are met. By far the BEST Pet Grooming business you could ever go to! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

The goomer, Day, did a fantastic job! Day groomed my dog exactly as I asked. She gets 5 stars! However, George quoted me $35 when I made the appointment and I fully described what I wanted. Then Terry decided it would be $45 without informing me or giving me options. This is NOT good business. I assume these are the owners. Clearly, they may decide your bill as the grooming happens. Make sure you get a fixed fee BEFORE you leave your pet. I would ONLY patron this shop because of the groomer's work. Thank you Day!

The staff is super nice and my dogs love going there. The prices are good and I'm always very satisfied with the services. There's plenty of room in the grooming area for pets to move around and not crowd each other. Great experiences!

George and Terri are the best! Not only do they do a great job of keeping my fur-baby clean and trimmed, they are true animal lovers and it shows; Opie just loves them and gets so excited every time he gets to "go see George" Thanks For Pet's Sake!!!

3 stars because GEORGE is poite and awesome. Minus 2 stars for the women wife owner not sure who got rude on the phone with me insisting ive complained prior to other groomers there and i NEVER have complained. Always just requested george. She was rude and nasty and hung up. I am not the type to complain if someone else does my dog im happy hes just getting a bath!

My dog was injured while being groomed. When I spoke with the owner and informed her of this, she first became defensive and denied the injury happened there. Then she acknowledged it could have happened there but blamed me. I never asked for any compensatory action, I only called to inform, but she wouldn't listen to that. She ultimately hung up on me. I did not become rude or offensive, but she was so throughout the call. Needless to say we won't do business there again. The sad part is that she did educate me on important care for my pet between visits, but she did it in a hostile accusatory manner. I appreciate the education even though I don't appreciate the owner's demeanor.

Grooming is fine, but Terri the owner is HORRIBLE! She's not personable at all!! She's extremely rude and nasty. I hate interacting with her. She definitely gives this business a bad reputation with her poor customer service and attitude!
