Our first time here. We were welcomed and treated like royalty. Service was fast and easy. Bug was groomed within an hour. She was beautiful when I picked her up. She looked like a Queen! Amazing place! We will be back.

This shop is competitively priced and worth the trip! They offer walk in nail trims, bath prices are great and the staff is excellent! Very knowledgeable! I would recommend fly dogs to anyone needing grooming services!

This place is the best. I have 9 toy Pomeranians and I don’t trust nobody but them to them. Not one time have I ever had a bad experience. I’ve always been happy with the treatment and service. I highly recommend this place to anybody they really care bout your fur babies as if they was theirs.

Best grooming place hands down. My dog actually gets excited to see the groomer when we walk in. Staff is friendly and down to earth. Groomers are caring and listen to you. Very pleased with how the cut turns out. Would highly recommend.

This is the aftermath of getting my dogs nails trimmed. This has never happened before. I called them to ask what happened and they acted nonchalant and said to come back and they’ll stop the bleeding or use corn starch myself. Never going back.

We’re new to town and it’s been years since I’ve been able to take my dog to a good groomer. Fly Dogs was able to get us in day of when I called to schedule and they did an absolutely incredible job. My dog loathes baths and is large and extremely anxious, but he was calm enough they didn’t need to muzzle him at all, and he was relatively calm when I picked him up! Compared to some of the nightmare places I’ve taken him before, this was such an improvement. So happy and can’t wait to take him back in 2 months!

I have been a regular customer for years, they have even groomed my past dogs. She had an appointment at 12:30 and she was there until 5:00 and when I called and asked why they didn’t call me because I would have went and picked her up and rescheduled if they were to busy. Whoever answered they phone was so rude that I will not be going back. I asked if she had even been let out to go to the bathroom, no answer other than over talking me, she lied and said she hasn’t been in the crate long but when I called at 2:30 they hadn’t started her cut. An appointment is an appointment, I didn’t expect them to start on her the minute I got there but 4 1/2 hours later, she is a 6 pound dog with not a lot of hair. Totally ridiculous and uncalled for, she forgot who the customer was, I never expected preferential treatment but come on, common courtesy is all it would have taken. She said if I wasn’t happy take her somewhere else which is exactly what I will be doing !!! Beware

The ladies at Fly Dogs are great. One of my dogs is extremely difficult when it comes to trimming his nails. Fly Dogs process makes it a piece of cake.

The shop is filthy and customer service terrible. My dog’s cut was not as it should be for a Westie and her butt was so sore for a week because they shaved it too closely. Definitely don’t recommend this place, petsmart has better groomers.

UpdateI decided to give Fly Dogs a third try because they continue to come highly recommended. The convenient location and accommodationing hours also made it worth another tryThis time instead of explaining what I wanted I supplied a photo. I only had the Yorkie Poo and he was groomed like a Yorkie Poo should be groomed.I came away a happy customer.Two strikes and you are out.Twice I have taken a Yorkie poo and a shitzu pomeranian to be groomed. Instructed both times on what I wanted even to go as far as to mention the curls are what makes the Yorkie poo a Yorkie poo....and both time both dogs were Shaved.The shitzu pomeranian so close that his skin is visible and irritated and he is scratching all the time since leaving Fly Dogz

I've been taking my dog here for a year. The hours fit the needs of a lot of working people and I have been pleased at the job they have done with my little guy every time I bring him home. They even got him o sit and take a picture after his first grooming and our Jack does not like cameras and videos.

I took my two dogs here for a grooming and when I arrived to pick them up didn’t even recognize my one dog. I was told he was matted so they shaved him. When I questioned why I wasn’t informed that this was happening I was told they did what was best for my pup. They didn’t seem to care I was upset. Upon talking to friends they said the same thing happened to them. So I guess if you want your dog shaved this is your place but not sure they know another cut.

My husband and I were very nervous about finding a new groomer because of the bad luck we’ve had in the past but we still wanted to give them a chance. I’m so glad we did because this experience was wonderful. We came in, Christy was so sweet and professional (which is rare). We showed her pictures of the cut we wanted and she delivered 100%. There was another worker in there but I feel horrible I didn’t get her name. Only took 45 minutes, when we got there we were so excited to see our little baby she looked amazing! They will definitely be our new groomers! Welcoming environment, professional, and everything for a reasonable price! 10/10!

Had my 3 dogs for a regular bath and blow dry. My dogs aren't groomed often but they always do a thorough job. I walked in and could hear a staff member cuddling and making kissy noises at my dog on the other side of the door.

I have 2 one year old pups and I took them to Fly Dogs today for the first time to get groomed. What an awesome experience!! I wish I would have known about Fly Dog a lot sooner. I used to take them to Petsmart but never again after this experience! The difference between the 2 is night and day. So nice and friendly and she got my pups right in and only took about an hour for both of them. VERY reasonably priced. The location and parking is great. She got my thick haired corgi super dry, which has never been done before at the other groomer. I always picked him up and he was still damp. Here, he was a dry little fluff ball and my other pup was so silky and clean and smelled so good. To top it off, they both got cute little bandana’s! Thank you Fly Dogs!

We have been taking our dog here for about a year and a half. He is incredibly anxious when it comes to his nails being cut - to the point where he puts up a big fight to even get him in the building. Everyone who works there is so kind & helpful with him. They are the only ones who can manage his dramatic self! So very thankful for them.
