Delivered here. Although they couldn't get us unloaded because we got in after 3 p.m. they were super polite and helpful. We were allowed to park on site overnight. They open at 7 am. Checked in right at 7, and they got us into a dock right away and unloaded quickly.

Maybe they were having a bad day, but no need to make this trucker’s worse. “Be there before 3PM- no loading after 3...” Ok, so I fly over there & arrive at 2PM & bump dock. When did they finally load? After 6 PM... so much for “no loading after 3!” Bad money.

Several businesses here at this address.I didn't go to the pet side. I went to Alpha on the other side an I got loaded and gone in about an hour. The shipper was super friendly.

They are fake as could be and they falsely accused me of things I didn't do I would NEVER recommend anyone to work there especially night shift the Warehouse Supervisor Patrick Snodgrass is a rude, lying, disrespectful person
