Always helpful and has always been customer first! Every time I have come to this TSC they have always been great. Very quick to help and always friendly. They have gone out of their way several times for my wife and I. They have helped us get the things we need quickly, have never had to stand around for more than a few minutes for help. In my opinion, way better service than what I have gotten at the other Rural store in town. Just wish TLC had a Gun barn :)

Was a nice trip over. I'm in celina, and our store won't get nut coal in and stock it. The st Mary's store is having trouble getting it, but van wert had an entire pallet ready to go! Both employees I delt with were helpful and good to chat with. Will definitely be coming back to shop more. This location was larger than both st Mary's and celina as well. Probably more to offer if anyone else is interested. Skal!

Wonderful people. Cheryl took the time to suggest using my rewards and helped me through the process at the register. Together we saved me almost 10 dollars and that was the last day of the reward. Over and above the excellent customer service they always provide.

I travel for work so I purposely use TSC‘s because they are located everywhere. I have never been treated by any company or employees like I was just treated. Being yelled at and belittled for no reason. All of this being done by the store manager Melissa. All I was doing was trying to return a dewalt grease gun that the motor burnt up. Yes I didn’t have my receipt! But isn’t that what the neighbors club is for? Both managers never even asked if I was a member. Which could of handled the situation. Melissa (store manager) was the worst customer service representative I have ever dealt with in my 43 years. I cannot believe how I was just treated for no reason at all. Besides the fact I still made the $300 purchase. I or my company will never use this location again. If Melissa is removed or demoted my business will return.

Great for pets. Reasonable prices. Parking lot needs resurfaced and patched so be careful driving. Great shopping for supplies dog cat food accessories

Not enough stock kept in animal and pet foods. I hate having to travel to another store to get it or switch to another food. Rain checking I can get it for the next time I'm out but if I only have a week's worth of food it doesn't always work.

This place was totally amazing. Well a bit of back story...I have a tractor and well to get to the point...I needed supplies for it. I saw a sign that said Tracor Supply Company. I went into the store and the clerk asked if she could help, I asked for supplies for my tractor. She showed me several supplies that came in very handy!

I get my cat food there I have lots of cats and get Paws and Claws big bag. The cats like it. I have to be careful because there are two kinds and they don't like one of them
