Amazing store! I have never been but came in pretty late the other night. The girl working was very sweet even though I came in before closing. I don’t remember her name but she was a tall girl with dark long hair and blue or black nail polish. She spent a good 20 minutes explaining the kind of food that would be perfect for my new St. Bernard puppy. New dog owner here! Very clean and nice store. Will definitely be returning!

Had Krystal groomed, and bought her a bed. First I got her the wrong size. Exchange to a bigger bed was no problem..The groomer and associates were very helpful. The store is very clean, even though cats and dogs are welcome.

I love that our little town now has a pet store for us to shop at. Very wide variety of products. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I need something I can go and ask the staff and they will point me to what I need and if not in stock they will order quickly. Nice supply of dog and cat treats if your like me and don't give my animals rawhide. Thanks for being a Van Wert, Oh. Store

I just used the dog wash for the first time and I LOVED it. I have a big stubborn chocolate lab and it worked so much better than using my bathtub. And everything is supplied except a brush plus they cleaned up the mess. Best ten dlldoll i ever spent. Definitely going back.

Got a cat for my kids and it kept having diarrhea. Went here to try a new food and the counter girl bethany was so helpful. She helped me pick allergy free cat food. And I hope it works. My kids love there cat.

Josh and his crew have always been great to me and my dog stella. I live in fort wayne and still choose to drive to van wert for their service. I've bought multiple items from the store and use them for dog baths as well as all my other pet needs!

I enjoy coming here for many reasons. The service is outstanding, the prices are affordable and the fact that I can bring Scarlet inside tips it off. I'm sad to see this place going under as it'll be hard to replace the quality service and maintenance we get here. Definitely recommend shopping here before the doors close.

very nice place.for having the bathing area (which is also very convenient) it’s kept clean and professional.manager of the store is so great with people and helpful with any questions. Pets are loved here.

The last time I was in one of the workers made me feel awful about what kind of food I was feeding my dogs. He made me feel downgraded, I've only gone is a couple of times since for a quick stop. Now i go to petsmart in fort wayne.

Third class business. VERY UNFRIENDLY, if the lady (I think) would've smiled, her face would have cracked in a hundred pieces! Gothic look, black fingernail polish...very UNPROFESSIONAL .
