Love this store but do not appreciate the way we were talked to last night. I've worked at a retail store and when people were in at almost closing time, I did not say or treat them any differently. I would ask if I can help with anything (like I normally do no matter the time). I do not like going in close to closing of places myself. Last night, my husband and I went in real quick to kill some time while our friend was at Chief's. I did not realize they closed at 8pm and we went in at 5 till. Our mistake. But a minute into the store and a worker asked in a somewhat aggressive tone "Do you guys need help with anything before we close?!". I just felt like instead of being pushy to get us out, they could've waited till close and just let us know then that they were closing. I would've apologized whole heartedly as we didn't know and got out of there.

Always a pleasure. The manager did an excellent job going out of his way to make me a happy customer. Happy customers are return customers. Very clean well stocked store. Competency abounds!

This place is packed! Lots and lots of stuff to choose from. I was very impressed my First time here. I even walked out with some stuff I didn’t need but they had it and o well.

Should have never came to van wert. Now I have to work overtime so I can ho buy stuff that I may or may not need in the future. You guys make it hard to keep money in my wallet. Lol

The employees at this store were very helpful in helping me find the various tools and parts I was needing. The tools that they sell are now of a pretty decent quality and actually worth buying and holding on to for years since they hold up so well.

The store was easy to find. There was plenty of parking close to the door. I had called earlier and confirmed the item I was looking fo was in order. When I got there the staff remembered me calling, quickly checked me out and directed me to the back to pick up my item. The item I purchased was large and heavy and the store staff helped load it in my vehicle and quickly got me on my way. I would return to this store in the future.

I will never shop at a Harbor Freight store ever again I bought a compressor because I needed a second one for a job it did not work so I went and bought a compressor from a store close to the job I was at I returned the one to Harbor Freight and they charged me a $12.99 restock fee even though the item is defective so not only did I waste time and gas I'm out cash now too
