Went to this vet in Jan.. I am grateful to this vet office in Utica. Our kitty was attacked by something. Normally, they don't see new customers on a Saturday. But after I explained what happened and that our normal vet was closed. They got us in. They were able to help our Kitty Rigby. Drain the leg that had swollen huge. Now, he is fit as a fiddle. Very accommodating, everyone was so nice. THANK YOU, SO MUCH....

While being an established patient at this office, my dog needed to be seen and I was told that there were only emergency appointments left that day. Went elsewhere and was treated efficiently and with caring provider. I will not go back here.

Dr. Ramseyer was able to successfully treat my dog's allergic skin reaction when no-one else could. He has also made himself available for any emergency situations we have had. He and his staff have provided excellent, compassionate treatment and care for all of my animals.

Daisy, my 11 year old German Shepherd, needed surgery to remove a cyst and two molars from her upper jaw. I was really nervous about her going under surgery but we found Dr Ramseyer through a recommendation from a friend. Dr Ramseyer has extensive operative experience and had additional training outside of general vet medicine. Being a doctor myself I wanted someone with experience and didn’t want to pay a premium at OSU Vet downtown Columbus. He was excellent and did such a beautiful job with Daisy. She recovered well and is back to her senior lady self. We are so grateful for his care!

Horrible service. He was extremely rude and manhandled my poor sick cat. He yanked him around and scared him terribly. I would not recommend this vet to anyone. I hope other clients get better service than we did because I for sure will never go back here.

We have been taking our Bassett Hound, Cooper, to Dr. Ramseyer since 2015. He has always provided the best care for Cooper. Recently Cooper, who is 12 this year, developed a huge tumor between his shoulder blades. Dr. Ramseyer put Cooper in surgery right away. Thanks to Dr. Ramseyer’s excellent surgical skills, Cooper did fine and is back to his old self. Thank you Dr. Ramseyer. Without you and your great staff, our Cooper is still with us.

This father and son team are totally Excellent. Having had a vet before that clearly no longer cared makes me really appreciate the fact that my kitteh's health is now taken care of by two wonderful vet's. Both are very detail oriented and when with a patient are very focused on the patient while asking questions and chatting with the human. They're both kind, gentle and understanding with years of experience to draw from. I just can't say enough great things about the Ramseyers. They provide the best care and I wouldn't dream of taking the Kitteh's anywhere else. If you're in the Mt Vernon, Utica, Centerburg area definitely bring your pet to their office in Utica.
