I absolutely LOVE taking my 4 cats to Dr. Ramseyer.They are all amazing with your pets. They are loving, professional and actually cares for the best of your pets. Their prices are very reasonable and I’m certain that you will be happy.I had moved to Columbus and switched vets. Oh boy, what a mistake. Needless to say, I’d rather drive 45 minutes each way and keep taking my cats there!

I have always been more comfortable with the doctors Ramseyer, yes I said doctors. I started òut with Eric's father. They are excellent doctors that I would recommend for anything you pet needs. Eric recently took care if my dogs teeth. He is great and no bad breath!!

I left the area in 2011. I had my wonderful Maggie put down in 2010. Erich and his father took care of all my pets over many years. They boarded them, cared for them, and truly loved them. Erich had the sad job of putting down my Maggie (a beautiful and sweet English setter). We arrived and Maggie comfortably went into the reception area. Erich came out, sat down, and Maggie got into his lap. Yes, my pets were always comfortable at Ramseyer’s. Erich took us I’d back and gently put Maggie to sleep… Erich cried with us that day. He is the best of the best. I love Erich and his father for the love they gave to my pets and to my family.

We took our Great Dane to see Ramseyer because they were the only one who would see our dog. I'm grateful that he was able to see him and give him meds. My Dane had a very bad infection in his tail. He gave us meds and told us that he may pass away or we may have to put him down if the meds didn't work and told us to go home to pray because theirs nothing he could do for us. My Dane is nice to everyone but him and had to be muzzled. I also asked if his tail was broken because to us it looked broke. He told us no that it looked fine. We decided to get a second opinion, we weren't ready to give up on him and put him down. We finally got him into Alexandria hospital vet and so GLAD we did. Our Dane didn't have to be muzzled there, he LOVED everyone! We were told that there was NO reason to put him down that his tail just needed to be removed. Which Ramseyer wouldn't do for us. Also said that his tail was indeed broken! So they amputated his tail and is doing great! We won't be taking any of our animal's there again! Very uncaring!

Will not co-operate on rescues or surrendered dogs. Very difficult to communicate with them.Especially if they have a client who they have had financial or dog buying experience with.
