I special ordered a cake for my husband's birthday one week ahead of time. When I went to pick it up, they didn't even have the order. The manager and one employee went in the walk in refrigerator and called the employee who took the order. She remembered it but didn't know what happened to the order. I understand mistakes happen but they left me standing there, no cake and didn't even try to make it right. I did get an apology. I left and went to Krogers where I got what I needed. I'm never ordering there again.

It's a Wal-Mart, what can you really say about them? It's about average. I think it's neat they let the employees vape in the store. That's new. Never seen that before. Anyways, it was a normal overall experience.

I love McDonald's. However, the McDonald's that's out on 53 is not worthy of being called McDonald's. The place was dirty, the customer service was horrible. They're not organized at all and their food was mediocre at best. The McDonald's on State Street in Fremont is superb. That's what McDonald's is supposed to be. They have an excellent staff, the place was very clean, the menu items were easy to see. EVERYTHING about that McDonald's on state street was FANTASTIC!

Ordered groceries online… they loaded them into someone else’s car. I waited an hour and a half for them to reshop the order. When I unpacked, I was missing items. When I called to ask for a refund they said they would credit me back. They said I would see a credit in my card in a day or two. I didn’t so I called. Then they said that they couldn’t actually refund me back and that I should stop in the store to get the items or call 1-800-Walmart for a refund. Not killing it…

I've been using pick up for as long as they've had it and every employee I've dealt with has been so nice and professional. I hate grocery shopping but this service and the people providing it always make it pleasurable.

I used to enjoy going to Walmart anymore I do not enjoy it as much. Unfortunately the staff is only helpful sometimes. I do not like how only a few registers are open. The amount of self checkouts is disappointing to see that it is eliminating one job at a time. What’s the point in having self checkout if you’re only going to have a few open? It’s always so busy and never a quick trip.

I understand stealing is a huge issue, but I should not be followed and disrespected for holding my jacket! it would've been different if I was talked to directly, but instead I got followed and told to open up my jacket. don't come here if you enjoy your privacy. DO come here if you like to be publicly disrespected. Walmart, do better!

I love Walmart and shopping I'm usually in good spirits about most things but it was a weird experience this last time I went last week ,I walk in with my boy as I have custody,mind u I understand I got off work maybe looked kinda trashy ,my pants were ripped my shirt ripped and had steel toes on that are ripped to ,did my shopping real quick spend like 120$ .go through the self checkout and I'm smiling watching people staring at me ,like I'm a criminal or out of place .energy there felt off , so as I'm leaving self checkout the guy that greets asked to see my receipt over supposedly thinking I didn't scan my mtn dew on the bottom of my cart ,I showed him my receipt & he said okay than tries to wave and say bye to my son ,it made me really uncomfortable as I didn't know if I was being discriminated against for looking raggedy from work ,or did he just want a close look at my son . I do know that it's part of their job but why did they pick me to question buying my groceries I have a son to take care of by myself .just weird imo & if it does happen again I will be making a complaint to a higher person in the company or towards the company in general .like who would generally be happy to get questioned about buying food for your household !? I'm such a loving person but that to me was odd on top of people eyeing me through the whole store .I turned down the wrong way 3 different times and as I did that it was like this woman and her 3 kids was following me cuz everytime I turned around they were also doing a turnaround,like I said 3 times is strange .

Went here with friends to look at hoco stuff and find a charger. While at Walmart this lady started to follow us around than accused me and my friends of stealing. And after we told her and showed her we had money she was still following us and asked to watch us pay for the charger which we did and were planning on doing so.then she also accused my friend of stealing and told her to open her jacket cause she was holding a jacket. Don't come here of you like your privacy. Do come here if you Like being publicly disrespected. I hate to say it but I do believe I was racially profiled.

The manager Jim acts like a child. All you are is a commodity for him and Wal-Mart!! Work like a slave and be a "yes em Master" you'll do great here smh!! When I worked in the deli I showed Jim what I have pictured, cleaning paper towels in fryer oil, all of the chemicals that were in the paper towels, just filter it and keep frying food that ends up in people's and family tables.

Got in and out quickly. Didn't have much stock to choose from. Workers friendly. Problems getting things is getting worse. Stop carrying multiple products that were in high demand. Going to Springfield or London more often to get my needs

Everytime I leave the door person asks to see my receipt. Literally every time. I'm not shopping here anymore. Oh it's because you have items that aren't in a bag. Well that's because they won't fit in a bag. Maybe everyone should just start wasting your bags. Aren't your dumb policies causing excessive use of plastic bags? Isn't that bad for your ESG scores? Aren't you worried Blackrock will be upset that you're not in compliance with their ESG mandates?I'd guess it's probably also because the democrat run cleptocracies west of here have allowed so much product to be stolen from your stores that you are now treating everyone like criminals. Either way you're going to lose.

First time visiting this store, but it seems like a nice & organized Walmart store. They had what we came in to get. We didn't really encounter any staff, so I'm not sure how customer service was.

I always get what I need there. It's the only place I go for health and beauty items. I always get great deals on clothes too.I recently found some booty shorts for six year olds, but other than that there are REALLY cute clothes there.

Just recently moved to Urbana from Springfield and visited this Walmart for the first time today. It was positively delightful. By far the nicest, cleanest, most well-kept, and orderly Walmart I have ever seen. Kudos to the management and staff. You are the standard by which all other Walmarts should be held.

I wish that I could put zero stars. They are so rude. The greeter is not greeting nobody I don’t understand why the workers here are so rude. There’s no reason for it. I asked for help and all I got was a look of disgust. I do not recommend going here go to Springfield or Marysville.

December 3, 2022 around nine-thirty pm. Me and my family went to the Urbana Walmart (out of town for us) to Christmas shop. Due to our schedules, we have no choice but to shop late. It being so close to Christmas, there were employees on the floor stocking the shelves of course. We were courteous of them, even though they weren't of us. We hit the toy isle because I was shopping for my grand daughters Christmas gift. I also had my nine yr old daughter with us. There was an older lady around fifty five or sixty years old, greying, shoulder length hair and glasses who decided to follow us, yes follow us from toy isle to toy isle and huffing and puffing and give side ways looks at us. She stood uncomfortablely close to all of my family members, four adults and one child , looking over our shoulders basically breathing creepily on us, sighing and rolling her eyes, staring at us the entire time. I have never been treated quite like this in a Walmart. She also stood in front of my nine year old daughter a few times, while my daughter was trying to look at toys.,saying excuse me in a nasty way, rolling her eyes and sighing annoyingly loud Pretending to put a toy on a shelf, that did not even belong in that place. I hope this lady in the future will not treat people like this. Some of us have to shop late. And Walmart is open until 11. I did not understand why she had this attitude towards us. Needless to say I will not be going back to this Walmart. She acted as if we she had no idea she works at a store where people come in to shop. I understand that working at Walmart isn't that exciting of a job but obviously she picked it and she knew before she applied for this job it was in fact a store, people would most likely be shopping there and she would be around people. She is getting paid to work, not harass costumers, that if didn't shop there she wouldn't have a job at Walmart. Hope this was a one time thing for her and she doesn't normally treat costumer's this way.
