This is one of the worst pharmacies you could use! I have had a few times where they say u can refill your prescription on their app, and I go to order it and get ready to go for it (and luckily) I check the app again just to see that it says cancelled by a team member and scheduled for almost a week later =\ . No one bothered to call and notify me, they would’ve let me waste gas, as I know they have done to countless others! I told them this medication is important to my recovery and was promised they could get it a little sooner and I went with that and when that day came, again they said it would be for the later date.. I spoke with the pharmacist and told her if this is how it was going to be , I’m pulling all my medications and going somewhere else and that I’ll be done with CVS and she replied ,”Thafs fine” . They really don’t care about their customers. They all look miserable back there like they are hating every minute of their lives back there. ☠️💐😂

I hate this pharmacy so so much! They don’t care about their customers and definitely don’t have their stuff together! Their apps don’t coincide with what they actually do! Sad really 🙄.. Last time I told them I really needed this medication that their system clearly showed could be refilled and cancelled and rescheduled it themselves without so much as a phone call. And when told the main pharmacist I’d be taking my business elsewhere, she replied that , that was fine. I’ll NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CVS!! And I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this pharmacy either!

EVERYONE HATES THIS PLACE!!WARNING- GO ANYPLACE ELSE IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND NERVOUS SYSTEM!!2019 Review-I go to CVS, which stands for Convenience, Value, and Service (a little useless knowledge for you), for all my prescriptions.They send me a message on my phone when my prescriptions are in. It's very convenient.The building sure could use some work though, and it looks like some cosmetic work has been going on recently.The parking lot to that whole corner of the block is ATROCIOUS, but I'm sure that's not their fault. Still, keep an eye on the ground while you're walking to the building, or you could turn an ankle in a pothole or trip over a dilapidated parking block.The prices are pretty high, generally speaking in the entire store. I don't normally shop there unless it's for clearance items.Overall, this is my pharmacy, and so far, it's been a good one.Update 11-22Especially recently, things have REALLY gone downhill. It's ALWAYS been pretty bad in the way of prices for merchandise, so I only go there for prescriptions. However, there's something going on in that place that's making everyone quit.😳Looking behind the pharmacy counter on my last visit was quite a wake-up call for me as a customer. There was a massive pile of prescriptions ready for pickup, and it was an unorganized mess. So much so that it took over half an hour just to get my prescriptions. They are painfully understaffed, and I honestly feel genuinely sorry for those that are left. It seems they are fighting a losing battle.Update 09-23Uh Oh... The pharmacy doesn't answer the phone anymore.

Not happy with pharmacy service, very disappointed. Went in to pick up a new prescription inhaler with a higher dose and they brought to me and sold me the wrong one, a weaker version, but I paid for it and they wouldn't make their error right. Even wheni showed them every bit of proof of their mistake as it'd take. Careful buying your meds at this place, make sure before you purchase that it's the correct prescription, because once you pay for it & leave the store they won't do a thing for you. And being new to taking meds like me be extra careful.

UPDATE: 11/7/23Google CLAIMED to have verified their pharmacy hours. They obviously lied because I was in the store physically and took a photo of the hours showing the times I listed below. Their staff told to file a complaint to CVS, but I’d rather just have the update showing here for future customers (as well as present ones) to have the correct info. Those hours are very inconvenient to those who work business hours. I believe it’s a staffing issue. They should space out their schedules so they can provide staff and hours of operation to meet with their original times (that are listed on google).Pharmacy:They need to schedule staff an hour apart so that they can be available all during their hours without having to close early. Google UPDATE THEIR PHARMACY HOURS PLEASE! I’ve added a request TWICE now.Lines half way to the back of the store is ridiculous. Pharmacy techs not giving you all your meds making you keep coming back more than once.NEW PHARMACY HOURS (customers please make note and ignore that notification to pick up after 6p because they’ll be closed):Sunday: 10a-6pMonday to Saturday: 9a-6p

1st of all this place has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. 1) no communication 2) trying to get my doc to change meds when I take the specific ones I do for a reason (let me clarify 2 people can have the exact same condition but due to different genetic makeups and underlying conditions not every med for that condition will work ie we all aren't the same! 3) the meds I needed they haven't had in stock in 8 months but never bothered to communicated that to me or my doctors so I could look elsewhere for the meds I needed. 4) claimed to be under staffed yet if you spent less time visiting with customers you know or talking amongst yourselves people could get in and out more quickly.

I dont know what the pharmacist issue is down here but maybe she needs a chill pill or something. Very rude because they didn't have my husband's script in the computer. Even though we had the text message saying it was filled

They keep messing up our prescriptions. I needed heart meds sent by hospital, got my meds never knew I was missing the main medication. Now 90 days later I go back to hospital to find out CVS never notified me of the missing script. So now I have to take injections and special pills to get my blood levels back to normal becuz I never got what was suppose to get in the first place..Then my wife needs her regular refill...once again they never notified her they ran out of did they ever call another CVS to see where it's at....Just leave everybody hanging..you'd think with 5 ppl behind the counter the operation would run alot smoother than this. Lots of unhappy customers Everytime I go up there they either got newer shorter hours, or there a a crowd of ppl unhappy waiting to get their scripts....I'll pass

This is the worst pharmacy on earth! I’m talking extremely bad! My doctor called in my prescription, and it sat it there voicemail for days! Then, when I came to get it, they acted like they knew nothing. They constantly close early without any notice. The website says they close at eight. Really they close at six. This pharmacy needs shut down. Cvs should be ashamed this has been going on for over a year now the management team is so incompetent! They are right across the street from the hospital. They can’t be closing early every single day! If you can’t keep employees, maybe you should look at your store manager! And change your hours on Google! Literally, everyone in the area hates this pharmacy! Time to clean house CVS!

Been coming here since I was a child but had to go to another one. Don't bother calling unless you can be on hold for over a hour. Any questions you have its just the same reply "Ask your docotor". Have scheduled vaccines just to come in and they couldn't do them. They have messed up my prescriptions and even deleted them and need you to fix it. Not all CVS stores are this bad but don't use this one.

Had to wait 10 mins with no one else waiting in line. I received a text saying my medication is ready and they don’t have anything for me said “your doctor must have made a mistake.” Call my doctor who shows it all went through and cvs accepted my prescription. Get another text saying it’s ready go in and they still don’t have anything. It’s always something and they are never willing to help figure things out. I’m changing everything to another pharmacy.

I don't understand whats going on in that place, they never have anything ready when you ask. Twenty-five minutes turns into over an hour. They aren't filling prescriptions when they are called in, so even if they are called in days in advance, they still won't be ready! We waited an hour after I was told fifteen minutes! I hope they fix whatever is going on soon also on our way out there was a girl working her but off filling everything then we saw 4 people cvs workers that where not working and talking and cussing about the reviews on here that girl need a raise and the people need to be fired.

They literally turn down the ringer in the pharmacy. So they can ignore customers calling looking for their prescriptions. They are exceptionally rude on the phone AND in person. My mom went to urgent care and the pharmacy IGNORED her calls or left her on hold until the pharmacy finally closed. Leaving her without her MUCH NEEDED prescription.

zero stars actually. I don't know what's going on but we have been having issues for months with prescriptions not being filled on time. I have one prescription that was sent in from the emergency room at 1pm yesterday. At noon today I called to see if they finally filled it. I was told it's in process now. It is now 430pm and I'm getting the same answer. I'm currently searching for a new pharmacy.And tell me why the hours online say they close at 8pm but when we my daughter went at 7pm to pick up my meds they were closed.

*Edited*They sent me a text that my meds were ready but would only hold them for 2 days. I go a couple hours after I got their text and the pharmacy is closed. It's the 23rd which means they won't be open again in time to get my meds. So I'll have to call my doctor to get them sent in again. Why send a text telling me they're ready but you guys aren't even open?!Very slow service. I stood at the drop off window at the pharmacy for almost 20 minutes while 7 people that came in after me got served before they even got to me. Don't even try to call them because it'll take just as long to get through all the prompts, just for them to not answer their phone

The automated phone calls come almost EVERYDAY which is abusive.. Before, I used to get my meds all together to avoid multiple visits weekly. The phone system to ask if I want 90 day supply which my insurance does not allow, it calls me to ask if I want pharmacist to re-order, they always did before. The phone system calls me to let me know the first 2 letters of medication is about to need re-order. This system has created more chaos and I am considering changing to another pharmacy and blocking the CVS.com phone system!!!

I was treated well at CVS but I didn’t get the 15.00 discount for the product I perchased because I used my Aetna funds to pay for the idem ( CVS 600 blood pressure Monitor) even though it showed the 15.00dollar discount on the Aetna Catolog. I Paid full price.

I asked to be removed from the calling list because I was getting 5 calls a day about seasonal allergy medicine refills(which we don't even have) I tried to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy and was told it wasn't active even though it was. Called CVS and they straight lied, said our Dr. deactivated it when someone there messed up. Called the the dr's office and they confirmed that it had nothing to do with them.

This store is the worst CVS I have ever dealt with. They screw up mine and wife's prescriptions routinely then try to overcharge after insurance and manufacturers card.I'm forced to use them because of Caremark. Go to any other location but this one.

Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever went to. It took them 7 hours to fill a prescription that I desperately needed the day of. They said they would call the urgent care that I went to, twice, and never did. Said they “didn’t have time” when I asked whether they did or not. Every person that I spoke to was exceptionally rude. They do not care about your well-being at all, even if you are in dire need of a medication. This is not the first time I’ve had this type of experience here and will no longer be giving them any type of business. It shouldn’t be my job to call back and forth between this company and the urgent care to see why my prescription hadn’t been filled in a timely manner.

Called the store to figure if they has an item I was looking for.1st call- A nice lady answers the phone and says she will see if they have any of the item I am looking for. I was left on hold for 30 minutes and then gave up.2nd call 10 minutes later - someone picks up the phone, doesn't say anything after I say hello many times, then they hang up.3rd call 30 minutes later- No answer, hung up
