Was clean .. showered n fueled. Store was clean. But don't buy their breakfast sandwiches. Cheaper to walk over to McDonald's. Usually have buy 1 get 1 deals. Not alot of parking.

Do Not go to the Travel center!! The employees do not wash their hands at that Subway, they leave food prep out for hours, they are rude to customers, the lie about other workers, and when I turned them in to their corporate office for all of their misconduct and unsanitary work conditions, they FIRED ME!! I ALSO TURNED THAT IN TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE!!I WATCHED KASEY DROP A KNIFE IN THE FLOOR THEN PICK IT UP WITH GLOVED HANDS AND CONTINUE TO MAKE A SUB FOR SOMEONE, THE MANAGER JESSICA DOESN'T WASH HER HANDS BEFORE PUTTING GLOVES ON THE TAKE CARE OF CUSTOMERS OR MAKE PREP.... NO ONE THERE DOES, NORMA CANT SPEAK ENGLISH VERY WELL AND THEN IS RUDE TO CUSTOMERS WHO CANT UNDERSTAND HER!! MEAGAN IS DIRTY AND SITS ON HER PHONE ALL DAY ON THE CLOCK AND DOES NO PREP AT ALL, BUT GETS PAID FOR THREE HOURS IN THE MORNING TO DO THE PREP FOR THE DAY. YET EVERYDAY THEY ARE OUT OF ALMOST EVERYTHING!! They leave steak and chicken on the prep table until it's over 60 degrees, then they serve it to customers w/ dirty gloves and bad additudes. It should be shut down! NO ONE CLEANS THE LOBBY EVER!! THERES ALWAYS TRASH ON THE FLOORS AND FOOD STUCK TO THE TABLES AND CHAIRS. THE MANAGER AT PILOT CONDONES THIS BEHAVIOR BY SAYING SHE IS NEW TO MANAGEMENT!! NO EXCUSES FOR BEING NASTY IN THE FOOD INDUSTRY. I HAVE WORKED IN FOOD FOR 25 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN THIS KIND OF BEHAVIOR FROM ANYONE ELSE!!Save yourself from food poisoning and go to a different restaurant!!!

Nice clean place to stop and take a break.That being said, IF you have a travel trailer of any decent size maneuvering in and out of this station can pose some issues. IF at all possible, if you’re RV’ing, use the 1st entrance for the far pumps and 2nd entrance in front of the shop for the pumps nearest the street. Left turns from the pump nearest the street can be a challenge between vehicles coming from the back parking lot. Still, clean restrooms, clean parking lot, nice stop.

Very nice people. Cashier's always say Hello soon as you walk thru the door. That's great . Very rarely do they have Truck pump blocked off like few others do

For first time in one year we have the pleasto visit a very good care and clean Pilot. The shower was very clean good maintained (except for the trash can that was with some early trash). Good customer service. Good job manager and team.

Reserved parking spots marked 20 years ago very hard to read. Later at night store employee awake you and contend to move.spending $1000 on diesel and still must pay fricking parking near $20Food very poor choices only a subway.

my husband and I are OTR truck drivers and this place is very nice and clean which has not been the norm lately for pilot locations. They even keep the grounds clean! Also very nice and helpful people working here. A very pleasant experience and we have wrote this pilot down as one to be a regular stop for us.

My husband and I stayed here for our 34 hour reset on 4-13-19 & 4-14-19. This store is very clean, well organized, has nice showers, and many available amenities. The surrounding area leaves you with a variety of food choices. The staff were very friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The staff were friendly and welcoming. To Britnee and the other staff who worked all day on 4-14-19, you guys rock! You all had great personalities. There's a reason we choose Pilot time and time again....store #239 is just one solid prime example as to why. Thanks all, see ya next time!

Medium size lot. Got a burger king across the road and a McDonald's across the lot and a subway inside. Easy access off of us30. Also a quality inn hotel across from the lot. Best get there early if you want a spot. It can fill up fast. Store was clean and people were nice

Really nice place to stop to use the restroom. Clean restrooms with lots of privacy, well stocked with soap and that scrubby stuff to remove oil and grease from your hands. It also appears that they have laundry and possibly shower facilities. Food options including a Subway. Thanks for being open and conveniently located off of US 23.

Store closed due to power outages, can’t fuel. How come they don’t have a generator? They sell fuel but don’t have fuel generator to support their business in this situation?! Not understandable. They loosing lots of money

This is one of the cleanest and friendliness Pilot Travel Stop that I've been to in a while, and the parking lot is clean and open and very nice, keep up the good work team Pilot

the staff here is simply wonderful. I was "stuck" here waiting for a load for a week and the staff made me feel very welcome and valued. this pilot is SPOTLESS!!! showers were so so clean. you girls rock! thank you for making me feel a part of your"family"

Great selection of products and great coffee. Clean bathrooms. The cashier was less than attentive. Rung up my purchase and never gave me the total because he was busy talking to his co-worker.

They went up on the stuff they pawn off as pizza what a disappointment how do you mess something up that's already made? Duh leave it out let it defrost and then cook it think it will be any good? NO oh well I'm not a trucker just hungry shoulda went somewhere else called them said yeah come and get more soggy pizza another 7.00 I dont think 🤔 so what a friggin joke you lose customer they don't care poor truckers get same treatment

The Pilot was great but the service at the Subway was the worst. No one behind the counter one employee was outside smoking talking to another woman, three customers behind me one with kid's, I am blocking the fuel inland I finally yelled out does anybody work here then a young woman and a man came out said they were in the cooler. So much for fast food, I will go across the road to McDonald's next time I am there.

Facility usually always clean and nice, staff is polite and friendly, but a little pushy trying to sell me things I don’t want. The reason for my low rating is the place is always packed, yet if you go inside there’s one maybe two people at the counter. There’s always trucks waiting, sometimes three deep at the fuel islands, and if you look 90% of them aren’t even fueling. I know it’s not pilots fault for drivers disrespect, but they’ve lost a lot of business simply because drivers don’t want to wait 30 mins just to get fuel then another 30 for the guy ahead of then to complete his subway order

The pumps were working extremely slow. We stood outside for over 10 mins and we're only able to get $4 in gas, after going inside we informed the cashier, he said because alot of pumps were being used even though there were only 3 other cars getting gas. He was very friendly though. There subway is poorly managed and we planned to get subs but with a line barely moving and not very sanitary we got gas at speedway and subs at the subway on the other side of town.

Store is always clean, employees are friendly for the most part, bathrooms are exceptionally clean. The new renovations that have been made give it a fresh look. I love coming into the store!

Clean, modern with a friendly helpful staff and top notch management. Subway on premises and a plethora of snacks and sundries.Do check out the new self-serve coffee dispensers. They are top of the line, serving your choice of 'grind on demand beans'. Each machine has 3 types of coffee beans so you will find a favorite.
