I ha to stop on my trip east coming home I stopped here. It’s just like another Tavel center. It has a Hardee’s in it. Gotta admit I was a bit taken aback when I seen the price of gasoline. 3.6something all I could think was here at home gas is one dollar more per gallon. That’s robbery. I feel taken advantage of. I mean a whole dollar more per gallon is ridiculous in my opinion. The place was clean inside and was very quick and helpful. But that price for gasoline is outa here got closer to home and the price went down a dollar. It’s just Not right

This one is really nice clean love recommended fixed I'm sorry one who wants to do with small. For complete. Here rest area. Everything you need to know most part good parking comfortable barking I love you place a fix your truck to put gas on your car inside you can have a Hardee's Junior Denver overall I give this place a big block and one thing they should definitely seem a little more the bathroom but other than that everything else is fine

2/14/24 approximately 1930 hrs the Tornado sirens were going off as you couldn't hear them in the store.The employees made the announcement to go into the bathroom area cause it was the safest place and was worried about you and it impressed me as I've been at a nother truckstop and they lost electricity and kicked us out in a fierce thunderstorm with lightning!The whole store was clean.I just used the bathroom when I head the announcement!

Wish I could give it no stars. Sold me a japleno corn dog as a normal corn dog didn't find out till my 7 year old bit in to it and they refused to replace it due to my son taking a bite. How else would we know unless they told me differently.

Bonnie in Hardee's is very rude.She talks to ppl like they are stupid.Whatever happened to good customer service?Avoid this Hardee's if at all possible.

i was in there quick and easy - bathrooms were clean and he lady who was running the front register was insanely attentive and helpful. i was standing at the front with my coffee, in absolutely no rush, and she RAN to help me, she stopped the other chores she was busy with and sped over to help me. efficient and super nice!

I went to loves in upper sandusky ohio to fill up my gas tank at 2.99 a gallon, I tried to pay at the pump but it declined my card. I checked my card to see what happend and my card states I was charged 47.32. I went in to speak with the manager and she told me I was not chaged, I even showed her my card was stating I was charged and she continued to argue with me, so I called my card provider and they told me that they tried to charge me $175 which was declined because i did not have the funds on my card, but it did clean my card out of my remaining 47.32 which did go though on my card, my card provider now has to file a dispute, I called back to speak to the manager and explain the situation and she was not helpful and very rude. I will never be using this gas station again. not only could i not get gas bc it was my last $47.32 till pay day I am low on gas and only have about 50 miles left in my gas tank, I only have a little chevy cruze so that money would have completely filled my gas tank.

Roadside tire repair was called for and scheduled around 11pm. This location was farther out, but the closest roadside tire repair was giving an eta of 3 to 4 am. 2 other loves had no overnight tech. 1 am was given a the earliest. It's 4:30 a and I'm waiting for the company that handles arranging service calls for the company that owns the trailer to call me with an alternate. Before i finished writing this, they called back. 4 loves can't help for several hours. They had been the company that they had went with originally because they were the only one with an On duty Tech. Now they can't help at all because the 2 locations of the that had an on duty Tech the techs have gone home. Another company is waking a Tech from bed and sending them out because the loves made an obligation didn't keep it and has no desire to keep it

Super clean, people friendly, 55spaces outside for semis...but this is not a truck stop. They don't have basics trucker amenities, like washing station. In whole Upper Sandusky, there are 3,4 'truck stops' no laundry! THAT IS NOT A TRUCK STOP.

Pulled in on a trip with a 35ft travel trailer and using the gas pumps in front of the store got my fuel. Kids and wife used the restrooms while I checked out the trailer and got fuel. Pulled into a parking lot off to the side and grabbed a drink and snack. Place looked clean, staff was friendly. Some of the other food in the place smelled great, but I did not get.

This is a very clean place and I recommend using the place if you need a quick shower as well. The showers are clean and private and well taken care of. I had to use the showers out there temporarily while the contractors had my bathroom torn apart at our house. So loves was very convenient for $13 a shower and a short drive to the outskirts of town (Upper Sandusky). 5 star place. Also for some reason the workers out there are always extremely nice. They are always smiling and greeting you when you come in and when you leave🤷🏻‍♂️

My family and I stopped as we got an alert of a tornado warning and the sky wasn't looking great. When we entered the employees had acted smartly and everyone, customers included, had been put in shelter in the bathrooms and showers. One person came out to tell us it would be a little bit before we could be served for the safety of everyone. She was very polite and I appreciate safety above all else!

I used this truck stop when I go to Sandusky Ohio because it's on route 30 and I take it to Sandusky Ohio. The right off of 30 onto 199 great place they got coffee they got food they got hot food they got cold food they got clean bathrooms very friendly staff and everything is well stocked. And they have showers and whatever for truckers because I always hear them call out on the PA when the truckers bathroom shower is ready. I highly recommend this truck stop you will not regret your visit. N I use my EBT card for cold items, the only kind of coffee you can get is Iced kind when I'm there with EBT.

Very clean inside and out which makes for a pleasant experience. Very friendly and helpful staff. While what I'm about to say is not a location issue I would hope this review goes to corporate. Instead of so much pudding deserts in the central food cold case, can we get more salad type options. Potato salad, macaroni salad, coleslaw, baked beans, Italian style pasta salad, chicken salad, tuna salad. Can we get more options on veggie cups. Can we get pulled pork, shredded chicken or beef barbecue sandwiches in the hot case. The so called tacos become very nasty because the tortilla turns to slimy mush. Can we get them baked or deep fried instead. Maybe for winter months bring in soup pots like other truckstops have. We are looking for fresh healthier items, reasonably priced, and please bring back the simply brand of juices, not just the smoothies. I miss my orange juice and cranberry juice. I don't want it from concentrate and I don't have room for the big one.

Best gas station donuts I’ve ever eaten, these rode 125 miles or so to Detroit. They were moist, warm and oh so delicious… even after this windshield waywardness. Bon appetite

This is the best Love’s I’ve been to in a long time!!! Clean, super friendly staff, 3 towels in the shower, plus it was super clean. Just amazed with the overall experience at this location today 06/30/19 around 10:30 am. Just a great group of staff members. It’s nice when you can find a location that makes you feel welcomed, and comfortable. That’s something hard to find being truck driver. Thanks Love’s!!!

This store didn't have any men working so they have to close the men's room for the courtesy check. The assistant manager Sara let the line up of men use the shower rooms. Amazing!! Thank you Sara my husband appreciated it very much!

The store was clean, showers were clean. Only problem was i parked for 10hr reset and woke up checked trailer and turned out I was robbed, trailer seal was broken and trailer door left wide open, inventory was missing. Just be careful

Nice location. Clean and plenty of room to rest when on the road and need a break. The fuel prices were good compared to stops before and after this exit. Easy to get to and not hard to navigate. Recommend this location.

Really like how easy the set up was for truck parking. KFC buffet across the street at the marathon that also has truck Parking. Location is really great. Rested for 14 hours and had an empty space to my right for all of those fourteen hours. Really good Love's. Will be stopping here again.

This location does not care about drivers. Just got denied a shower because no physical card. Who cares you get paid by corporate so long as showers are on account. Nice way to treat someone who sacrificed home time for you.

Parking is pretty open but small lot for big trucks, mechanic shop was not busy which is uncommon, found out they cant diagnose much- bad batteries/alternator, cannot change temp gauges or sensors. :/ but on the upside he did find my diff was low on fluid and changed the oil/fuel filters. They almost put a wrong size tire on another truck while in here also, be warned. Lol
