I wish I could leave no stars, Absolutely unprofessional The workers are rude would not let me speak to anyone in charge, Their OFA program is a joke, We dropped our two year old Cane Corso off At 10 AM and did not hear anything back until about 4 o’clock and they close at five the phone call was them telling us that we need to come get our dog because she’s lunging at them and they can’t do her OFAs, keep in mind this dog has not been fed since the morning before because you can’t feed before they go under and she’s been in a tiny crate for six hours I guarantee no water nothing. We specifically asked if we could stay and be there when they put her under to make her more comfortable and they told us no they got it. They absolutely did not have it. My husband asked to speak to their superior because we just wasted an entire day and they told us no and to get our dog Out of here. I will not be returning and do not recommend to anyone. Our dog is a good girl. How would you feel in a new space sitting in a tiny cold cage for six hours hungry and you don’t know anyone And then people pull you out in immediately start trying to poke you.

After 5 long hard days our beautiful loving puppy, Layla, passed away. The staff here did a wonderful job with her and kept her as comfortable as possible without us. They were very understanding of us, our worry, and our nonstop calling to check in on her. They let us know on my birthday that she had taken a turn for the worst and they asked us to come see her. She passed that evening.We appreciate all they had done to try to save our fur baby's life! She meant a lot to our whole family. It wont be the same without her, but I'm so thankful to have had the time we had with her. The staff cared for her like she was one of their pets and for that I am grateful. She wasn't just a pet to us, she was a part of our family. If you are looking for a vet for part of your family, I recommend them.

Do not try to use the emergency line! Dr Todd Price doesn’t care! We called because our dog was not acting right at all! He said it sounded like she had a cold and we couldn’t bring her in until the morning! She passed away in the night with no warning! Would not recommend anyone ever go here!! Tried to get him to help us with cremation since he refused service and he told us we needed to find a different veterinarian instead of simply trying to help a grieving family who was not expecting to lose their dog!!

They told me that they would kill me and my dog and they tried to kill my dog the last time I was there both my dogs I will not go there anybody that goes to Lincoln animal hospital should find another vet because I know how they treated my dogs and they about killed both of my dogs at one point in time

I am forever greatful for the staff at Lincoln way animal hospital!!! They saved my baby peanut. She was not even a year and got parvo. She was ready to pass away. She had went outside and found a place to lay down alone. Had me in tears when i called. They took her right away!! Peanut is now a healthy happy little pain in my a** lol!!!! You all know what i mean!!?!? I dont know what id do with out her and the staff!!!

Only had 3 dealings with them so far. I was taking my animals to Kantzer in Marion, Oh, but I moved, so I am trying somewhere a little closer to me now. So far, they are about the same as far as price goes, which all vet are expensive. I hope their flee meds work better than at Kantzer, though. Only time will tell, they have only had 1 dose of meds.

Dr Price is very vert good. If you get Mallary...run away very fast. She is evil I gave her advice : liston to your patients owners. She did not like the advice. Started hurting my animals ! She is not an animal person !

This the WORST vet in the Ohio. Let's start with the woman behind the desk(scraggly, unkept, condescending, brown haired thing) shouldn't be working around people, animals, or even plants for that matter. She tried to trick my elderly mom into giving our cat care that he didn't need/couldn't even recieve because he was riddled in cancer. She then tried to force my mom into paying twice as much ($500) that she stated before the appointment. This place is literally robbery that wants to spit in your face while they do it.Just for reference it costs $90 in Findlay to euthanize your pet and $240 at Lincoln way. They are out of control

Just got done with our first appointment here. I'm completely satisfied with our experience. Top marks for cleanliness of the facility, friendliness of the doctors and staff, price for services, and the care of our pet. I highly recommend you choose Lincoln Way Animal Hospital!Update: we are still just as pleased! You can download an app to send messages to the vet, request refills, and make appointments. Staff is always friendly and so good with our dog and cats!

My wife and I have been here before and had a good experience in the past, but our most recent appointment was an extremely difficult process. We were worried about our cat since we visited earlier in the week and the problem was persisting (UTI and blockage). We even had to take him to an emergency vet who saved his life earlier this same week. Then, at Lincoln Way, Mallory was the veterinarian and she clearly hated every second of our appointment.Apparently our cat was fine, but we saw him straining for 15 minutes at a time to go to the bathroom. When I asked how long it should take, Mallory was extremely dismissive and said no timeframe was too long or too short for a cat. Again, our cat was clearly straining to go. Something was wrong.Mallory also lifted my cat by his back legs and then dropped him on the metal table in front of me. He seemed okay, but what was the point of that? He landed on his knees and she walked away to take notes. Excuse me? It clearly hurt him. What kind of person does that?Not someone who should be helping animals or people.Every time I asked a question, she rolled her eyes and was constantly trying to leave the room, despite me being in the middle of asking questions -- trying my best to understand how to take care of our cat. I was listening and taking notes, but she clearly wanted to be anywhere else.A veterinarian doesn't have to love their job by any means, but a base level of empathy would've been appreciated. By the time we left, I was no less worried about our cat.We received meds and they did confirm our cat had abnormally high red blood cells, but Mallory seemed frustrated that a problem appeared. Not because we needed to remedy that problem, but because my wife and I were found to be rightfully concerned. I don't know if Mallory was having a bad day, but she needs to get it figured out and not project onto other people who are literally panicking about their pet -- their family.I only gave 2 stars because they provided medication for our cat. Given how dismissive Mallory was, I'm hoping it actually helps. If it was in regards to service alone, Mallory would get a 0 out of 5.By the way, I saw another review specifically pointing out Mallory as the problem. So, I know we're not alone and this isn't an isolated incident. She's very likely the issue.

This place is highway robbery they quoted us a price then charged us more then what they said.they told us 250.00 to put my dog down and and for er visit.TI would recommend you find someone else because the prices are way out control .

We can't say enough about how amazing the vet and all the vet techs are. We had been with another vet for over a yr with no change in our fur babies health took her to this amazing place and they was so good to her was gentle completely blown away she's been home for a few days and has already had a huge impact she's doing amazing the entire time she was being mis diagnosed and all the vet did was nothing to benefit her We are so thankful we found our forever vet thank you all so much ❤

Lost a whole family of business I will be transferring my pets records to a different vet. The vet Grant needed to biopsy my dad's cane Corso. Needed to put a muzzle okay no big deal, keep in mind my dad's dog Duke already had a leash and his collar on along with a leather muzzle. They then proceed to put a choke rope leash on him. They take him back to the exam room next moments later my dad's dog is laying on the ground foaming at the mouth from being pulled and choked to hard with the rope leash and not being able to breath. My dad who is a grown man was in tears when he was at his home he did not know if his dog was going to get up off that floor. There was no need for that they continued to try to drag him even when he had nothing left in him. Keep in mind this was the vet Grant Tod's son. My mom has went here since she was 20 years old she is now in mid 60s I have been going here since I was 15 for my dogs we will no longer be coming in. This poor baby Duke did not deserve any of thisJust to find out after a second opinion as a puppy it is not cancer the bump will go away on its own..all that for nothing what a piss poor way to handle the situation all cause they would rather not deal with a dog 😢 😕

I was new to the area and on a holiday weekend with friends when my poor dog busted her toe. Not knowing how bad it was I called around for a vet and this was the only place that didnt want to put me 2 weeks out. My poor dog had to have her nail taken off as it was completely bent off. The vet and techs were incredible. My dog is not only 8 and acting older but she is really scared by the unknown. They were kind and patient and just wonderful. I look forward to the next check up

Dr. Price is amazing. They are huge 4-H advocates and support several county fairs. They take care of our large animals as well as our small. We have boarded our dog and they take great care of them. All the staff are wonderful. Definitely recommend. They also just purchased the clinic in Bucyrus and kept all the staff, looking forward to them doing great things.
