Have been coming for a few years and for the most part all has been good. Had to cancel my appointment last week due to an unexpected trip with my daughter but immediately rescheduled for today. Was informed at check out that I was being charged an extra $10 due to last minute cancellation. Such a bummer because our little guy has done well there.

I’ve been taking my dog Kota here since I got her. She was really skittish, nervous, and nippy when I adopted her so I was nervous the first time I brought her in but they’ve always been so patient and gentle with her. I was referred here by a shop in Alliance, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. I took our severely matted old cat here to have her groomed. The cat had such bad matting that I wasn't sure anyone would be willing or able to help her. The lady was very friendly and did a great job for a fair price. I also really liked the friendly waiting room cat. Gave me someone to hangout with while I waited.

My dog absolutely hates having her nails trimmed and they were definitely too long. I called and found out they do walk-in nail trims(call first!), at a fantastic price! They had my anxious doggo in and out super fast and did a great job!! The best trim and file she's ever had! The shop kitty is also the best and is great company while you wait! Seriously cannot recommend enough!

Fletcher has been coming here for 2.5 years, & approximately 2-4 times a year. We never once had the same groomer I don’t believe, but Never Once was I disappointed!Nice cast of characters! & someplace My Sweet Boy absolutely loved to visit.Thank you all for taking such good care of my guy & my wallet.After 13 years of doing his job, Fletcher has moved on. He’s crossed that rainbow bridge. Much to all those who love him dismay & to my complete heartbreak!I take comfort, daily, knowing he’ll be back doing what he does best, & we’ll be side by side once again… someday!Thx again best of luck to you all. I am very thankful that I found a new puppy salon for my little Bichon shih Tzu, they got me in same day did such a great haircut grooming plucked her ears and made her so pretty and fluffy! Not to mention the gal that groomed her was very very nice and polite I am definitely going to be going back

New customer! Took our new puppy. Messaged before, and there was a quick response. Clean inside and not loud like some bigger commercial places can be. Gabby did a wonderful job and seemed to be mindful of not stressing out our pup on his first time. Definitely going to return

Paw Spa is one of best grooming facility in our area. Our long hair Tuxedo was so skittish and afraid of being grooed by us,that I happened upon the Paw Spa. I dropped her off,and when we returned home she is definitely a different cat.she has become more calm and loves being brushed. She also lays down on the couch beside me I brush her, but she wants to be near me. I would highly recommend Paw Spa to anyone that desperately needs their pet groomed. I can't thank them enough.

They were just fantastic! My little guy was a mess! I had mobility issues and couldn't room him properly myself, then I had major surgery. He is blind and was scared to death, panting, and his little heart racing little it was going to come out of his chest! But when we picked him up, he was so calm! Gabby did a fantastic job cleaning him up and following special instructions I had given her about him trachea issues! We have a new spa for our Sammy!

Took my dog Oreo to get a trim fresh'in up. Waited outside for 10 minutes for someone to show up because we where one of the first to arrive.Love the cat that protects the place he is always very friendly.The cut never disappoints, Oreo was looking great and smelling great.Thank you for always taking great care of him.

Wonderful place! I brought in my 7 year old terrier mix as a new customer. She doesn't like getting her nails trimmed and we've had bad experiences in the past where she's been injured while being groomed from less than patient and skilled groomers. Because of this, I was very anxious to leave her with new people not really know what was going on during her appointment. The staff were so friendly and patient with me while I asked questions and called to check in on her. Rachel did an AMAZING job! She was very kind to me and my little dog who had nice short nails and NO wounds by the time I picked her up. I will definitely be taking JoJo here from now on! I appreciate how well they care for the pets in their charge and how friendly they are with the people. I also love the sweet little shop cat, Tiger - the highlight of my day was getting to snuggle her while waiting for Jo! Thank you again to Rachel and all the staff! You really made our experience great.

My puppy has been3-4 times and we’ve always been very happy. Today I am so disappointed. Not only did they cut all of the Fur off of her ears that were not matted, But almost completely eliminated her tail, Which is a key piece of my mini golden doodle. When we got the phone call to pick her up they told me not to be alarmed. However I’m not sure what they thought I would be.Maybe call and ask if you can cut her tail and ears almost scalped before doing it. We will not be back.

We started taking our Shih Tzu Daisy to the Paw Spa this year and will be sticking with this groomer! They are average priced and I feel comfortable that Daisy is in good hands when she is there! They do a great job!

The 1st 2 times we took our dog they were great and Brittany was very good with our dog that doesn't like to be groomed. We made an appointment with Brittany but I guess she's not there and got another groomer. Our dog had razor burns and some cuts, the hair was not even and the groomer delivered our dog without the harness on and forgot the leash.

My lovely cat Lucifer got caught in a house fire luckily we still have him but he was very dirty with sut and other dirty things. So we took him here to get cleaned professionally and they went above and beyond! We couldn’t be any more happier! He smells wonderful looks better than ever. 10/10 !

I had such high hopes for this place. My dog Daisy had a groom there and the groomer got some kind of soap in her eyes and I ended taking her to the Vet ER which cost me $200 because she had ulcers in both eyes from it. When I talked to the groomer all she could say was that she was fine when she left the place. I just expected her to own up that she did this! I'm not going back!
