I have purchased from this company for many years! They are ALWAYS friendly, extremely helpful and kind. No one else gets my business and we have work dogs due to seizure alerts. The sizes are always correct, the follow up call is much appreciated. And the arrival time for the items I order is always within a reasonable amount of time. Awesome job Petjoy Wiredog

I can not say enough wonderful things about this company. They honestly went above and beyond for my dog and I. They actually stayed open a bit late on a holiday weekend so we could get him fitted perfectly. As someone who works in the customer service area, they truly blew me away. Thank you so much. You ladies are the best!

This company's only saving grace is the fact that some of the equipment is very good and that they'll apply patches to gear if you ask.Other than that, this is one of the worst experiences ever. I placed an order for about $80 on their site five days ago and while I can see the order status as shipped, there is no tracking number at all. It's important to me to have a tracking number as I need to know when the package will be here, since most likely it will go to the front office of my apartment building and they won't hold packages for more than a few days. They also do not tell you that you have a package. After that they send it back.So I called the only number available to me to call and have been recalling over and over. The automated system puts you on hold and then NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. This is during their business hours! It sends you directly to a voicemail. I've had this same problem while trying to call about a different order as well. I have never been able to speak to a single person in this company. Very, very bad customer service. I'll be getting all my service dog gear elsewhere from now on, it's just not worth it to support a company that doesn't take its customers seriously.

I can not begin to tell you how awful this company is regarding their customer service. I cannot tell you about their products because I have not gotten them after placing an order on 8-22-17. Granted there has been changes in the order process, however I sent a detailed photo of what I wanted on 9-13-17, still nothing. I have emailed and called SEVERAL times a day since. I sent two emails and left two voicemail just today, radio silent....
