Vet very knowledgeable and affordable! Vet can tell you when you need to take your four legged friend elsewhere for various services. Being able to say “i would go elsewhere” for the better of your pet speaks volumes about the honesty of the clinic

The Falls location did a great job with my cats' hernia operation and spay. THEY are worth a visit. HOWEVER, the Green location is a customer service nightmare. The hours constantly change, often last minute. Two days in a row they were late opening. Today the lady at the front desk didn't even know where the vet was. The vets I have dealt with seem very nice, the vaccinations are less expensive, but the face of the business, the woman at the desk, is possibly the most condescending, taciturn, and angry woman I have ever met. This is the first person a prospective client talks to and she is usually rude and disrespectful. They even have a sign out front that states if you can't be nice go somewhere else. Do yourself a favor, go somewhere else. Uniontown Vet on Cleveland Ave is amazing.

Great place for you to take your pets for most general veterinary services. Not an emergency clinic, but they do offer a wide variety of services at lower prices.

When I rescued "Gaia" we knew absolutely nothing about her other than her owner had dementia and had to be put in a nursing home. When we got her she was severely underweight, ungroomed and completely untrained. We didn't know how old she was, what vaccinations she's had (if any), her age or even her name. The pet guards employees were patient, friendly and thorough with her examination. There pricing is VERY reasonable!!! Remember to bring your dog on a harness AND leash and if you have a cat it's best to bring her in a carrier (since most likely there will be several large dogs in the waiting room)*If you need your dog to be spayed or neutered go to the Cuyahoga Falls location

I'd give it 1 star but the prices are decent however let's get into why I don't recommend this place. I went to the green location today and here goesreason 1. they NEVER answer the phonesreason 2. when you do call it's an answering service that gives you hours they are open which are wrong. I drove all the way to the green clinic just for them to be closed. and there was a sign on the door with completely different hours that were on that answering message.3. finally they were open and I find out they don't even neuter dogs over 50 lbs so complete waste of time4. got my dog updated on shots while there and the vet was so disrespectful. the old lady at the counter was sweet but that vet ticked me off complaining about my dog's name (Hades) and said he looked like a tony and then asked if she could just call him Tony and I said no it's Hades and she proceeded to call him Tony numerous times anyways. if she wants to name a dog then she needs to get her own dog. and if she wants to be a vet then she should be professional and respect the clients wishes and keep her views and opinions on the names we chose for our animals to herself. I should've called her a name that wasn't her name to see how she'd like it.

Every time I went to come back for my dog's follow-up shots they were closed and on top of that I found a new clinic to go to and they told me that some of the shots that they gave my dog weren't necessary and that he didn't need any follow-up shots until next year she said that clinics are good for that that's how they make extra money from you so I will never be back to this clinic and I will make sure everyone I know never comes to this clinic and on top of all this when I call the Cuyahoga falls clinic the gentleman was rude he was far from a gentleman I shouldn't even call him a gentleman the guy was rude

Terrible place to go. Was laughed at and the continuously mocked as to why I brought my dog in. Staff member was extremely rude. Very disappointed and very shocked someone like her could be there. I hope people see this message and don’t go here. Their sign says if you can’t be nice go somewhere else. The staff isn’t nice there. I’m truly sorry for anyone who brings their animals here especially if they experience that rude staff member. I’m disgusted and shocked at the lack of care and compassion I got. Shame on pet guards.

I would not reccomend taking your pet here unless you're looking for a negative experience. I brought my german shepard in specifically for his rabies and parvovirus vaccinations only to be informed of a $35 upcharge for a first time visit as well as being refused the 3 year vaccination. They insisted on giving him a 30 day vacation and told me I would have to come back in a week for the vaccinations they refused. I was told he was too young for a rabies vax but after I questioned, I was told he was indeed old enough "they just do things differently." The older woman at the front desk was rude and condescending. She did not speak with me regarding what I wanted for my pet. Instead, she dictated to me what services I would receive. It is evident that petgaurds makes a habit of wracking up customer's bills with unwanted/unnecessary services. If this is the initial contact a customer receives, Im glad I did not see the vet.

If i could give 0 stars I would. This was my first visit at this clinic and will absolutey never return. I brought my rescued stray cat in and the wait time was 1 hour and 40 minutes. When I finally got into the room the vet rushed me through the visit, I was only in the room for less than 10 minutes. She didnt give me any time to ask questions just rushed through everything. When driving home my stray cat had diarrhea and got it all over herself from the medication. How am i suppose to give my stray cat a bath? This place is terrible.

I felt the vet was spot on and he was personable and gentle. I went in for what turned out to be a yeast infection in my dogs ear. The savings was only about $20 though, compared to my regular vet (they charged 30 instead of 50) and I wouldn't have had the convenience of an appointment. I think they do offer a good service though

Friendly staff who understood our veterinary needs. Our vet retired and the new owner cancelled four times. Our dogs needed their rabie shots and distemper vaccinations, simple walk in procedure. Thank you for outstanding customer service.

Great service and truly wonderful with my dogs. Appointments are punctual, no long waits ever. Good money saver too. The only non-profit vetranarian office in our area. I can't praise them enough!!

Low-cost, basic vet pet care. We went for cat vaccines today. Everyone there was kind and helpful. Be advised, protocol is a bit different because of the pandemic. You may need to wait outside for a few minutes. The staff did a great job of efficiently getting through pet checks while still allowing time for questions. I recommend Pet Guards and will return when it's time for the next round of shots.

The staff was very friendly and the vet was great with my tiny new puppy. We went there for booster shots, ear cleaner and flea meds and the price was very reasonable. We will be going back for his shots again.

Love that was very friendly and very kind to my kitten who's not very friendly with most people she was able to diagnose her very easily provided me with medication for multiple things all of which was about half the price of what I was expecting to pay. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Dr Morse in Cuyahoga Falls has been very knowledgeable with my pets. I have referred several people there. I have had some poor experiences with the care of my animals the past few years and he has earned my trust with his care.

The lady who works the front desk is rude and obnoxious. The Vet is actually really nice and I feel like she is a good Dr. I guess you get what you pay for when you go to a “clinic.” I feel bad for the front desk lady, she must really live a miserable life and I’m willing to bet she has no friends.
