Great service. Friendly and loving to pets. Our cat comes home smelling good and brushed to perfection. We also have his nails trimmed every few months here. They always do a great job. I also recommended your facility to Moses original owner to have her other kitty's enjoy a spa day.

I don’t normally go out of my way to leave bad reviews so this is honest feedback. Don’t take me as a typical harsh critic.We took our two dogs in for a bath and haircut. Confirmed with the owner as to the type of cuts each dog would need with detail and were on our way. Upon picking them up, we quickly realized the dogs never got a haircut, only bathed. We should have stopped there. We took them back for a complimentary haircut the next day, which was very kind of the owners to do. What we returned to was the most horrifying excuse for a dogs haircut I’ve ever seen. We have an Australian Shepard whose body was shaved like a poodle while his neck wasn’t even touched. I wont even go into detail about our golden retrievers haircut. I understand a bad haircut but this was a complete lack of regard for the practice of cutting dogs hair. I would really strongly not recommend taking your dog here unless you can guarantee somebody with proven experience is cutting your dogs hair. Again, I even regret to write this review but I am in disbelief at the outcomes of both my dogs.

This is Cheyenne, she has lymphoma from breast cancer. I took her yesterday to get cleaned up, she didn't like me to brush her anymore, I guess her skin is sensitive now. Green family pets took great care of her. She looks so happy we have no complaints!

My dogs is absolutely inlove with amy and her care. Bruce has been here twice and he never wants to leave. 😀 She is caring and texting me with updates and pictures of Bruce all the time. Her son plays with all the dogs and takes good care as well, they go for a walk , they play and and they have a lot of space for him to run around . They have good prices for broading . It’s very clean and new equipment. The atmosphere is great !!!! We love our dog and we definitely trust this company .Highly recommend! We will be coming back !

Amy at Green Family Pets takes such great care of my little boy toy poodle. He's a senior and is blind in one eye and deaf. She treats him with such gentleness and kindness. And he always looks great when she's done grooming him. I highly recommend Green Family Pets!

Amazing experience! I have a puppy who is fearful of grooming and having his nails done. Amy was fantastic! She was kind caring did an amazing job and was very professional. She was extremely patient and gentle with my pup who left there looking better than ever and most importantly he was very happy! I highly recommend Amy (and Sophie) for all of your pet grooming and boarding needs. You will find her business clean and very well-managed. If I could give her a hundred positive stars I would. My 2 German Shepherd dogs were seen today for a wash and deshedding. They smell great their fur is soft. The coloring of their fur just pops. They look WONDERFUL. Thank you so much!

Boy, I don’t even know where to start on this review. I generally don’t leave reviews, but need to put it out there for people wanting to use this place. It is probably the most unprofessional dog grooming salon that I’ve ever been to. We took our dog there because our last groomer quit and my first impression when I walked in the door wasn’t even that good as there was 10 or 15 dogs running all over the place. Our dog really doesn’t care for other dogs so we asked for our dog not to be caged or be around the other dogs, and they assured us that that would not happen. We made a 2 o’clock appointment and long story short it took a total of 3 1/2 hours. My wife wondered what was going on so she stopped by and our dog was in a cage soaking wet with a garage blower blowing on the dog to dry him off. He has basically been traumatized ever since he’s been there. Even after the haircut, his hair was so long in his face that he could not even see. I know it’s a dog groomer place but the cleanliness of the place was disgusting and there was a dog that was supposedly the owner that goes around and eats the trimmed dog nails off of the floor. And at one point they said they put my dog in a cage with that dog. I could go on and on, but I definitely do not suggest this place.

My mini schnauzers are NOT easy to deal with. They are rambunctious, anxious, and jumpy! This place does such an amazing job with them and their haircuts look great - even though I know they are hard to work with. Thank you for your patience with my guys!

I brought in an ownerless cat with nails turned into her paws. She was so amazing with the cat!!!! Got her all fixed up and out the door in about 15 minutes. She was great!! Got down on the floor with the cat and was so gentle! I can not say enough good things about this place!

We have been boarding and grooming our dog Willow at Green Family Pets since they opened. Amy and her staff have made us feel very welcome and comfortable leaving her there. They do a good job with her nails and she always smells fresh and clean when she gets home. If you’re looking for a great option in Green for boarding, grooming, or day care then give Green Family Pets a try.

Our first time here but we will be going there on a regular basis. Everyone was so friendly and professional. My Daisy Mae is a Standard poodle and she looks so adorable they took their time with her and did a wonderful Job🙂

We took our two corgi-poos to Amy today (11/5/21) for the first time. Amy was just wonderful with both of them and gave them the cut we wanted. She even sent me photos of each to see if there was anything else I wanted done prior to picking them up. The boys loved their spa day and we most definitely will be using Amy exclusively for all future grooming/spa days!

Fantastic experience! My husband has a Great Dane service dog. We took him to Green Family Pets for a routine bath. They worked with him amazingly and we're understanding and accommodating to his anxiety, being separated from his human handler during his bath and groom. We also had Green Family Pets groom our family pet, a golden/retriever Irish setter mix, a pandemic puppy with no exposure to grooming during life. He was nervous, tangled, and had some hidden mats (armpits and groin) - they treated him wonderfully and he came out wagging and beautiful. The trimmed up his feet, so helpful to prevent snow balls between the toes, and took care of all his extra fluff. We couldn't be happier and will be using Green for all our grooming needs.

Do not recommend. First time I took my dog there her nails were clipped too close to the quick and bled. Second time she got a deep skin infection (see photo) and within 48 hours she was in the ER and required a hospital stay.

Horrible experience, do NOT recommend! I've never had to leave a bad review somewhere but this is an exception. I had booked back in late February to have my Dog boarded here for our upcoming vacation in June. I spoke with the owner a couple times and no initial issues with the dates and boarding. However, I tried calling a couple times the week of boarding to confirm the details one last time and see what time to drop him off since I've never been here before and it had been a little while since I initially scheduled him. No answer or callback so I went to their website to double check the phone number I had was correct as well as verify the hours of operation. To my surprise, there is a note on the website saying they are not accepting boarding at this time due to facility renovations. Not only was I not called to let me know this to give me time to find somewhere else to board my dog, but I never received a callback either when I left a message inquiring about what happened and trying to get answers. Very unprofessional! Luckily another wonderful boarding facility was able to squeeze me in last minute so I am able to still go on my vacation, otherwise I would have been out of luck since this time of year pretty much everyone is booked out. I will never deal with this business again.

Amy, the owner, would definitely qualify as an “Animal Whisperer!” Dogs can sense when they are loved and protected, and they respond in like manner! Amy has a BS in Biology and a PhD in Education Administration. If she doesn’t already know the answer to your pet question she knows how to research!! 🐾🐕 🐾
