This use to be such a nice store. We live 2 minutes from the store, but drive by it to go to one in Akron because this store is never stocked and the employees are very rude. There are carts everywhere with items that need to be put on shelves. It is very difficult to even shop there with a shopping cart because they have so many items that need to be put on the shelves you can not even walk down the aisles. This has become a terrible store in our great community.

Been here since it was built in Uniontown. Use to be one of the cleanest and well stocked DG’s around this area. Ever since Mike quit, it’s been terrible. Always out of the stuff I use to purchase here all the time; Managers are negligent with attitudes, never enough staff and you can barely move around the store because there’s tall carts of un stocked items everywhere. Just today, September 5th, 3:40pm, as I shopped here, the Manager Deb was pulling bags of chips out of the boxes and just throwing them on the floor as if she had an attitude. Please get this store some help!! Ms Melissa can’t do it all by herself but I thank her for trying!!

Wow, the lady working there gave me such an attitude because I didn’t want to use the self check out. She said she hasn’t been able to get anything done. And I replied I’d rathertalk to a human being than a machine. She was very rude and made me feellike I did something wrong.At a later visit I was in line and she said she could help me… I replied “no, I’m good”.I will always use the self checkout whenever she is on staff.

Manager and employee literally standing at the register filling balloons. Don't acknowledge me when I walk up, wait for me to unload my whole cart on the counter, then refer me to the occupied self checkout and make me reload my cart and wait in line for self checkout...while they fill balloons...this place is a joke

I was excited for a new store but the service is awful. There is never a cashier at the register when I go. I am always left waiting, the manager had her food out on the check out counter, and was snippy when I rang the bell for service. So clearly this is a management issue. I will drive an extra mile out of my way to go up the street where everyone is more pleasant!

This store sucks! Don't go there, Cashier named Kerra was very rude. Over charged for items. Told her about it. She couldn't fix. So I wanted to return items. And she calls the police on me. Beware if shopping at this store. Avoid if possible.

Staff is not very friendly. And dont know general questions about the store and products they carry. Ive been here at least 7x since they've opened. Wanted to give them a chance before I wrote this review. The store so far is well kept and clean. Thats a plus but seems when they run out of an item it takes awhile to replenish stock.

I love this store when certain employees are there.. i was there tonight July 21 and service was awful.. I found them rude and the cashier well if she is there (if I ever go back) I will leave my cart in the isle and walk out.... She is so unfriendly and ask as if it's a bother to cash me out... There is one young man that works there who goes out of his way to help.. I have personally called the store manager and told her it was the first time in a long time I felt welcomed in that store...

Shopped here today, masks employees are wearing is a joke! It's a scarf and their mouths are not covered at all. Was there last week and there was a man and woman with no masks on and the employee did nothing to enforce the mask mandate. As for the rude male manager, he is very rude, hollered at a friend of mine. Very disappointed in the management of this store

Don't post a sale sign if your not going to honor it. Even after the cashier, Crystal, going over to look and stating she sees the sign and doesn't know why its not coming up. There is a line of people behind me. Ill be taking this up with manager, Susan. It's only a dollar but know its the principal! Ugh..frustrating

This is one of my favorite stores to make quick stops at they have a pretty large selection just about anything you want from birthday presents to toys to decorations to our large variety of different foods they even have some clothing Home and Garden it's just a very small store that has a lot of different things for the space they have available in the prices can't be beat

Nice new store close! Well it was a good store pulled in at 9:49 employee had his car running in front of the door and it was locked 3 customers including me got told we're closed very rudely so!

Cleanest and most Organized Dollar General I have ever been in! Don't change your staff and pay them to stay!!!!!!! Don't send them to "fix up" some where else. Send them the "broken" ones to fix!

Just tried to run up at 9:48 the doors were locked early and the employee inside saw me and refused to open the doors. I only needed one item, you state you don’t close until 10? Poor customer service to look at a customer from behind locked doors when you are supposed to still be open.

Because you never keep these stores straighten up boxes in the isles. Things falling on the floor to fall on.never enough help to stock and keep neet.
