Currently this store is understaffed the employees are very friendly,helpful ,they always greet, and ask if you needed any help when you leave. My review would be very very different if it was two months ago I would’ve given them five stars. Recently I found the store to have sparse stocked shelves Christmas items laying on the bottom shelf in a jumble carts of product blocking the way from me getting to other places. I am sure once they are fully staffed I will amend my review. Items I wanted to purchase or not stocked. Since the sale was ending that day I knew I would not be able to purchase them. This is not an employee problem this is a corporate problem. Addendum- wow new employees, store well stocked and orderly! Very well done!

I went to the store in search of Christmas clearance items. I was surprised to see just how much was still available. There were many candles remaining which was a delightful find. The only negative part of my visit was that the items on the shelves were in great dissaray and employees were populating shelves with new inventory which made it difficult to maneuver around them. I thought the evening would be a better choice to stock the shelves.

Seems like they're always out of a lot of stuff and they usually have boxes laying around. Maybe spreading the staff a bit thin? Very kind and helpful staff but the store is a mess if you're trying to shop with a cart. Please restock empty spaces! I work right by here and stop in frequently, I doubt I'm missing that many trucks!

I've visited a few Dollar Generals, and they are 'generally' all the same: quick stop junk stores that will meet your needs for snacks and cleaning products. Every one has their corners of cheap goods (often seasonal) that lay in dusty piles until the next season rolls around. Don't expect consistency of product either. The staff doesn't engage much, but they are friendly if you ask for help.

The service here is great, plus they have a better selection of items than the Canton locations. I usually buy hats and sweatshirts from here. Unfortunately, their registers are glitchy. I've had a few long visits, due to them having to reboot their computers.

Really clean,excellent lighting and the woman at the checkout was extremely nice, but was a bit disappointed with what they have in stock. But they had just opened and probably still stocking the shelves. Going to give it another shot today.

Always reasonable price and good selection of pool toys for the kids. This store is less than 60 seconds from my house and is very convenient. I shop here multiple times a week.

This store has a lot of products of all variations. It's basically a mini Walmart. The location is prime. The only down fall is they usually only have one clerk checking people out. They only have two checkout lanes, there is way too much business going through this place for them to only have two checkout lanes. They should definitely fix that.

It's my favorite dg maybe but it was cluttered I had to push a uboat cart of stock out the way to get a 12 pack of pop, but it didn't bother me they are probably understaffed and have alot of Easter stuff to stock

One thing you can say about Dollar General and they are all pretty much the same this one is extremely clean and the employees are very friendly and helpful they have some unique things there and you can't even find at the big box grocery stores and the prices are much much better I do recommend if you're looking for something swing by Dollar General they may have what you want a much lower price then you can get at the big stores good luck and enjoy your shopping

The only employee I saw was the cashier. She was very sweet & helpful. Great customer service. I was just concerned cuz it seemed as if she knew she had a lot of things to do and no one to help her.

This store has the worst customer service imaginable. "Manager" has two lanes 'open', but tells you to step down to the 'clerk' and she will take care of you. When you correct her, she condescendingly tells you to step down to register #1. At the time, there were 3 people checking out. Certainly not a big deal, or inconvenience.

Unfortunately, our experiences with this store are less than stellar. The manager never works, the staff that IS there is very overworked and extremely short-handed, the lines are always long (seems like there's only ever one person working at a time- regardless of time of day), and the store itself is a mess. The only reason we continue to frequent this location is the fact it is only a couple minutes from our home.

If the hours are 8am-10pm, you may want to actually open at 8am. Was there today (2-13-18) at 8:35am and the lights are one, one car in the parking lot but the door was locked. I called a few times with no answer. Watched 4 other people try to get in then leave.

Always have a terrible stock of red bull. Have only ever has the original flavor in the 8 oz cans, and only ever have original, tropical, and watermelon in the 12 oz cans

I like the staff and the service. But, beware of the bagged ice. Sign says 22lb bag, receipt says 22 lb bag, but bag says 20lb. Not getting what they are advertising!

What can't you like about the Dollar General Stores....no high prices for simple things you need around the house...Nice sale prices on 12 packs of soda...good snacks and treats to without the high prices of other stores
