Awful. The women here are absolutely arrogant, rude, and seem to hate their jobs. I mean not an employee or two - every single employee. If CVS treats you bad as employees (which I would not be surprised by this), it's not customers' faults.They do not fill prescriptions properly, run them through insurance improperly. Guessing they are not trained at all.It's tough to get through to a human on the phone, they push their app. I do not ascribe to cell phone use/apps (only calls and texts) for anything - if you don't either, good luck :(. CVS also owns our insurance, Aetna. They just bought Oak Street Health in '22 or '23 - so as they grab everything up and we citizens that work for insurance have very limited options, the service gets worse!Think I'll try CVS in either Akron or Canton, as I've seen suggested elsewhere that they are not as bad as Green.

I had an antibiotic called in for strep. Went to pick it up and they said they didn’t have anything for me. I Called my doctor and they said they would call it in again. 2 1/2 hours later I called the pharmacy and the phone promptsaid it was in process. Cool- I figured by the time I get there it will be ready. I pull up and they tell me it’s out of stock. NO CALL OR TEXT TO ME, DID NOT CALL MY DOCTOR TO GET AN ALTERNATE. How is this okay?! They just let me show up an hour before closing to tell me they don’t even have it. After the pharmacist was too cowardly to come talk to me about it and instead yelled back and forth to the tech, they said they were sending it to a different location and I could go pick it up now. I headed that way and called to find out THEY ARE CLOSED.Update: still more incompetence here. Had a prescription called in, needed prior auth. Ok I received a letter from my insurance saying it was approved. Still getting texts from the pharmacy saying they haven’t gotten the approval and that I needed to call my doctor. I called CVS and let them know I got a letter over a week ago that said it was approved. The pharmacist argued with me and then looked it up. Said “oh I do see it was approved, well they only approved a smaller amount.” I called my insurance…they said only the first dose is small to get me started and then the next time I refill it will be the larger amount. Refilled it yesterday and it’s still the small amount…of course when I call I sit on hold for 20 mins and finally give up because no one answers. They really can’t do anything right, it’s sad

If I could give this CVS a 0 star, I would. Absolutely horrible customer service from the cashier this afternoon when I was attempting to buy my 8 year old some CHILDRENS cough medicine. I used the self check out, it said I had an age restricted item. Cashier said she would be right over. She must have forgot in the one minute it took for me to ask her again to come over. When she did I showed her my ID (just got married so all I have is the paper DL) she avoided eye contact and kept looking over at her coworker. I asked her if everything was ok and she said "I NEED YOUR ID. THAT IS JUST A PIECE OF PAPER." I said no. This is a legal ID, until my new one comes in the mail. Even her coworker was trying to tell her that my ID was legitimate. She just stood there. I then asked for her manager. When he came over, I explained to him what was happening, and he right away had his competent employee ring up my purchase. I will never go back to that CVS ever again. And I have spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars there over the years. Train your employees to know laws, regulations, and decent respect for people.

Very disappointed as I can’t even get a hold of the pharmacy to ask why they won’t fill my prescription I’ve needed since THURSDAY 07/06. Every time I call no one answers at the pharmacy. My fiancé was just up there to pick up my medication and they filled it for 2 days again versus 15 days which my doctor changed on Thursday. Also while he was there, they just let the phones ring! No one even attempted to help the customers on the telephone. Absolutely atrocious service.

This is for the minute clinic. But if you have them all attached is all one business.While I was there, they were nice enough. Online it showed the cost would be 209. In person they said it would be about 359. This is annoying, but after a call to the manager is resolved and good. I THOUGHT... The construction makes getting in a pain, but that's not their fault.HOWEVER, a month later I get a text message saying I didn't pay, and I owe 149... this sounds to me suspiciously like them trying to collect the remainder. I came in for a rapid covid test for traveling only. Now they're trying to add in other fees for stuff they didn't do? Nope. Calling them they say just forward a bank statement and we'll see... sounds like fraud.AVOID AT ALL COSTS. NOT WORTH THE VISIT.

Honestly I normally have a good experience, but two stars for the redhead who told me they didn't have my prescription, and when I went back the next day they said they did they were just out it, and of course they can't transfer it to Arlington who does have it in stock 🙃 electronic prescriptions it will be easier they said, but why would a pharmacy accept a 90 supply if they only had 30 supply. Or at least be in communication with the doctors office at the beginning not when I try to fill them. I think pharmacies need to change how they evaluate prescriptions coming in as a rather than when people fill them. It would be better customer service in general. If my they and the system was on it they could have easily for seen this issue.

I had an appt at the CVS Minute Clinic for a sinus infection - the nurse practioner sent my prescription to the in-store pharmacy. I was told my prescription would be ready in 20 minutes, so I told the staff person that I would wait. The pharmacist was yelling out names of people who were waiting - never called out my name. I sat on a chair near the pharmacy. It took over 45 minutes for me to get my prescription - that was only after I stood up. My prescription had been ready but no one bothered to let me know. Awful, awful! If I have to use the Minute Clinic again, I'll take my prescription to my regular pharmacy.

My medication was short 30 pills! Either the pharmacist can’t count or someone is stealing pills. This is absolutely ridiculous! Unbelievable!This is the only pharmacy I can go to because of my insurance otherwise I’d switch, with that being said, I have asked that all of my prescription quantities be triple checked. I will have every prescription counted by the pharmacist when I pick them up!!!They need to figure out a better system so this doesn’t happen to customers! And a better system to track how this happens!!!

Pulled up to get my prescription and there was a car in front of me. When I got to the window the lady looked at me then shut the gate over the window & an automated voice said “sorry we are closed for lunch”. I understand that you have a set time for your lunch but when a customer is waiting in line & you just shut the window on them to eat your lunch that is absolutely bad business. Highly recommend NOT using this place as your pharmacy.

I gave them my disposable camera to develop and went 3 times to pick up my photos. I was never contacted that the photos were ready to pick up, and the third time I went the cashier told me they were probably thrown away. I am extremely disappointed. I am also a rewards member there so they could have easily contacted me. They were my senior prom photos and I’ll never get to see them.

There is no phone and way to talk to a human at the clinic for help. I made an appointment on line for Thursday, when I showed up to sign in, there was no record of my appointment even though I had a confirmation number. There were no other appointments available, so I went home and scheduled again for the next day. Friday, I show up 15 minutes early as instructed, sign in on the kiosk, enter my confirmation number and credit card. And wait.... and wait.... and wait.... finally the CNP asks my name and tells me I didn't sign in, but she did agree to see me.At the end of my appointment she electronically sent prescriptions to my pharmacy. One of the 4 was missing. The pharmacy said they did not receive it. There is no way to fix this and get my prescription, because you cannot talk to anyone at the clinic on the phone. I begged for help from the CVS store employees, but was told the Clinic is separate and they couldn't help me. They were not even willing to take a note and stick it under the door to ask the nurse to call me. They said it violated HIPPA laws.So here I sit, still sick, without all of my needed medication and no way to get help, unless I drive 20 minutes and sit in the clinic waiting room, and try to catch the CNP personally between patients.

I had a very good experience at CVS on Massillon Rd tonight. I do shop there frequently even though I have moved out of the area. Carmela greeted me and asked if I needed help with finding anything. I was able to find everything I needed and was able to check out without a problem. I was able to use my CarePass, my ExtraBucks and my 20% CarePass on CVS items. Total I saved 46% this visit! Thank you CVS!

Whoever it was that was working the pharmacy was extremely rude. I think her name was Abigail. No matter if they are busy or backed up customer interaction is what is going to keep you open and going. Glad that this was a one time fluke coming here cause I won’t ever again. I would rather pay money to switch my prescription than to be treated like cattle going to the butcher again.

I've been on the same medication occasion with the same pharmacy for for over 3 years now every time I retime I need to pick up my refill which is every 2 months they're always out of stock I don't understand how you can be out of stock of a medication every time someone needs a medication, it seems a but ridiculous! Isn't there ways to prevent this? Such as inventory regulation? Sad but I will need to transfer pharmacy if it keeps happening

Very unsatisfied with the entire experience. Had to do a lot of waiting at the pharmacy until I was appointed to rep from CVS pharmacy . They were too worried about protocol instead of their customer service even though I was in pain for my medication . Asked if they would call my doctor about my prescription because it wasn't signed which is a cream for hemorrhoids . They refused and told me I need someone at the office to sign, which I could've done that if I noticed from the get go. But I would like to thank Green Giant Eagle pharmacy for taking care of me.

We had an appointment set for a Vax, after getting the first one here. They didn't let us know before our appointment that they don't have what we need anymore. We would have never gotten the first one if we couldn't get the second DUH!

Not a good experience here. I’m standing waiting for clerk to come and ring my purchase. He finally arrives, so I wait for his verbal or nonverbal gesture to tell me he’s ready to help me which never happens. He rings my purchase and immediately give me total. I asked him if they still accept cvs/Caremark card at this particular location as I was interested in using my 40% coupon. After all that, I pay for my purchase and we’re just standing there looking at each other. 15 seconds pass and he finally ask if I would like a bag (I bought a large pack of toilet paper). Sheesh, where are the basic customer service skills and drop of common sense here!! I will never go back to this cvs

Terrible experience with the minute clinic. Especially the practioner that was working. I left in tears. I went on right at 9am to sign up to see the doctor. I was technically second in line but a couple had forgot to sign in ( who was really first) so I was third. Well, the nice couple let the first person who signed up in the computer go ahead so I left and heard I would receive a text when I could come back. I received the text 5 min after I left and I think it was because I was second in the system. However, when I got there I walked in and sat in the actual doctors office. Then the practioner noticed the couple who forgot to sign up in the system were still waiting even though they said I could go ahead of them. Well the doctor noticed this and said " no" they need to go ahead since they were here before you. He said he would text me when he was ready for me. Well, three hours later did not receive a text so I just signed up again. My appointment was at 1:21pm. I get there and the doctor says " oh sorry I'm at lunch now" my appointment says 1:21!!! Do not tell me you're at lunch. He then laughed at me when I said " you know what, forget it" this is my first written review ever and I'm beyond frustrated. If it was up to me I would absolutely fire that practioner.

The pharmacy is a joke. I arrived sat at 6:06 to pick up my prescriptions. I was told they close at 6 and couldn’t do anything about it. That’s fine, I get it. I should have arrived 7 mins earlier. I went first thing Sunday morning at 10:40 am - the pharmacy was supposed to open at 10 am on Sunday’s. I’m waiting at the drive thru for at least 10 mins. There’s a line of cars stacking up behind me. Another disappointed customer pulls up next to us and says they aren’t open. I go inside and wait to speak to a manger. Apparently it was too much to ask to just place a sign on the window for people to know that all pharmacy techs called off!!!

Ever since we moved to Green and started going here it has been a disaster. Nobody in the pharmacy has any idea what they're doing. Prescriptions are wrong, things aren't filled when they should be and just a general sense of ignorance. It also really sucks since they're buying everything up and it's reallt the only option left. The vast stupidity is beyond infuriating.

The minute clinic located inside this CVS is extremely unprofessional and extremely dysfunctional. I signed in and my wait time was 2hrs and 34mins, I ended up waiting 4hrs only to be told my name was removed from the list and that I would be moved to the bottom. The “nurse practitioner” took an extended lunch only to come in late. Never again returning.
