The guys did a great job. We had to have a bridge installed to get the signal from our barn to the house.The girl at the office was very helpful and answed all my questions.Hookup was easy to understand.They were very polite and respectful of my home while doing the final connection.Great service, great price.

Smartway has been one of the best decisions we made! Any time we have any any issue (router box going bad) they have been quick to respond and come fix the issue. We just upgraded to the higher speed and Reanna our installer was great! She explained everything to us and had everything switched over quickly for us. They are also good on updating Facebook or email on any outages/maintenance that will be done.

I’ve had a great experience with Smart Way. After confirming I had service at my property, an appointment was set to install a couple of days later.The morning of install I received a call to confirm my appointment at 11am. I was pleasantly surprised when the installer, John, arrived at my place at 10:30am. I’m not used to internet companies being on time, let alone early.John got right to work locating and installing the receiver in the best spot for signal, ran the Ethernet where I specified, and set up the network. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with an easygoing attitude every step of the way.As for the service itself, I’m blown away so far (averaging 165 Mbps down and 20 Mbps up). I’m rural and until now I’ve been relying on my phone’s hotspot for internet (not great). I was considering Starlink as a solution, but I’m so glad I went with Smart Way.

Wow! John went above and beyond to utilize an old tv antenna that was still in good shape in order to mount a small receiver to it so I could get service. Now I have high speed internet way out in the country that allows me to cancel my starlink service that always over promises and under delivers. Zack was top notch from the get go. He is an extremely friendly person that is very friendly and professional. The work ethic is off the charts with these guys. Zack even walked my entire house and made sure the WiFi was acceptable in every area. I cannot go without mentioning how patient and kind Kim was when I called. Valorie was also exceptionally nice when setting up my appointment. What a great team of people. This company is going places. If you’re thinking about changing up your internet provider, I would highly encourage you to give Smartway a call!
