Worst pharmacy to deal with I moved up here in October I came from Lisbon never had problems with them dealt with them for years this prarmacy has people who don’t know what there doing had to have person fix my insurance because Alexis didn’t know what she was doing very rude also they take forever to answer the phones or get prescriptions fill . Than told me I had to come in person to fill . Because there was some I didn’t pick up she was very rude on the phone also talks really low and she cuss me out and hang up on me I wouldn’t recommend this place I told her I was going write bad reviews she told me it wasn’t going hurt her feelings .This place needs shut down . I definitely switch pharmacy’s and they also don’t fill all your prescription in row they wait until you pick up one then fill the others this place needs shut down

This Rite Aid is the slowest ever, not professional at all when I had buckeye for years up in columbiana county all my prescriptions was filled all at once for years this went on came down here n I get 1 prescription at a time totally ridiculous.

Had to get a prescription filled that was on back order. Sara went to great trouble researching where I could find this script at Rite Aids within a 100-mile area. I'm very grateful for her kind initiative

This is the closest pharmacy to the highway on the way to our remote lake shack . It’s the last opportunity for needed items before we park the car for the weekend . They mostly have a ample stock if k out they apologize

I'm a fairly patient person since I work in retail and I know things get busy, but this is by far the slowest pharmacy I have ever been to... not just once in awhile but every time I have to have a prescription filled .. There is no reason it should take 2 days for me to be notified that a prescription is ready. There is no reason I should have to wait another 20-30 minutes for the prescription to be ready when it was called in the day before I go pick it up... They also never answer their phone. I tried to call for 20 minutes to see if my prescription was ready and was hung up on 4 times. Smh....

This is a great local pharmacy.... Many people expect instant prescriptions but in the real world that's not the case. I've sat in the waiting room and seen nothing but hard-working pharmacists and workers. I've never once been treated poorly and always been respected by cashiers and the pharmacy.

This rating is for the pharmacy.The assistants are Rude..The pharmacists are also rude..The wait is ridiculous. They say it will be ready in an hour, then you come back and it still is not ready..I used the pharmacy until CVS moved into Dennison..I found them to be the nicest people..and although no place is perfect I will never use Rite aid in Uhrichsville again..As for the store..I love the people that work the cash registers and they are helpful throughout the store...I give them a 5 ....thank you

This might be the worst pharmacy I have ever visited. My mom has a pretty severe form of epilepsy and when her medicine is ready for pick up, they never have it ready. My mother stays on top of her medications but the pharmacy cannot!! They don’t order prescriptions in a timely manner at all, and they have no ability to correct their mistakes. This has happened more than once and because my mother NEEDS her meds, we will not be going back to a pharmacy that never has her medicine ready for her. I HOPE THIS GETS FIXED BEFORE SOMEONE GETS HURT

The cashier (Colleen S.) at the drive thru couldn't have been more rude. Acting like I was bothering her. I had to wait for Colleen S. to come to the window with her attitude. Pushing the buzzer twice ( 10 minutes in-between). Sorry for making you do your job. I work with the public too sweetheart and I understand that it's a bit much at times but rushing me through isn't the solution. I've been a customer here for a long time.

Poor management of the drive thru get a plan no reason to have a person sitting at the window for 20 min if they have a issue have them come back around most likely you can get thru 10 people who have no issues the people who work there are fine just need a new plan for the drive thru make so many people more happy. Proably reduce the amount of stress on the employees also just say please pull around and we will have it all figured out when you get back. I know I know to simple. Much better now

This place is an absolute joke! Everyone in the pharmacy is slow and rude. When you voice your concern they tell you they suggest going to a different pharmacy. Really? That's really nice for business. Plus, I recently stopped by for an antibiotic for my son and they tried to give me Adderall for a little girl. They should be shut down....at least the pharmacy. The rest of the store is fine.

I wish I could give less than 1 star. The pharmacy is very poorly ran. It is such a joke! I went to pick up 2 prescriptions. The first one they only gave me 7 pills when the quantity said 28. Then, they told me it would be 20 minutes for my second one. So I waited an hour. The guy next to me was waiting there for 1 hour and 10 minutes. They never called his name. He went up to check and here it had been done a long time ago. I went up and they told me they couldn't fill it. So I waited for an hour for nothing.

Employee gave my daughter a hard time and attitude while she was looking for a lipstick and makeup I sent her to find. We declined to make the purchase due to the employee's comment and attitude.

Literally the worst pharmacy ever that you could possibly go to!!! They refused to answer the phone very rude and the pharmacy.. then when you finally do get a hold of somebody to check on your prescriptions you get an attitude like they’re mad about doing doing there job… by far the worst unprofessional place to go to!!!

If I could have given a 0 I would have. The pharmacy personnel are terrible. They are rude and uncooperative. Every time my sister goes there to get her prescription there is some type of fiasco. She was told last month that her ins. would not pay for a medication that she has been getting for years. When she asked if she could pay they told her it would be $160, then the next day they said it would be $25. She paid the $25 and was given a refund the next time she picked one up because the insurance had miraculously paid for it. Then the next month here we go again. Because they had given her a refund on a certain date, they said that she had picked her prescription up on that date and that she could not get it refilled for 9 days. To prove it they gave her a printout with an entirely different RX number and said that was the same prescription. The number on the bottle was not the same. How is this proof? These people should not work with the public!!

Asked them to fill my script 1 hour before closing they said no have ten people head of you so I called massillon asked if I can fill it thier they said yes so I drove thier to find out they would not transfer my script because they closed in 5 mins the uhrichsville one I drove 45 mins to find out they couldn't even call me to let me know the massillon one

Most of the pharmacy staff is exceptional in their consideration (I am prescribed a maintenance drug that most pharmacists refuse to carry) however I have to literally drive across two counties to fill my prescription and this pharmacy NEVER answers the phone upon opening or will guarantee my prescription ready for pick up knowing where I drive from .
