I visited this location today. There were 4 cars ahead of me. I sat in line for 34 minutes. This is truly pathetic. Would you think my food would be atleast hot and fresh. Nope. As the picture shows my cold burger could not even melt the cheese. What a joke. I didn't even recieve all of my food. Now I wonder is this place running a scam? There is no way I wait that long again for them to give me the rest of my order that would be cold too. This owner should be embarrassed of their dairy queen. Never again! I wish I could give -5 review. This place is horrible!

This gotta be the slowest drive thru anywhere . It’s been over 35+ minutes waiting in line for a simple blizzard … yikes make sure to stop else where . Time is money, not to this establishment I guess. I see a lot of reoccurring problems on these reviews

they were really rude. they were just staring at me and my friends completely ignoring us at the register. they finally decided to take our order and they didnt ask “how are you? what would you like?” none of that. they said nothing and stared at me waiting for me to just say what i want. the floor is disgusting there is mud everywhere. the tables need cleaned desperately and there are flies going around because of how disgusting this place is atmosphere wise. not many flies- but there is definitely a few here and there. Just plain rude, snoppy, high ego, employees. Unclean dining room. Horrible.

This is the worst dairy queen i have ever experienced. the workers were just staring at us and laughing while we are waiting to order. didn’t even ask us what we wanted or anything just stared and we had to just say it. and even after continued to say nothing to us. the floors are disgusting. so are the tables. flies everywhere and the people before us even agreed this was a horrible experience.

As someone that works in fast food and understands the struggle and tries to compassionate and understanding of workers this is genuinely some of the worst service I have ever received. I waited 30 minutes for a cookie dough blizzard that only had one piece of cookie dough and was completely melted by the time I got it, causing it to spill all over my car and they didn’t even give me napkins. I’m not trying to be rude just genuinely really disappointed

I get it that it is not 'fast food but fan food' but seriously waited 35 minutes in line and placed order and the cars never moved that were in front of us. Had to give up leave and give my business elsewhere. This Dairy Queen is the worst when it comes to service. We weren't the only customers to leave.

By far the slowest drive-through in existence. Ordered a grill burger plain, was told they only had ones that were with everything on them. Once I got my food, the burger had clearly sat for quite some time, as the condiments had made the top bun a pure soggy mess, and it was barely warm enough to keep the cheese melted. Pure LAZINESS!

The ice cream is fine but it takes forever to get it. They only have the drive thru to take care of and they are still slow. We sat for 10 min while they were supposedly making our 2 blizzards. They made 4 for the people behind us and then made ours while we sat at the window. The one making the blizzards also sat and chit chatted in between making the blizzards for the other people. Apparently she couldn't do 2 things at once.

I recently gave a very poor review. It was meant for a different business. I am so sorry. It let me edit. I come here quite often. Love this dairy queen. My grandchildren love it. Everyone is very very patient with one of the children that constantly changes his order.

We have been here several times and we are unhappy each time. Blizzards are runny and never served upside down. You are skimped on toppings. They are always out of something. Service is nice sometimes and rude other times. I think they need new management.

All DQ location are slow because of prepared as ordered, This I understand. This location is full of people who wonder clueless and definitely don't want to be working, they didn't flip my blizzard either! My seat got more of it than I did unfortunately

Ice cream is good when the machine actually works. Food is good though. Service and the workers could use a little working on sometimes. The age group that gets hired sometimes doesn't have the greatest work ethics. And the seating area could use a little more cleaning more often...

The young lady at the window practically threw the blizzards at me. I ordered 4 and a milkshake, so I asked 3 times which was which and she completely ignored me. Closed the window and literally 5 minutes later another girl came with the milkshake. Very rude and unprofessional kids working here. Will not be returning! Tusky Dugout will have all of our business! 8/27/19 at 5:15 p.m.

Food is usually sitting out for a hour or so then reheated instead of throwing it away and giving you something fresh. They have cockroachs like no other. Then the normal wait time in the drive thru is minimal 15-20 minutes.

No chocolate ice cream. Also didnt give us what we ordered after finding out they didn't have chocolate ice cream. Also took.forever to serve it.Btw... there may have been a total of 2 guests in the store and no one in the drive thru.#getittogether

The wait was almost 10 minutes (not exaggerating). The blizzard and sundae was disgusting, and the staff taking my order was rude. They're expensive for the food they serve. Idk how they're in business. I'd never go here again. Don't waste your time or money.

DQ needs to do some hiring! Not enough people to serve both walk-ins and drive thru? This means your remaining employees are gonna be stressed and overworked also. But yesterday afternoon, (April 19th,) despite all this, we got our food correctly, promptly, and cheerfully. Those people should get a raise and some help.

Every time I get a blizzard on the go. I always ask for a lid. I don't always get a lid unless I complain for one. According to the staff. The owner Gary Pittis complains that the cost of a lid on a to go blizzard is too much. He outta be happy I'm giving him three stars.
