Absolutely awful pharmacy. Stay away. Beware. Went to get my prescription filled. Told that they would have to order it, waited 3 to 4 days called them back to find out they couldn't even get the medication which the pharmacist probably should have known since they're the pharmacist of the store.... Have gone through severe withdrawals, almost hospitalized. Why they go take their little lunch break at a inconvenient time.

Unfortunately, in my hometown pharmacy, it is consistently a hot mess. I have now come to my pharmacy four times in one day to try to pick up prescriptions that have been ready for refill five days ago. Staffing & management is an utter disaster! :(

Watch out, they have no clue what they’re doing! A little over a month ago I tried to take my money here to this location for a green dot transaction, I don’t know if it was her first day or what, but the clerk tried to tax me on money that had already been taxed and paid to me! I told her that’s not right, that’s not how green dot works, she shrugged me off and said that was what the computer was telling her to do and she understood if I didn’t wanna use it, didn’t even offer to get a manager to see why it wasn’t working the correct way. That’s fine, I took my money to Macedonia Walgreens and they immediately knew what to do. Beware! You may have your money stolen whether it’s by accident or on purpose!

So incredibly slow, waited almost 2 hours (After scheduled appointment)for one shot. The main pharmacist decided to leave while we are still waiting for the shot to be administered. Do not recommend would give 0 if I had the option. NEVER GO HERE. Go anywhere else.

The worst Walgreens pharmacy location I've ever been to. Had a Rx sent to this location by accident and have had nothing but problems. Got an odd message about an insurance issue causing a delay so I tried calling to straighten out, was on hold for well over 2 hours. When finally getting a person they told me tgey didn't have the medication and were waiting for a delivery. Then I get the 1st of 2 different "your Rx is ready calls/emails" and go out of my way to pick up only to be told I need to wait 2 hours because it's NOT ready. Every employee I encountered was beyond rude and incapable of doing their job properly until yesterday when Maddy who was working the register helped me transfer the Rx to my more local branch even thougg the 2 pharmacists working were telling her not to do anything and said it was job to have them call not hers. If you can't find competent employees shut this place down before someone is unable to get their medication in a timely manner and something terrible happens.

I only give ratings if the service is really good or really bad. As you can see, this is 1 star. The pharmacy is incredibly slow, rude customer service, and there is always some sort of issue.

Absolutely terrible location, had an important prescription that had needed to be picked up. The sign that has "temporary hours" says that they close at 6 Monday through friday but no one was inside. So I went into the store to ask a manager, she says(defensively) that actually starts tomorrow and previous temporary hours were until 5.. little misleading when the sign does not say the start and end date of temporary hours.

Went to pick up a prescription and than was told it would be ready at 5:30. Go to pick it up at 530 only to be told they were out of it and sent it to a different store. Got to that said store, they never sent it to them and surprise they were out of it as well. Waited 45 mins at store to be told to go another store 45 mins away. Dont understand why you wouldnt check if you had it in stock before telling someone to come back.

I have multiple prescriptions that I have to fill every month for my son, so to say I am here often in an understatement. Tearina in the pharmacy is the absolute worst employee I have ever had to deal with - to the point that I pulled all of my prescriptions and went to another pharmacy. I have witnessed her be rude and nasty to other pharmacy employees and other customers and recently I had the privilege of experiencing her snarkiness first hand. She was a complete condescending brat when I asked a simple question when she used 'pharmacy language' that I had never had anyone use regarding my many many prescriptions before. Will NEVER fill another prescription there again as long as she is there. So disappointing! I hope the higher ups realize that she is poorly representing the pharmacy and losing money for them when people leave due to her behavior.

I had urgent care send my prescriptions to this Wallgreens. When I went to pick them up the pharmacy was closed for the next three days!!! The parson I spoke to said “did you need it today?”. Are you kidding?!!!

Horrible pharmacy. My pills are never IN STOCK, when I receive a call or text that I need to pick them up. 8 times in a row. Almost 1 year of this. Just lost my business.

Ordered 2 photo ornaments. Notified by UPS they were delivered to their mailbox. After more than 2 weeks the store cannot find them.Manager Robert was no help and didn’t seem interested in looking for it any farther than he could reach. Absolutely pathetic staff service.

Pharmacy was extremely helpful. Arrived right at closing and they were very accommodating as we were getting medicine for our 2 yr old with an ear infection. Would go back again. Thank you to their staff!

Pharmist was excellent in helping get dos pint codes to lower the cost of my medications! They were great about calling my Doctor to notify him that this was not typically how he prescribed my meds. Love this walgreens

I stopped in to get my pictures put on a DVD....Me being a little old white woman had to deal with a black man by the name of Ethan...{ no name tags on anyone...and ya know they all look alike, and what kind ofname is Ethan for a black man ?Anyway....KUDOS. Awesome Young Man And I could understand every word he said.Kidding aside...he was a pleasure to talk to and he was very helpful.

Just left the DriveThru. The young man made a huge error with our prescription pickup....took quite a while to rectify (while we held up the entire line). The disturbing part is, that he never apologized, never said thank you.....NOTHING! He was very rude.

Slow service and employees are not knowledgeable. Apparently they don’t do Western Union services despite the sign hanging over the photo counter?? Employees are also to scan customers causing a long line and nobody comes to help. I’ll go elsewhere from now on.
