Our first and last visit. The only reason this was rated with one star is because I could not post the review without it. My Yorkie's hair was crooked, the hair around his ears made his ears look square. The rest of him was practically completely shaved. I dropped him off at 10 and wasn't able to pick him up until 3 and he was not acting like his happy self. I am baffled how they can claim to be professionals.

Always happy with Susan and crew. Easy to book appointments, dogs don’t get nearly as stressed coming here as they have at other groomers, and they always do a great job on the cuts.

My Gizmo was in bad shape, but Wagmore Salon got him looking so adorable for the Holidays! The groomers are super nice and very professional!

Very friendly people, and my miniature schnauzer doesn't leave scared (which has happened at other groomers). I must say, I am quite picky and my dog isn't very chill, but I never like the job they do. They don't listen to my explicit requests, and the cut on the back is usually uneven. Last time the dog's nails weren't clipped and I was still charged full price (my dog is not great with nail trims but still - now I have to pay somebody else to do it). I am always disappointed. Don't take your dog here if you want a specific style. I want a show schnauzer cut, and she leaves with a short beard and hastily done eyebrows. A disappointment. Nice people who clearly treat the dog well though

The staff at Wagmore Pet Salon were so compassionate and patient. This was my dogs first grooming experience, and he was very anxious. They took it at his pace and kept me informed with text messages and pictures. I highly recommend this pet salon, and we will return!

They were able to get me and my 3 dogs in very quickly for a nail trim and they did an excellent job. One of my dogs is older and very afraid of nail cuts and they were so good with him.

Way to pricey for the job that we got done. They tore up my dogs nails and we could still brush a lot of hair off of them. It’s so disappointing.

Used their services once without issue. Tried to schedule an appointment later on and called several times and texted them (which their voicemail said to do) 4 times over the span of a month. I received no response. If for some reason they don’t want my business, they should at least be professional enough to respond. Very rude.
