My Tucker looked amazing! His nails were VERY over grown and she did such a good job. My first experience with a dog grooming place and I was skeptical, but was a pleasant experience. It'll be a regular thing now for my rescue dog.Emily is AMAZING. She's the only groomer I take him to.I wish they could find a different way to check out and pay. I stood at the front of the store waiting for the cashier for a long time. I don't like taking my animal out of grooming area before I pay because he smells where other animals have gone and want to go too, especially since it's been a while.

Had my 3yr. Female Doberman Pinscher nails done Sat. @12:30. After she came into the house, I began seeing blood on my hardwood floors and pillows on my couch. I discovered that her left paw toenail had been cut too short. It took awhile to get her settled down so I could get the bleeding to stop. Groomers need to ensure dogs or cats nails aren't bleeding before moving on to the next pet.

I have always had a good experience with Meghan and Emily previously. We had someone new this time and she was completely rude from the start. I was hoping my dog’s hair would look great and I could look past her being so rude, but unfortunately his cut was completely botched and I don’t know that I’ll ever go back to PetCo for a groom and I’ve been a loyal customer there for so many years.

Overall this was a good visit. It was pretty quick and the service was good. All I would recommend is a waiting area.

Courtney did a pretty good job with Marci. Would have given a 10 but Marci seemed kind of tired and stressed this time. Her fur felt really nice and clean and nails were done good, can't complain.

Courtney is always fantastic!Meghan was petting Hope during her nail trim.The grooming tables at all grooming facilities are slippery which makes Hope very nervous. It was kind of Meghan to pet Hope.I am going to start bringing a pad to help Hope get her footing better.

I have a new puppy she 7 mos old and I took to one place and they was going to drug her for a cut. I stop and ask if they could help me. I was in tears. first time they cut her she wasn't that bad. so I have had her cut there 3 times all be very good... everyone so nice and carrying. Hope will be coming here for now on.... thank you

It was fairly easy to make an appointement. The groomer was very skilled and did a very nice job on a dog that was in horrible shape. She was very nice and showed me things that she was concerned with on my dog. My dog has a history of being difficult to groom and she reported that it all went well.

Meghan was fantastic...she took the time to explain everything to me and answered all my questions. She also was very caring and nice to my dog. He trusted her right away, and that said a lot for me.

Megan is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. She treats our muscular, 100 lb dog like the big baby he is and takes care to use products that don't irritate his sensitive skin. We wouldn't take him to anyone else.

Some times they have that nice fresh clean smell. Would like their nails a little more shorter. To me they still look long.but the pugs are happy
