I highly recommend going to Meijer for your events. The prices are unbeatable, the service is amazing. They truly go above and beyond. And the cake is delicious. The only downside is there are not a ton of options. There was white or chocolate cake to choose from vs like lemon or spiced cake etc. But they can add lemon jam, or raspberry, chocolate ganache and some other options. The design was one of a kind as well. I will be using their services in the future.

Big store, can be overwhelming to find what you're looking for. A map of the store would help. I'm not aware that one is available. The store is very clean and organized. The self checkout was a breeze. I like that they give you lots of room to place your goods after they are scanned. The staff I interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. This would be my new grocery store if I lived closer.

Great location and store has good flow.It would be helpful if there were dressing rooms to try clothes on. The old dressing rooms have been turned into staff area since COVID. Very discouraging way to market clothing.

I do most of my shopping at Meijers. I particularly love this one in Troy. The staff is always so kind and willing to stop what they're doing to help you out. The store itself is always very clean and organized. I love the line of clothes and shoes they have, the toys department is really nice, the electorics is also very nice with just about anything you could think of that u might need. Their prices are a little more than say Walmart but the Mperks help that out.I have the Meijers app and absolutely love the shop and go. It is so convenient and makes the whole shopping experience so much faster. I love that I can scan everything and pack everything up and keep everything organized the way I like it to make the unpacking and putting away go so much smoother for us at home and I can do it at my discretion without feeling like I am pissing someone off behind me bc I am doing it while I am still shopping. The worker at the self check out will come over once u have transferred ur items to the cash register and pick out items throughout your cart and make sure u have not missed anything (usually like 3 to 5 items). What I do is just make sure the ones I have questions about because of either my coupon not working or something and tell them the moment I go up to pay so they can help me figure out why it's not coming up right after they have checked my items. It's really nice though once you have become a trusted shopper because it's almost like a random pull of who needs checked and who doesn't because I have been using the app for so long that most of the time it will allow me to transfer without being checked. I find that awesome and gives a little boost in confidence and the integrity department within myself.I love the Mperks they have for you for shopping at their store. It helps me out a lot especially because you can get a dollar off in fuel by shopping at their store or so much off your purchases if you choose to use them that way.

I work 2nd shift and Meijers is the only place open till 11:59 ( what the sign says 🤣) after I get off. In and out, but the amount of people hustling in the store makes me wonder why you aren't open till at least 1am. While 98% is the population would love to see 24 hours again, I really think staying open later would benefit everyone

the store was clean and finding products was easy, however the restrooms needed some serious TLC. It looked liked someone missed the toilet and it had been that way for an extended period of time.

Good place to stop for all your shopping needs, but the produce is often times not so great. Moldy oranges and onions come to mind. I've notified the department but no one seems to take it seriously. No fitting rooms. Who the hell was the genius behind that idea? Like not closed... just don't have any. Dumbest idea ever.Edit:Adding this because I feel a manager didn't believe me. Long story short I initially purchased some curtains from Troy. When I was in the Englewood area recently I went in to find more to add to/change what I had already. Englewood didn't have any so I returned to Troy on 12/29/2022. I found the last few packages that were in stock but they were damaged on the grommets (scratches, dents, etc). I took them up front and asked if they could discount them due to the damage/last ones in stock. The front end manager had to have the cashier call the department manager. That department manager showed up after a while and when asked if she would apply a discount she started looking at the curtains and shaking her head. She said she wouldn't apply any discounts because "They are supposed to be that way." I said I know they aren't because I already have the same ones at home. She then applied a discount but I could tell she not in a great mood. Anyways... look at the pictures I'm going to attach to this review update. First one is from a package I have at home. The other 4 are the ones I purchased this evening. Don't just claim things that aren't true. This was very annoying. Poor customer service.The cashier, Kindra, was very nice the whole time. Nice job!

They have an advertisement that they are hiring for evening hours, I put in 2 online applications and still nothing. Tried to call and ask about my application and you can't talk to anyone. Can't even get an interview.

Fabulous store. Only two things to work on, need to stock cases of Dasani water and diet Dr Pepper. Seems to be out of these two items all the time.

I unfortunately had to return a pair of JBL headphones w mic that did not work, right out of the box. I had no problem with the return. The associate was really friendly. Just keep in mind that when returning to Meijer, you have to have your receipt, and I'm pretty sure you have only a 30-day window. They do not mess around. Happy shopping, and happy summer!! 😊

I use the pharmacy here and they are so nice. They show alot of care for their customers and I couldn't be happier with my choice to switch pharmacies. Also they are alot cheaper than kroger if you are a customer that uses good rx.Also I love the sales they have on clothing. I always save money here no matter what I'm purchasing.

The employees are nice, friendly and helpful. They have youth soccer/baseball cleats $20. The store was clean and organized but quite a few things were out of stock. Also imitation club was expired, so I would double-check the expiration date.

Excellent produce selection and the meat cases are well stocked with great deals on beef chicken and pork. Just about anything you need you'll find here. And the best part is by shopping at Meijer your not supporting the communists that Walmart has catered to for years.

Love Meijer. They have a great selection of food. Wish these grocery stores would reopen 24 hours though as I work nights. Last trip I was checking out close to midnight at there closing time and had to scan and bag $300 worth of groceries myself. There were no cashier lanes open. This was slightly disappointing but wont keep me from going again.

Pretty disappointed with my trip today. I bought couple different balloons and one of them were a 6 count only had 4 in them. The ladies I talked to about that was really nice and went back to see if they had any in the back and no luck there! So I just rolled with it. Well I told the lady at checkout that pack is missing 2 and didn’t changed the price. That was okay. Wasn’t annoyed about that.. Now one lady said since I am buying the balloons there I shouldn’t have to pay for helium. (Seemed pretty normal because it’s like that everywhere else I have been for balloons.) well remember that pack that was missing two a different lady lost another one as she was blowing them up.. so I’m now missing half of my balloons in that one pack. Then popped some more in my other color. And the balloons I really wanted to get blown up that went with the theme weren’t even grabbed and didn’t find out until after. And the real kicker is I had to pay for the helium after being told I wouldn’t. I normally love going here but I think you guys need to get on the same page with all departments.

I went through the self serve line and had problems with the coupons not being taken off of my total amount. The lady working there said they were already in the box and she couldn't do anything about it. She kept saying i was going to fast. I was dropping the coupons when the machine told me to drop them. Slowly!!!!After it kept happening and I asked about it again and she finally took the box out and told me to go to the service desk . There they said I would have to wait until someone could check those. Well, I did not have anymore time so I had to leave without getting that corrected. If she would of fixed it when the first coupon messed up I wouldn't have been out around 4 dollars.

Great store... It is stupid that they do not have fitting rooms. I had to try on clothes in the men's section. Luckily the pants fit over what I was wearing but it was still difficult without a fitting room.

The lady at the self check out was rude. She didn’t say anything to me. She came over Skander badge and that was it looked at me like I was garbage net and say have a nice day. Didn’t say nothing totally rude will not ever be coming back to this store again and this is one of my favorite stores.
