Thanks for making the transition into retirement an easy one. The new card transferred over, the vaccine was covered and I was vaccinated in less than 15 minutes. Way to go Troy CVS!

I've been using cvs in Troy for years and for good reasons! They're always friendly and on time as much as they can be and I don't ever have to worry about a prescription being short (like cvs in Piqua, sooo many times it was ridiculous) and they updated their automated thing when you call, I don't even have to talk to a live a person to get my scripts refilled and they make it super easy!!! Loving you guys!!

I have been going to this pharmacy for years. Cannot tell you how much I appreciate the personal and professional care offered at every visit. Always informative and caring. Patty is an absolute angel. Has saved me time and money as well as taken the time on several occasions to ensure my orders are perfect. I cannot say thank you enough to this team. My mom and I both thank everyone for your help and kindness.

Called in a prescription refill at noon. Arrived at 530 to pick up my prescription. Was informed there was a problem with my refill. Informed attendant that I had 2 refills left. Attendant claimed to have no knowledge of refills, for he was the drop off attendant. I must see the refill attendant.I wait in line for 15 mins for refill attendant. She informs me that because the attendant I spoke to last month put in a request to my doctor that hasn’t been answered to change the amount I am given to a longer time period that I will have to use what I wanted all along, my next refill.I return 2 minutes before closing. In the drive through line I am behind another customer. When the customer in front of me pulls away they close the window and completely ignore me (the remaining customer who arrived before closing.I return inside and am met with bars and glaring statements that the pharmacy closes at 7. I have to explain the long story you have just read and am made to beg for the pills that make my stomach acid not make me throw up all over the place in the mornings. I will never purchase anything else from this store. I was put out without my medicine because of an unwanted attempt at CVS’s request.Attendants try to pretend they are professional medical associates then cartoonishly close the windows when the people that need the goods they supply unfulfilled due to employee incompetence.

I ordered the same pharmacy refill three times in the past week and a half. The first time was directly to a staffer and the person refilled the wrong prescription. The second time I used the phone system but when I went to pick it up the clerk said the system dropped the order. When I ordered it again with the clerk he said it would be ready today. When I tried to pick it up they were out of stock and they don’t know when the truck will arrive. On top of all that no matter when I go it’s at least a 15 minute wait. If my insurance would allow me to go anywhere else for prescriptions I’d do it in a heartbeat.

I went into CVS to use the ATM. A lady was in there buying a package of masks and she seemed very nice. She was asking the worker, an older lady, how much they were and the worker said they were free. So, the women asked if she could get a second package and the worker rudely said no. So the women told her to have a nice day and as she was walking out of the door the worker turns to me and says “some people are so stupid”. I am in the parking lot and I felt I needed to write a review or something because of how rude this worker was. Obviously she shouldn’t be working in customer service, or any retail job like she is now!!

I have been having an issue with several CVS lately but have always used them. As of today I think I am done with them. I can’t believe I have been so loyal and your employees have now ended that. Calling and saying scripts will be ready in an hour but two hours later they still aren’t ready. Sometimes I call last they are “ready” but when I show up they are not ready. Your customer service, stores, and employees are bottom of the barrel anymore. I know I’m not the only customer you lost… but you will miss me with all the business I do with the pharmacy. Being chronically I’ll means lots of money spent at a pharmacy.

No real complaints it's a great place but the last few times I tried to call the phone doesn't ring and I can never get ahold of anyone. Is anyone else having this problem? Other than that been going here for a few years now and haven't had any issues.

Usually I have no complaints but today I called in a prescription and came to pick it up. The lady at the front rudely told me it wasn't being worked on and when I asked why she said I needed to go to another window to find out. I let her know I had spoken to someone there this morning about this medication and she kept repeating the same thing.I get you are busy but that is not an excuse to provide poor customer service to anyone. poorly handled. The guy at the other window was polite and apologized for the inconvenience. That being said the normal lady that works there I believe Patti is her name is VERY nice and has great customer service skills.

I have a prescription that is called in and needs filled weekly. 4th week and not one time has it been ready when I went to pick it up. I call 2 to 3 hrs prior to make sure they received the scrip. Takes forever in drive though and then when it’s finally your turn it’s not ready! They ask you to come inside to wait again! The staff is extremely rude also.

A couple of the pharmacy employees are so rude. For 2 days I’ve tried to get a prescription filled. I go in to pick it up, they have no record of it said the small older woman and it’s because the CVS App doesn’t work - so nasty about it. The second person was just as nasty and told me they would get it ready and “when it’s ready, it’s ready tonight or tomorrow”. Hope they lose the government contract so I can go somewhere else.

In store Pharmacy service is great - If you try to talk to a pharmacist or tech - be prepared to camp out.I have never waited less than 40 minutes for someone to answer.

I have copd and on oxygen 24/7 can't get around good and not to be in stores. I called C.V.S. told them i needed some things could i go to drive thru and get them they said yes. That was great. I went there several times and got them at drive thru. THANK YOU CVS. The people i talk to on phone was very nice and at the drive thru also very nice. Will always go there. I got things from the store i am 67 years old and thank God for this CVS. Thanks again

I was able to schedule a vaccine same day, and was in and out 15 minutes before my appointment. Everyone in the pharmacy and front of the store are professional and friendly.

-Horrible pharmacy customer service-Can never find prescription-Never have prescription filled when they say they willThis CVS has horrible customer service when it comes to the pharmacy. Multiple times I have been there to pick up a prescription and they say there isn't one available even though I received a notification saying it was filled. I have also called ahead to get a prescription filled and I am given an ETA of when it will be ready to be picked up. When I arrive they have not even started filling it and I am told I have to wait another 15-25 min. If you are looking for a pharmacy to get your prescriptions from I would suggest to go elsewhere.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Beyond incompetent, and dishonest as well. Only go here if you don't care about actually getting your medication. If you do actually care about getting your prescriptions, please pass this place up and go to Kroger, Meijer, Walgreens, or even Walmart. They are all a better option than this CVS pharmacy.

Went to get a flu shot; no one else was in line. They told me I had to schedule it when I spoke to them at the desk. Oh so I don’t cut in front of all of these people that aren’t here? No I won’t be back

If I could give zero stars I would. I was sent a text to call about my prescription they had received. I called and waited on hold for 46 minutes and finally hung up. Totally unacceptable!! Needless to say I will be switching my business.

Patti, who works in the pharmacy, is wonderful. She's always friendly and helpful and remembers my name. She is the main reason why I've kept my Rx's at CVS. The manager is also quite nice though some of the other front register staff could be nicer.

I spoke with a very rude individual named Joslin who told me m prescription medication I’ve been on for four plus years couldn’t be refilled until the 29th however online it says 27th and when I call it allows me to process it over the phone and says it will be ready at 3pm today then 6pm because the pharmacy keeps scheduling it to be dispensed on 10/29. My insurance and doctor are aware and I just wanted to make it clear that yes I may take controlled substances but I am an RN, with my BSN and I am not drug seeking by any means and I am offended at how your staff spoke to me and treated me.

Atrocious. If you wait under half an hour (after your prescription is already ready for pickup), that is short. Also, if you are in line when they close (inside or in drive thru), they will not serve you.

Came for meds after calling. Said it would be an hour. Came 2 hrs later. Said it would be 15 min. Went and parked. Line is now wrapped around store. Keep up the good work cvs!

Horrible customer service. They say your prescription is ready and then you get there and they say it’s not. They mess up my prescription all the time and are very rude. I have to use them because of my insurance I do not recommend using them unless you have to.

We arrived at CVS in Troy at 5:45 pm on Sunday! They were already closed and they said they closed at 6pm! This is ridiculous to just DECIDE when you are gonna close! After us about four more people tried to enter the store. People have life saving meds they need!

Always slow, way overpriced groceries, and indifferent staff. No other place to get groceries within miles, and they are taking advantage of it.
