My daughter tested positive for the Flu and the doctor sent over 2 prescriptions: 1 for her and 1 for me. Mine was ready, hers was not. Her appointment was before mine so it was odd that there was no record of the prescription. When asked if I needed to call the doctor to see if it was even sent, the only thing I was told was to just wait around and try back in 30 minutes but wasn't guaranteed an answer. I called the doctor. The prescription was sent over together. This review is being left 3 hours after picking up 1 of the 2. Still haven't heard back about my daughter's prescription. The customer service was terrible and the lady was rude as could be from the beginning. This pharmacy continuously gets worse and worse. We don't get medications often but it will 100% never be here again. Do yourself a favor, go elsewhere.

The wait was maby 20 minutes total for my meds had to wait in line then they couldn't find one of my meds honestly i usually have no trouble there

Have I had to wait a few minutes a few times to get my prescriptions? Sure. But this is one place I don't mind. Our lives are put in their hands. Cost of everything has gone up everywhere. Including payroll. Everyone is running on smaller payrolls. So I don't mind. I appreciate all they do for me. And will continue to give them my business. Thank you all for your service. Happy customer.

Pharmacist got his feelings hurt, and then refused to give me my meds. No yelling or foul language was exchanged, just wanted to check out and not listen to the poor excuses of why they run that department so poorly. It’s been an ongoing thing honestly and I’m done with them. I’ll call corporate office, but if it’s any reflection of how this place is run I won’t expect much. I’ll drive further to give my money elsewhere I recommend everyone save the headache and do the same

Drive through wait is too long just to pick up a prescription. Should only be used for drop off and pick up. Also, why close the pharmacy for an hour for lunch. Do all the employees have to go to lunch at the same time? They can't go in shifts?

Absolutely the worst pharmacy. Make me feel like a drug addicted everytime I fill my prescriptions. Had 8 back surgerys in the past 6 years. Like they try to throw the pills across the store and try to hit the bottles to fill them. Always longer then it should be. Called in this morning got hung up on three times.

This place is so slow. How is it possible that my prescription was sent the day before and still not ready to be picked up? They had over 24 hours to fill it. I'm not sure if it's a staffing issue or simply incompetence. This has occurred on several occasions. I'm about to switch my families scripts to Kroger.

I would give a zero if I could. There is a lady in the pharmacy with red hair and glasses that is very rude. The doctor called in a script but the pharmacy would not fill it because of insurance issues. A call was placed and told it would be paid for in cash and was placed on hold for several minutes so drove out there. Told again it would be paid for with cash. The lady with red hair and glasses told us to sit down it would be 10 minutes, but nobody else was there and waiting. The glasses lady said she had to look up somebody's information and could not do it because we were standing there. I told her we could not see the computer screen. She said if we would not sit down she would call the manager. Go ahead! The manager was a descent lady told her to do her job or go take a break. Needless to say it only took 3 mimutes to count out 21 pills for seizures that has to be taken on schedule. It is places like this that I am thankful in Missouri we have Mom and Pop pharmacies instead of dealing with jokes like the one here in Trenton.

Eazy to get in and out of. Plenty of parking. The store and pharmacy staff are all nice. Store is kept clean and organized. I stop here often.

We have been going to this pharmacy for years even we no longer live in Trenton. Lately, what we experienced is very poor customer service, very slow and incompetent. Always have issues with our prescriptions

Had to go in the back to find someone to ring me up after walking around the entire store. Employees were sitting in the back doing nothing.and acted as if i was bothering them. No apology for my wait or lack of service.

I have been a customer since BEFORE it was a Walgreens & have not had any problems with the staff. Even with my extreme medical problems, the staff has ALWAYS been friendly. They quickly get answers if they do not already know something. Their hands are tied by insurance & laws that annoy & hinder everyone else. 😎

This pharmacy is terrible, my son's prescription was called in yesterday, said their was a delay that they needed verbal consent from the doctor, they got it, said it would be ready for pickup at 3pm.. go a day later and now their telling me they have no record of verbal consent from the doctor and won't fill it even though they have the script and I dealt with all of this yesterday!!!

I have never had a good experience with this pharmacy. I have had issues here every time I need to fill an acute medication. Recently was the last straw. I will unfortunately not be returning to their pharmacy.
