Doctor O and the staff are the greatest, very friendly and caring. My wife and I have been taking our husky there for 8yrs, they know her by name and are happy to see her every time we take her there. And they all are so wonderful and helpful with Gracie and her cancer. I can not say thank you enough for all they do!

Obviously this place is great…so great that they can’t take care of the people who live in Trenton. Also my dog is not a new client she has been there before. If not within 2 years you guys take her off your list apparently without letting the owners know…definitely need to fix that.

Dr. O and the staff are amazing! They are the most supportive and sympathetic crew! When I called about my baby, they got us right in! Unfortunately it wasn't the best news, but they were there for us every step of the way! Very thorough with explaining things and helping us get things put together after she was gone! I would 100/100 recommend this place to anyone! Thank you for being so great!

Dr. Stephanie is a wonderful vet. She is personable and never makes me feel rushed. She genuinely takes care of my pups like they were her very own! I secretly wish she wouldn't have so many clients because her schedule is packed, but I'm always grateful to get an appointment even if I have to wait.

This is where I typically take my pup the majority of the time. They're close (convenient) to me. Less than a mile away. They're always very clean, have front row parking for the handicapped and always go over and beyond to help me with my pup cuz he's 90 lbs and hard for me to hold onto cuz I have pain and neuropathy in my feet due to 18 months of chemo. They're also typically very friendly and willing to work with me where cost is concerned cuz I'm disabled. The last time I took my pup tho, on Monday the 7th, I very specifically asked, "how much is ALL of this going to cost?" The lady said $130. Nevertheless, I was charged $185 at checkout. After I got home, I was a little bit upset and confused so I called and asked about the discrepancy where the lady who answered, in turn, attempted to make excuses and blame me for the discrepancy. Stating that maybe I did not understand or was not specific in my question. I'm always very specific because I'm poor. If someone asked me how much "all" of this is going to cost, I would go into detail about each item/procedure and their cost plus total. I would not then turn around and essentially accuse the customer of being an idiot, especially not one who's continued to bring their pet there over the past 10 and 1/2 years. Basically I was informed about the $130 which was attributed to the blood work only. Clearly, if I knew this ahead of time, I would have declined the bloodwork (which was not necessary at the time) cuz I did not have the money for this expensive extra. However, I will continue to bring my pet here cuz of the convenience, overall friendliness as well as the concern and help for my precious fur baby but I will also, regrettably, forever be explicitly clear about the overall cost of each item, visit, procedure, etc from here on out. I do not appreciate being lied to, blamed for their mistake and ultimately, taken advantage of. This is the first time this has happened to me which is why I have to give four stars instead of five.

I have been to Trenton Animal Hospital twice now and I will never go to another vet. The entire staff is very kind and courteous. Dr. Stephanie is hands down the best vet I've ever been to. She treats you and your animals with genuine kindness. She is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She respects your wishes and takes your concerns to heart. I can't recommend this facility enough, I looked for a long time for a quality vet and I finally found one! You won't be disappointed in the services provided for you and your pets!

I do not hesitate to recommend Trenton Animal Hospital above other vets due to the exemplary care and service they gave us when our beloved dog was going for cancer treatments. They referred us to a veterinary oncologist, but treatments were unsuccessful.When Trenton Animal Hospital had to help us at the end to stop our dog's ongoing suffering, they were gentle, compassionate and sent a sympathy card and a tiny paint paw print they made for us of our dog's paw print.Update August, 2019I will never go anywhere else for my pets. I can't wait for my cat's "wellness plan" to end at Banfield! I'm still paying for it, but don't use it because they won't let you cancel until the contract is paid in full. Then they try to automatically renew it and you have to call to cancel within a certain time frame to stop it so you have been warned. Banfield may have convenient hours, but their service was inconsistent and care advice even contradicted what other vet told us. Chip only goes toTrenton Animal Hospital now, his first visit was in June and he will be going back soon due to allergies.Their prices are very reasonable and I just read that they participate in the voucher program through the local animal shelter for spays and neuters for pets in low income families. It's great to see a local businesswoman give back to the surrounding community's needy families.My wait time is a pleasure as I am one of the fans who enjoy visiting the hangout of one of the coolest and most beautiful cat mascots I've ever seen (They have several.). This cat regally parades around her throne room, I mean, the waiting room and holds court, not twitching a whisker.On one particular visit, a lovely spring day last June, she decided to sit among us commoners, and graciously plopped down the royal haunches in front of the main entrance door to sit and sun herself, and bask in our admiration.As courtesans came and went, they gingerly entered and exited tip-toeing around her not expecting her to move. As if. She didn't bother to make room for or acknowledge even the biggest of dogs that came in the door. Both hound and owner were mindful of the royal tail, and gave her and it both a wide berth to avoid encroaching on her personal space.On my last visit to pick up a prescription for Chip, I watched her preside over a pile of treats in the middle of the countertop, in front of the checkout. Mind you, she refused to eat this type of treat, she just sat there just to prevent another kitty-in-waiting from enjoying them. She's quite a diva! Maybe you'll be treated to a visit from her, at your visit?

Couldn't have asked for a better vet for my fur baby, Chloe!! We sat in the exam room for only a few minutes and the vet assistant came in and bent down immediately to Chloe's level to allow Chloe to adapt to her. Then she went to get the Dr... Chloe was very nervous and trembling in the corner of the room. As soon as Dr O came in, she sat on the floor and talked to Chloe to get her used to her, and petted her as she was checking her ears and listening to her heart. She even quickly gave her the bordetella medicine in the mouth with out a fuss from Chloe! Then we got Chloe on the table and the assistant hugged Chloe as Dr O quickly gave the shots, she was done and clipping Chloe's nails before I knew it. Chloe didn't cry, not once with the shots or her nails getting clipped! After that, we were all done, paid and left. We were not pressured into buying anything else and Chloe was well taken care of and not rushed through the process. They were super understanding of how nervous and scared Chloe was and took their time to allow Chloe to get used to them and the new surroundings she was in. I will recommend Trenton animal hospital to anyone, we will definitely be back!!!!!

The very best care for your furry friends!! I love these people they are great!! ❤️ You can see lil Jerry resting after receiving stitches behind his ear and down his head! They did an amazing job stitching this guy back up.( it looked like hamburger when we took the poor Lil guy in)I was absolutely amazed how perfect and tight the stitches were!!! Jerry is usually an outdoor kitty but stays in a house I made for him and a sidekick he has running with him(a little black cat named Dart). They have a heated house now and are living very luxurious lives for ex- ferrel cats!! 😻 Jerry is staying in a room at night until he heals further and so on....At this stage in life Jerry is an older cat for being an outdoor cat.So we are going to allow Jerry to start coming in at night to sleep if he likes it and doesn't meow in protest a lengthy time. Jerry has his way of communicating that's for sure! You have no doubt about Jerry's likes and dislikes he is so vocal and it's hilarious! So if he does agree to sleeping at night (which he has been doing even outside in his cathouse he's usually in there in the middle of the night when I have checked.) Our hope is it will offer a little more protection from the younger tomcats that will always be looking to fight for more territory until they are fixed. With Jerry sleeping inside at night. Jerry will be allowed to go back out during the day as he rarely wonders much further than down our driveway anyway. I'll watch him careful as time goes on and at any point I feel he is in any danger of any kind from the outdoor life I'll bring him inside to live out his days warm and comfortable... and snuggly !😻😻😻 Hard to believe that was a totally ferrel cat at one time huh?!!! I believe when you pour love into any creature till it's full of love..one day it will overflow back onto you! Seems to work... 😎

Dr O and her staff are wonderful my dog had an appointment yesterday and just right before we walked in they told us that we could either reschedule or stay due to they had an emergency that needed to be taken care of and they weren't sure how long this emergency would take and I told him that I am willing to wait because dr. Dr Stephanie is a great vet and I enjoy taking my dog to her. I feel she's very thorough and very caring. Last week I called to get an appointment to bring my dog in because he had a sore that had just arrived on his face. I did not know what it was. I was able to get an appointment in that very day. After about 5 days he seemed to be having some kind of a reaction. I called the vet's office 3 days in a row leaving a message and reason for my call and asking for a call back. I got no return answer. On the 4th day I finally got a hold of a live person and told her the problem and that I've not been able to get a hold of anybody. She says" we're very busy." I told her that was no excuse for not returning a simple phone call. I feel the problem is with the front desk and the people working the phones. I'm not complaining about the vet but I'm complaining about the office workers. Something is wrong either with their system or their time management. It's pretty serious when you can't reach your vet after 5 days. I still have not heard anything from them. My last call was requesting for Stephanie to give me a call back but have not heard from her. I'm wondering if my messages are even reaching her.

Best animal hospital I have ever been too they are very friendly and really do care what happens to your pets..my granddaughter dreams of being a veterinarian she is 10 years old and can't wait to be just like these wonderful people who save and help these animal's I could not be more proud of her and I will never change where I go to take my pet to this is where my duke feels comfortable and is very happy to go too.

Took our chug.. BO to them today. He's over 3yrs old it was his first real Vet visit since he was a pup. He was nervous. They were ABSOLUTELY AWESOME with our baby! We've been taking our dogs to Trenton Animal Hospital for 6 years now and have no complaints. Dr. O and her staff have always been nothing but helpful and understanding with somewhat anxious dogs. I would highly recommend taking your furry family members to them, after all they love our pets like their own also.

Have been bringing my dog here for years. Had an emergency and needed to get her checked up again, but vet didn’t respond so I took her elsewhere. After taking her to the other vet, it was discovered that she had an ear infection for the past few years. Which the Trenton Animal Hospital has always brushed off and said that was normal and never checked it out furthermore. Do not use this place if you want to make sure your animal is getting looked at thoroughly.

Have had a lot of different vets over the years but this staff and the vet were some of the best and most reasonable I’ve ever had.She made sure she explained everything to me in detail and was very good with our puppy and didn’t make you feel like you had to take a bunch of unnecessary tests like some I’ve had that felt like dealing with a used car salesmen. I took my cat here to get him neutered, the staff was attentive and friendly. His surgery was quick and went well. They explained his aftercare in detail and even gave him a certificate of bravery, which I thought was adorable. I will be recommending this vet to my friends and family.
