Wanted to share our buying experience with Couch RV. This is our second time buying from them and we dealt with Tyler, he was friendly and professional. We pretty much knew which model we wanted, that streamlined the process. Received the quote and decided to move forward. Tyler got the paperwork in order for pickup. We drove from Tampa, FL for the camper and it was a smooth transaction. Prep was A+, Pappy did the walk through and helped with my hitch components. Hooked up and were on our way back to Tampa! We give them a 10/10 rating and will be back for the next one.

Customer care after purchase is not great.Can’t not beat their prices! Great experience, they answered every question I had and gave me all information needed. Flawless experience highly recommendEdit. 4-30-24 I have had the units a couple months now and after making the trip home some issues was found. Most covered under warranty no big deal. Found the ac shroud was damaged and manufacture says not their problem goes back to selling dealer. So for about 5 weeks now I make a phone call a week to get told they have not heard back from the manufacture about it. Starting to feel like I am dealing with camping world all over again. So buyers beware. Has gone from a good experience to a not good

Excellent day today! We really enjoyed our experience here at RV NATION even driving the long long distance from NC was worth it. Just to make it exciting we brought some snow with us since it hasn’t snowed in Ohio in a minute from they tell me. Drake, in sales, Drake in finance and our tech Adrian were phenomenal. From the very beginning Austin went above and beyond with very little pressure to purchase. He answered every question I had as this was our first RV purchase and was skeptical since Couch's RV Nation prices was $12k LESS than anywhere we looked for the specific travel trailer model we wanted and this included going to several RV shows across the country. We purchased a 2024 Vibe 34BH and it is above and beyond what we expected, since we live in NC we decided to pick the travel trailer up in person in Ohio and it was well worth the trip!! From the time we entered the parking lot Austin and the entire staff made it feel like we were family and could not ask for a better experience. The entire team was extremely helpful from helping with the sway bar installation system that I purchased on my own to making sure we had everything we needed before we left, I thought I was fully prepared ahead of picking my unit up based on months of research and with the RV Nations staff help making sure I was ready before I left gave me more confidence I made the right decision purchasing from Austin and RV Nation. This was probably the best big purchase experience to date I have had. Found Couch's online while searching for a second travel trailer for my family. Camp life is the best life! Austin Bartlett was our sales guy helping us with this purchase. Absolutely top-notch and super professional. I've been in sales for 20 years, and I can say Austin deserves a nice bonus for the customer service he gave us. He contacted me right after I filled out the online request for your quote form. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the quote come back to me. Thought it was a scam and was too good to be true. Anyway, I live in Florida and never visited Couch's once in person. First time I bought something without seeing it in person. I kid you not, two in a half months of phone calls and texts with Austin, and I mean a lot, plus emails. And even had the owner Jeff called and emailed me. They honestly provided the best customer service experience I have ever had.And as far as the price and unit we finally picked out, there was nobody that came close to the delivered price of our 2024 33ft Catalina that we spec'd out with the help of Austin. I paid $2200 to have it delivered cause I didn't want to make the drive up and down. Even adding the cost of delivery and options in it still saved us about 10k overall out the door. Trust me, they are the best. Austin is the man that you want to work with. When I buy our third unit, it will be from them! Went from a 23-foot that we now rent out to a 33-foot that sleeps 10. A reasonable place to buy an Rv type vehicle. We didn't feel pressured to buy either. I felt the decision was ours to choose. Tyler gave us the information and explained in detail. Tyler was also patient with with the Travel Trailer hold. We were leary because it was still on order. We traveled back down the following week to check the Alpha out when it first got to the lot, and the Alpha was what we were expecting.After we decided to buy the Alpha? Eli showed us around. Eli was highly knowledgeable about the travel trailer and went on to explain the do's and don'ts. He also hooked up the sway bar like a champion. Eli also gave us more info on the Hitch. We were not aware of a couple things and that bit of education was enlightening.The Finance was easy. It was quick and fast as well. They are pretty direct and Couchs either sales you the warranty or not. We didn't feel pressured into financing a warranty but we added it. Couchs does not push any other goodies.Couchs has some highly knowledgeable and well rounded employees. Tyler was awesome and patient with the sale. If you are in the market, I'd give them a shot. We researched most Rv lots and we felt Couchs fit what we were looking for; moreover, they are a bit cheaper than other rv dealerships.

Truly 5-star service and terrific pricing! Glad I found this dealership after miserable experiences with about four prior establishments! Chase survived my incessant questions and Ryan a very pleasant, streamlined closing process. Adrian conducted a very thorough rv walkthrough and had the service team address all concerns. They demonstrated everything asked, trained on all necessary operational procedures. I rarely have such a thorough, complete pre-sales, delivery, and purchase experience and these guys shined today! Price was several thousand dollars less than competitors, didn’t steer me towards financing shell games as other dealers did. Although they are located almost 2 hour’s drive, I will be looking to these guys for service too. Reason is in the pre-sales rv walkthrough did find a few problems but literally an army of service personnel came out of nowhere every time to resolve everything! I wish I knew all their names but all were courteous and effective! A well deserved 5/5 star rating!

Purchasing our travel trailer with Jaylin was such a smooth process. He went above and beyond to make sure we left with everything we wanted and needed. Jaylin was so fun to work with and nice and friendly. At pick up, Poppy was so great at going over everything with us and making sure all questions we had were answered before we left. Derek ensured our closing was smooth and in a timely manner and was very informative about offers they had and make sure we had everything we needed to be safe and covered on the road. Overall our experience was a 10 out of 10 and we look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

I traveled to RV Nation from Florida to pick up my new 2022 East to West Alta Travel trailer. The price was far better than any of my local dealers. We could not justify such a price difference to support a local dealer. My sales person (Kyle Taylor) was pleasant to deal with and very professional. He called me sooner than expected to tell me that my RV arrived. I stopped by RV Nation the day before my delivery appointment and the staff were so nice and arranged to do my delivery a day early so that I could get a head start back to FL. I was so glad. I found minor issues with the RV which can be expected. The friendly team provided a thorough review of the unit and took care of an issue with a window that concerned me. They did a great job installing a slide topper that the factory didn’t offer. The RV Nation Facility and the delivery bays are very neat and clean. Keep in mind this is an RV wholesaler. They may not roll out the red carpet and give you a free campsite and other perks, but at the end of the day I was satisfied with the purchase and feel that we got a great value. Worth the trip! I was very nervous at making such a large purchase online and not see the product until I picked up the camper. The camper was everything I purchased and what was promised. Ask for Hunter!Arrived to my house about 13 days after my first inquiry online and a phone call. I can't recommend Couch's RV nation enough.In the end, I saved a good chunk of change compared to my local dealerships for the exact same camper. At first thought this rv dealership would be 10 star until today..we purchased our 2023 Forest River Stone legacy from Couch RV Nation on Sept 6th 2023, drove from Redmond Oregon to Trenton Ohio to pu it up… had a good experience with papa in the service dept as far as he answered all our question that day.. The Owner Jeff Couch came out after all paperwork was signed and the rv all paid for and looked us in the eye shook our hands thanked us and even said if you need anything just call him…From that day on our way back to Oregon we had nothing but trouble with this rv…first there is no way on this earth they correctly performed a pre delivery inspection on this rv…we went 4 days without a kitchen sink had to up front $790.00 for a mobile service guy to come out and fix what the factory and couch rv didn’t fix on this rv…yes we finally got our money back but it took a fight to get that done and weeks to get our money back…this is where our story gets worse…we took our new rv on a 10 trip to the Oregon coast sounds like fun right WRONG it rains on the Oregon coast we knew this…well our roof leaked and the front awning collapsed and broke and tore almost hitting and possibly injurying my husband…you guess it another fight is about to happen..my 70 year old husband had no choice but go up on the roof dry it off and put rv tape on the roof where it was leaking just to get it stopped so we can get it back home to try and get it into a repair shop to get it fixed..And I use the word try to find and get it in very loosely..They told both of us the day we took delivery that should we have a problem they would take care of us and help us get it fixed..to our horror we couldn’t find any one that would work on this rv if we didn’t purchase it with that dealership..Mr Big Shot Jeff Couch owner of Jeff Couch RV nation calls us tells us oh don’t you worry turn this in on your personal insurance and I will pay your $1000:00 deductible…he even went on to say just call me I will give you my credit card.. and even said this is my personal cell number call me anytime!! He even said you folks are honest people I will take care of you…we are thinking hey this is awesome and even said that to him and thanked him….Well here is we’re this story turns back to dark..I start the claim as he advised finally find a shop that will get us in I text call and email MR Big Shot Jeff Couch and attempt to take him up on his offer and word only for him to go off on me and tell me his is not paying it that he got ahold of his attorney and his attorney advised him not to pay that deductible, That is your personal deductible, I try to get a word in edge wise and tell him so you aren’t a man of your word and you offered this to us. he denied saying that and hung up on me…I had to literally pull my jaw up off the table I couldn’t believe what I just heard and was treated the way I was…so moral of this story a few words DONT trust or buy from Jeff Couch RV Nation!!! The worst thing ever we paid a lot of money for this rv only to be treated this way and lied to and having all these problems.. yes we saved some money going there and purchasing it and bringing back here but did we who knows what else we are facing with this rv it’s scares us!!! What a true horror story fitting isn’t it. BE VERY AWARE wish someone would have told us!!! I now have been doing a lot of research and finding out we aren’t alone!!! Unfortunately

First impression was not favorable. Went there after viewing their web site. The site bragged about their parts dept, but, there was no link on the web site for parts. (That should have been a clue)Entered the showroom and waited several minutes to get someone's attention. There were no signs inside to direct you where to go. Finally flagged a person who led us to an empty parts dept. He pointed us to a small accessory wall and told me he had never heard of a friction hinge on an entry door going bad. Obviously didn't work in parts and had no interest in finding someone that did.I suspect one or both of the people eating lunch at a table in the middle of the showroom may have been parts. I didn't bother to go and ask them.Bottom line. Drove a bit over an hour round trip based on a flashy web site. Left in a lot less than an hour based on disinterested staff.

We purchased a 2024 Travel Trailer we couldn’t find in California and another close friend bought the exact trailer at the same time. Drake was great to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. He was always responsive and answered our calls and texts. Had both trailers transported through G-Maw transport and had a great experience there as well. Would recommend Couch’s to anyone that wants to be treated like family.

I had a great experience here. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. The guy "Pappy" that did the demo was very knowledgeable and thorough. I had to drive about 4 hours to get there and they had all paperwork and trailer ready for me. So far no issues with the trailer besides one of the clearance lights was out but that's it. They're going to send me another one. Price was definitely cheaper than most byfar. Highly Recommend!

Overall, we were happy with our experience with Couch's RV Nation. We drove out to Ohio from Colorado to pick up our new 2024 Riverstone Legacy. We had looked at these campers locally and found this one at Couch's for considerably less.The only reason we cannot give a five-star review is the lack of detailing, prep and demo provided. The BMPROConnect software had not been updated. Consequently, we burned through almost two 40 lb. propane tanks on the way back as furnace wasn't working properly with the software not functioning. Thankfully our son-in-law was able to help us update once we were back home. Paperwork for water filtration was left in so it got ruined. Bedroom door fell off shortly after we left Couch's with the camper. Took a few weeks of back and forth when it was decided we needed to do a warranty claim. We weren't looking for Couch's or Forest River to pay for the hardware needed to rehang the door, we just needed the parts! We finally found parts locally. When paying that much for a luxury camper, I had expected the camper to be clean and shiny, but carpet mat for entry way was so filthy we now use it outside at the bottom of the steps. Had a generator installed and the cleanup from installation was sloppy at best. Person doing demo couldn't answer many questions so we decided we would have to learn this camper on our own.We discussed before offering this review, and we would purchase from Couch's again. We love our new camper and were able to save a decent amount of money buying a coach from them compared to locally. But if we did purchase again, I would expect to leave with everything in working order and in mint condition.

I was very happy with my experience at Couch's RV Nation. Brannon was my sales guy. He was very prompt with responding to my email questions. I was able to do everything online before I even saw the camper. He added a second battery for me (which I paid for) and had everything ready to go the day I came to pick it up. I drove from Maine to buy a new Forest River No Boundaries 19.3 camper. It was thousands cheaper than anything closer to my area. It was definitely worth the ride. I put a thousand miles on the camper heading home, it preformed flawlessly through 15" of snow and strong winds. I will be buying my next RV from Brannon and Couch's RV as well.

I selected to get a price online and received a quote. Then I received a phone call about twice a month from Brandon to see if we found an RV yet. We found a unit we purchased at a different dealer. Out of courtesy, I called Brandon to let him know we were no longer looking. He immediately became very rude. He asked what we bought and then started slamming the unit. Couch does not carry the brand so it had to be no good. He kept pressing for the price and when I didn’t tell him, he hung up on me! So rude!!! We purchased from Couches in 2016 so we wanted to give them a chance this time. Never again. The first purchase was a great price but their service afterwards was horrible. Sloppy work, incorrect parts installed, appointment times and repair schedules meant nothing.
