Woman with glasses who works at Trenton location is extremely rude. Cussed my brother out over his dog slipping a muzzle. My brother was there entire time with his dog mind you so he would have been able to control his dog. So woman who works there in glasses says if his dog bites a worker she will sue him?! She seen the dog needed a muzzle to begin with so why would she act the way she did? Not only was she yelling at him in the shop. My brother left quietly and called the store to talk to the owner or manager to complain about her attitude. So the woman who works there finds my brothers phone number and texts him to threaten him! That lady should be ashamed of herself and we will be reporting her to the BBB. And small claims court. We have the text messages of your worker threatening him. Do not take your dog there she is unprofessional as ever.

I brought my pets (Leo and Elvis) in very hairy and not smelling the best. The women there were very friendly and straight to the point. I was extremely pleased going to pick my babies up and seeing how cute and happy they looked. I will definitely be a long time customer of this groomer. I would recommend them to anyone, they are quick and the pricing is very reasonable and affordable. Thanks ladies!!!

The OLDER twig lady was RUDE today when my daughter and i picked up our German shepherd at 3:20 pm Tuesday February 27th. Their business is to SMALL for what they do and why she would have a pink pottery dog sitting on the edge of her desk, right where they intake dogs, and the dogs exit with their owners? my dog knocked down the little pottery dog because she was excited to see me due to the fact they kept her for nearly 6 hours just to do a bath trim, blowout and give her a small trim and she wanted to be rude about it and rude to my child when my child was apologetic, maybe if they would let us have our dogs with collars and leashes stuff like that wouldn’t happen but no, they won’t let you bring your dog in with a leash and collar. Instead, they want to put a rope around your dogs neck? I found that to be very odd and I also witnessed her jerking another dog out of the cage and pushing it into a cage that was entirely too small for that dog, so I don’t recommend anyone to take even a raccoon to that place to get batged Your

My Abby looks amazing after spending time at the boutique. She is 16 years old and after she gets groomed everyone thinks she is a puppy. The groomers do a great job pampering her.

My shih tzu was terribly matted and well over due for a cut. I was able to book an appointment within a week. The staff was welcoming and their work area was very clean and well organized. The animals waiting to be done are individually crated and well looked after. My dog was done with 2 hrs of her appointment, and she looked great! I quickly made a follow-up appointment for August. I'm very happy I found this groomer and look forward to a long-lasting relationship.

These girls were very friendly and used a perfume that has my puppy still smelling fresh, over a week later! Price is much more reasonable here and definitely worth it!

Zuko (Border Collie) went from fluffy to trimmed short. He looks absolutely amazing! Smells good and nails trimmed. $80, can’t beat it.

Very nice staff. They treat the dogs like their own. My dog Angel doesn't show fear when we go there like she has at other groomers. I definitely recommend Bow Wow boutique, they always do a great job!

We took our dog a few months back and they were rude and cut his nails so short, he bled. We figured it was a mistake so we called to take him in again and the owner was completely rude, again. We explained on the phone we didn't want his nails cut because it scared him and no perfume. They did it anyway (because they said they weren't told)and charged us anyway! Not to mention,they couldn't understand why he was so scared that he kept potting on himself. I will NEVER take him back there again.

I took my Bell to get groomed and they did an awesome job on her. She was happy and looked awesome when I picked her up. It was her time being at Bow Wow Boutique and they were so kind and took such good care of us to make sure I wouldn't worry. We will definitely be coming back when she is ready for her next grooming! Great place to take your dog. I took my Bernice Mountain dog and the price was great and she came out looking better than ever. So we took our Bulldog the next week. When we showed up to get her, she was sound asleep and wanted to stay. Lol. Always glad when you know your dogs are happy when you drop them off for someone else to take care of them.

Love this place. I take my golden doodle and boxer here. My golden doodle gets the full grooming experience and my boxer gets bathed. Very reasonably priced also. And most importantly my dogs absolutely love going here.

Just called to ask about getting my elderly dog groomed, was treated poorly from the second the woman answered the phone. When I explained to her that my dog was elderly and had a fatty tumor on her leg I was told that the shop wouldn’t be “interested” in servicing my dog because the shop was “so high volume” that they wouldn’t be able to care for an elderly dog. It was honestly very rude and unprofessional, I guess this place just doesn’t want business because I’m sure I’m not the only person in Trenton with an elderly dog 🤷‍♀️

Took my dog to be groomed. His eye got cut / injured. Had to take to the vet costing 170 if you want your pet injured this is the place for you. Good thing he wasn't killed. I'd be writing this from prison

I have a Shih Tzu and she needs baths and hair cutes quit offen. And i work the hours i work always gave me a hard time seems like trying to find a place that was open in the evening or open on Saturday all day. Well i finally did. I love this place!! Its absolutely the best place to take your dog to get groomef. They are so nice and very accommodating. And my little dog looks so BEAUTIFUL when the cut her down. And my down is always so happy after she is groomed there. See she is very spoiled and you have to be easy with her when you cute or brush her hair because she will get very upset if you pull her hair. She is always happy when i bring her home. So if you need a great groomer go to Bow Wow Boutique!

I will not be going back. My German Shepherd has been coming for 2 years now and it’s also the same issues. Appointment was at 10am, they close at 4pm. No one called me or answered the phone. So I show up at 4:10 for them to tell me they HAVENT even started her. So my poor dog has been in the cage since 10am. UNEXCEPTIONABLE. That’s animal ABUSE. Smh. Don’t over book yourselfs if you can’t do your job in a timely manner.

I'd give it no stars if I could, Absolutely unprofessional. Walked in and had 3 different people yelling over dogs barking that they couldn't cut my dog's nails because he was barking. Worse place I've ever been to. Do not recommend if you love your dog.

I just moved here from another state and my girlfriend told me we should go there for are dog. So we did and omg he looked like a new dog. Now this was 4mounth ago. But I loved how they treated my dog.I am going tomorrow. Can't wait to see what he will look like. Thank you Boo Woo you are the best.

Took my 120 pound Malamute/Husky mix there. Sookie came back looking fantastic. No tangles, much less shedding and the cut lines were excellent.Groomer had to spend a lot of time with Sookie and the rate was very reasonable. Will definitely take Sookie back there.
