Horrible. Waiting in line to check out with cashier Harmony. Person in front of me checks out and is done but Harmony and he are only interested in chatting as opposed to taking care of other customers. Got in another line and waited but that cashier closed the line. Never again - they can keep the groceries.

This place is really nice . If you are looking for peach glaze this place always has it . The peaches were also very good there. Friendly people who work there, the parking is nice and level. Easy to walk to.

deli lady cant remember who she is serving. then when you explain to her you just ordered she tells you she isn't serving you and then tells you to go. no management on duty so you have to come back the next day and they don't care and argue that the deli lady is in the rite. wont review cameras just gets rude and walks away. wont return.

This has the feel of a hometown grocery store. The prices are fairly high and not competitive, but such is the case usually at an independent grocery store. It's very conveniently located to Highway 7 in Toronto. They have a decent selection and are a little larger than you might expect. The staff are friendly and there is plenty of parking available.

Quality customer service, but the store is lacking in options and is a little higher priced than larger chains. Still, the location is convenient for Toronto residents, but it's definitely not a store to go to if you live out of town.

Went to pic up online order after getting email that said it would be ready at 630pm. When I got there, phone number to call didn't work. Called store. Order wasn't pulled. Placed on hold. Came back and said it would take awhile to pull the order because the "pullers" leave at 5. I reminded them I placed the order around 2pm. She asked for my phone number and said she'd call me right back after she called her manager. 12 min later she called back and said I could cancel my order or wait 15 - 20 min for them to pull it. I cancelled. It was a 8 item, $22.05 order. WHY would that take 15 - 20 min?

Not happy with the prices at all. There were 2 employees talking about how the prices are outrageous & how they're taking advantage of the elderly, poor, & those who have no transportation to go to the next city to shop at Krogers or Walmart etc.... Aside from convenience, the sales are sometimes good, & the meat is always fresh..... Just wish they'd be more competitive with their prices.

Fine for in-town quick shopping but honestly the prices aren't very good at all. Almost $2 difference for name brand breads and bagels yet other generics can be well priced when on sale.

I go there for the hot foodsThere's a counter in the back that sells hot food and cold salads. Get a lunch or dinner meal to take home. The rest of the store looks like a typical grocery store. It's clean and uncluttered. Checkout is usually quick and the workers are friendly.

This is definitely not as nice as the Wintersville store. The prices are still good and I am sure it saves the drive, but as an outsider, I think I will go to the other one. As far as Riesbeck's themselves they are a 5-Star. There hot food is wonderful and prices are great.

Great for 1 or 2 dinners shopping cant really compete with Krogers pick up service when you order online curb service .But this a great place for picking up your cook out stuff and there deli and hot bar is second to none... also the employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about there store!

Th is is a,place of convenience. It is the only store in the town if you don't want to travel 10 miles to another grocery store. They are very limited in their stock and Every time I have gone I to the store for fruits and vegetables they looked terrible and very limited in these as well. The got prepared good sits under a light for several hours and looks dry. I put based a while chicken I e time which it looked ok from the outside but the inside was horribble, very dry and over cooked.....never again. I will only get necessities there if I have to. The prices are extremely high and most of the elderly thart are on fixed incomes shop here for convenience. I myself will travel the extra miles to go to a better store. Toronto needs a better grocery store here in town.

Friendly staff and a clean store. I wish the produce section was bigger with a better selection. Now almost the entire store is best choice products which are ok but again no selection. It's best choice or best choice.....

The staff is incredibly nice. Knowledge service. You can find just about any food item you could want here. This isn't always common in a small town grocer.

Not satisfied at all with that place ...went to shop for my grandma and use her card and as I'm checking out they tell me I need the card holders id.... like when that start ...she can't get out soo now want ....had to leave it all there and go to new store ....wont ever go back

Always getting rid of the things I like. I personally asked for an additional stock of the Gatorade they had, they had stopped getting it all together. SMH.

Basic grocery store. I do 90% of the shopping for my family here. Sales are great. Store brands are very good. Employees are friendly and helpful.

Very unsatisfied, went in and did the shopen and when we check out ,I hand them a food card and he said he could not except it bc it need the card holder id and tells us that we can't do anything ....So with this being said what happens when they elderly and can't get out to shop and they send u out or and got a id ...What the hell u to do then ...I do but that was onistly a joke ....

They are way way too expensive you spend $100 there on 6 to 7 items and you can go to Kroger's and spend $100 and walk out of there with a week's worth of food

Love Reisbecks. Best meat anywhere I've gotten meat.Really miss the Wintersville store .Had scripts filled while I shopped.Who could ask for anything for employees were awesome and friendly.
