I WISH this dollar store on market street in Toronto, Ohio looked like these photos. Lol. That’s laughable. This store is ALWAYS dirty and nothing is ever being put away; products are left in the isles in their boxes on a cart and you have to move the carts to see anything on the shelves. The self-checkout never takes cash. The “manager” is always late to opening the store and she is not friendly at all. I’m going to family dollar from now on.

This store is an absolute mess. The employees truly do not care about their job or their appearance. There is no excuse as to why this store looks the way it does. Stuff thrown all over the place. Carts, totes all over the sales floors, etc. You cannot move or have enough walking room to do anything, and the service is very poor. I would be very embarrassed if this was my store. Low staff or not. No store should look like this.

This is place is alright. There is some flaws, but overall nothing too bad. Half the time the lines are far too long to stand in and they won't open up two registers. But, they will apologize and sometimes open another but rarely. Sometimes the aisles will be cluttered with things, like the toy aisle. The workers are overall very nice, and sweet.

It stinks everytime you go in there and get ready to check out there's a line clear back the aisles or to the door because there's only one cashier working trying to take care of everyone. There's other employees there but do bn you think they'll stop doing what ever it is there doing to help the cashier no. And then there also playing on there phones instead of doing what there suppose to be doing.

I love that there's so much under 1 roof. It's convenient and prices are fair. Love the digital coupons too! Most employees are pleasant but a lot of the awesome employees are no longer there.... The store has come a really long way but it's still too cluttered in my opinion. BUT DG is my fav store in town & will always have my business 😊

Visit often. Staff is mostly rude. Can only think of 1 nice lady. Some listen to inappropriate music on their phone while stocking shelves without ear phones. Main isle to the back towards the pop is always packed full of stock carts. Can hardly get a cart through there.

Very clean facilities, friendly staff. Followed all social distancing guidelines and had disinfectants readily available yet they did not impose on the shopper! Great variety, selection and prices!

The employees at the Toronto, Ohio Dollar General store are some of the most friendly, helpful employees I've encountered at a retail store, especially the ladies. They are super hard working and are always keeping busy doing something. I never see them just standing around.

Wouldn't give me the sale price on toys. Embarrassed me. Got a refund instead of a discount. Said I owed them ten dollars, wouldn't let me leave. Felt like a criminal. Terrible customer service. Called corporate number. Rude again. Will NEVER spend another dime at this corporation. No one should ever make you feel this awful. I spent thousands every year at DG. Never again.

It's a bit on the lad back side, for the most part, the employees are grest, help me if I'm looking for something specific and in a rush. Idk, what it is, pandemic crisis, a lot if stores not just DG, seem to stop carrying some products that I am used to using. One day I went to 3, different stores for EXCEDRIN MIGRAINE. NO SUCH LUCK. I admire a company that puts the Customers at the top if the list, and aimed to please. it's refreshing to know theirs a little humanity left in this world..

Very convenient little store has everything you need for those must haves at the house anywhere from laundry detergent the dog food to caulking the paint brushes the clothing the toys good all-around One Stop store on the way home from work to pick up Necessities for the house just can't beat it too bad mom and pop stores I figured it out but if it wasn't for the mom and pop stores Dollar General may not be as professional as I feel that they are Dollar General PS LOL this is just a joke to your name brand products that have slightly smaller bottles containers Etc but don't worry I won't

Great employees and the assistant manager Janet is fantastic and very helpful especially to senior citizens best dollar general (Toronto Ohio) in a 30 mile radius. This assistant manager should be commended for her actions and help. I would suggest that everyone visit this Dollar General in Toronto Ohio just for this assistant manager who's name is Janet Warren

I love this store. I call it the Washington pike(250) mall! Simply because it is the closest store to my house. Always have what I'm looking for and are very friendly. Great place to shop!

Walked in to get 1 qallon of milk. No cashier, no sign of one. Stood there for 3 or 4 minutes when she came out . The milk price was over a dollar more than another store. Not sure it was worth the time or price

Dollar General in Toronto, Ohio sells groceries which are fresh and reasonably priced, and they also sell my favorite Canada Dry Ginger-Ale drinks. They have Orange-Lemonade Ginger-Ale; Strawberry-Lemonade Ginger-Ale; and Lemonade Ginger-Ale.I had no idea Dollar General was approved for using SNAP (foodstamp) benefits, until after I checked out. I felt many others might not know either so I take this opportunity to make sure others are informed so they could save money on all their purchases.

The store was good about 6 months ago now it's like the stockroom is on the floor if you're shopping there plan on moving stock out of your way to get what you're trying to buy.

Toronto Dollar General seems as if they have more options/ choices than other area DGs.. I'm not sure if its because they keep it stocked up and put together nicer than other or if there is other contributing factors ..But nonetheless Toronto Dollar General is def. the nicest in the area.

Where is all the employees??? Its crazy there is always huge lines and the stock is always piled up waiting to go on the shelf never stop here if your short on time although friendly they dont have enough folks working go to family dollar for a faster strip

Service is poor always a line so the wait is ridiculous this one manager there Lindsey will let a line form and not pitch in to help the other cashier instead you can find her outside smoking. Almost everytime

Can't get through the store half the time because cart with boxes that need put on shelves are in way, Never have anything stocked, wait in line forever to check out.. My mother in a wheelchair can't even take her in the store cause you can't get through the aisles.. It's a joke

Really like this store and love the app. I save pretty good here for my paper products and sometimes find unusual items.
