I visited with a group of friends on a Friday night. We were told it would be a 30 min wait but that quickly turned into a short 5 minutes! Our waitress was incredibly friendly and offered many menu suggestions to our table. I honestly don’t think you can go wrong with any of their delicious menu items and was overjoyed by the numerous options. I decided on the Greek burger with grilled chicken and so delicious and unlike anything I’ve ever had! I will definitely be revisiting and recommend this spot to everyone! Not only does it have a fun bar vibe but also has an atmosphere conducive to families as well!

Wasn't impressed at all. Over priced. Hamburger was over cooked and bland. Service was good. Ordered the Olde durty burger deluxe. Coleslaw was flavorless, couldn't even taste the pull pork, it was just mushy.My wife enjoyed the Reuben and French onion soup. But she's had better. Parking is terrible. I doubt that I'll be coming back

This was my first time at Dirty Bird and I’m so glad I went. I had the beyond barbecue burger w/o a bun and in a lettuce wrap, with balsamic glazed Brussel sprouts, Always so excited when there are plant based options on a menu. The food was amazing and our waitress was very friendly. Great environment and music. I would highly recommend this place.Vegetarian options: Beyond burgers and more

Nice bar in downtown Toledo. Above average bar food, more like a restaurant and quite a large menu. Very packed quite often, but always good and quick service. They do offer a patio where you can take your dogs and have drinks. They offer off street parking. Have a lot of drink options. Short walk to 5th 3rd field or the Huntington center. Some of the best wings in the city. Brussel sprouts are awesome too

New review 9/17/2023. Wonderful chicken soup, fresh homemade, and hot. Excellent turkey sandwich and, importantly, excellent service from Tayor. Never disappointed and again, a great meal!!Excellent soups! Great service as well! First time there, definitely not the last. Nice to have a pub/restaurant with quality food!

Ate here while visiting my son in Toledo. Great location downtown close to the ballpark.Great service. We had French dip sandwich, Durdy Bird pulled pork (excellent sauce!), Durdy Bird hamburger (monster big!), and meatball sub (huge meatballs). Had Maumee bay Roller coaster cider (delicious).Overall great experience and food. I’ll be back.

The Italian sub was good. Meat was piled on and had good flavor. I’m use to a mustard and mayo kind of Italian sandwich so when it came with an olive spread I wasn’t expecting the taste with the sub. The taste was ok but personally I prefer the mayo and mustard flavor instead.We also tried the calamari fries which were excellent. If you like seafood you need to give these a try.My wife had some fries and they were room temperature at best.We’ve been here 2 other times and the food is normally good so the mild temp fries must be a fluke.We will definitely be back.

Visited the Durty Bird the night before the Glass City Marathon. We were travelling from out of state and it was the only pet friendly bar we could find. We sat outside and the waitress was friendly, prompt and courteous. Food was very good and there was really no wait. Very impressed with this restaurant and we plan to return each time we visit Toledo!

Great dining choice in Toledo! The food was very good, especially the wings! They were so tender and fell off the bone, yet they still had a crispy outside. The menu had a lot of options- I ordered an Italian sandwich as my main course and it didn’t disappoint (I did ask for no olive tapenade because I’m not a fan of olives) and ended with the chocolate bread pudding, which was amazing! It had two sizes and I ordered small but I could’ve definitely ate a large- that good. The service was one thing we weren’t super impressed by, our server didn’t check up on our table much and didn’t get any refills until we were done eating. It wasn’t extremely busy, as we came around 2pm on a Thursday. Overall, though, the drinks and food were very satisfying and we are glad we chose this restaurant during our short time in Toledo!

We make a stop in Toledo to eat on the way to our friends house in Old West End. This was exactly what we wanted. The service was great, the bartender was very pleasant. Their food menu is huge with something for everyone. I got the Beyond burger with chips (they have a few different veggie burgers that all sounded amazing) and my boyfriend got a fried green tomato grilled cheese and it was so good! The atmosphere was really cool. Old style building with wooden accents and stained glass windows. We will definitely be back in the future!Vegetarian options: Not much of a vegetarian selection, but the veggie burgers are delicious! There are 3 different ones to choose from.Parking: They have a small lot that was busy but we managed to find a spot. Otherwise there is street parking.

I went to Toledo for work this week. I don't know anything about the area, so I picked this restaurant purely because the name sound fun. What an amazing choice. The atmosphere was perfect. Warm lighting, super friendly staff, and music at an acceptable level. I ordered a caprese bird and onion rings. So delicious. The bun was put on the grill, so it was warm and had a little crunch to it. Chicken was grilled perfectly. The onion rings had the right amount of batter on them. They have a very beautiful patio with a firepit. If I ever come back to the area, I will definitely be back. There were plenty of items on the menu that sound phenomenal that I would like to try.Parking: Parking right behind the restaurant for patrons only.

Went in on the advice of a friend. I had one item in mind but after seeing the large menu selection' I went with something different. I had the Grilled cheese/bacon/ tomato. Never had this before and WOW was it a delight! I'll definitely be returning and trying other selections! The service was great. Atmosphere was cozy. Little noisy but not that bad to dock their score. It's in a great downtown location and there is plenty of free parking available. Decent prices. 2 of us left the establishment with full tummies and it was only $28 (plus tip)

Nice pub with interesting menu, well prepared food. The butternut squash soup was delicious. There was a couple good options for vegans. I enjoyed a roasted root veggie dish. My husband had a lettuce wrapped falafel burger.Vegetarian options: There were at least a couple vegetarian dishes that could be made vegan.

I came in here last year when things were locked down in Michigan for Covid. I really enjoyed this place.It's located right in the heart of Downtown Toledo by the Mud Hens' ballpark. It's a pretty cool building. It's all brick and has kind of an old vibe. It seems like it gets pretty lively when it gets late.All of the food that we ordered was quite good. But the one thing that stood out to me were the chicken wings. They were small and nice and tender; almost fell off of the bone. Just terrific 👍Overall, this place gets 5 stars.

I am visiting Toledo with work. I selected this location for my birthday dinner. I was very impressed with how courteous the staff was to my group and my service dog!They offered me a table in the corner so I had plenty of space to place my service dog out of sight, which was appreciated! The staff recognized my hearing needs and made a point to look at me when speaking to help me understand.One of my friends said when I got up to leave and brought my service animal out from under the table another table was surprised and delighted to see the dog. They complemented my dogs beauty and behavior saying they had been there awhile but they had no idea a service animal was present.The food was good and hot. The atmosphere was pleasant. I had a great time!Kudos!

Atmosphere is good, lady at the bar was nice. They have indoor/outdoor seating, TV's. Odd table directly to the left when you walk in. When you speak to hostess they take your phone number and send a text when your table is ready. Food menu is long winded-no way to serve all that food on the menu and expect it to be up to par. I would rather have 10 items to pick from and they be 100% every time than 100+ items and it be sub par. We asked for the salad to come before our meal and it was served when everything else came out. Needless to say our meals were lukewarm. Good place to have a drink and hang out a bit and then bounce to another spot.
