I was so pleased to have discovered this store! Debi, who helped me, was FANTASTIC! Super informative and welcoming! She ensured that I knew how to use the product I bought and what varieties of birds it most attracts and what was appropriate for my situation. The also give bird classes at this location which is great! The special first time customer welcome gift bag filled with info and bird seed was such a nice and thoughtful touch. This place deserves 10+++ Stars!

Ever since the new owners took over, they don't honor discounts like the past owner, or other stores. I was discussing a coupon with the cashier and the owner came out from the back area, took my coupon from the cashier, but wouldn't even acknowledge my presence. Just not friendly.

Very nice place to buy all sorts of bird items. The staff is very knowledgeable and willing to answer all your questions. They also have a nice section of greeting cards which you will not find an other card stores. If you get on their mailing list you will be informed of the different sales that they have on bird food. They also have a bird food Club that provides a discount if you join.

The people working in this store are the MOST PATIENT AND KIND PEOPLE!!I called in looking for help in putting my bird feeder back together after cleaning it; I just couldn't get it back together right. The genteman who helped me was SO PATIENT WITH ME!!! After 20 minutes of trying to do this, I felt guilty of taking up so much of his time. He never complained!! They have my business for life!!

I purchased a wonderful picture of an owl that has tiny micro lights embedded into the canvas. It has an automatic timer so it comes on and goes off on its own. I LOVE it! Everytime I walk by it, I am amazed by its beauty. I will buy more for gifts for sure.

He did a great job fixing my iPad a very reasonable it's just a little farther out than where I stay at but it's worth the sacrifice I was very impressed with the results and be glad to refer more people to them

What a variety of bird feed, bird houses, yard ornaments, and literature enabling one to create their own wildlife habitat. The staff is VERY helpful and knowledgeable about everything to do with birding: how to attract, how to feed, migration patterns, types of birds and their habitat. . .you name it! They have quality merchandise at a reasonable price.

Lots of good birdfeeders and good information from the owners. The feeder posts are the strongest ones we have ever found anywhere with multiple add-on hangers. The seeds are good, clean seeds and the birds are happy and we are happy watching them. Note: I never said stupidest but the post keeps changing the word sturdiest and I can't edit it out.

Prices are high, but the variety is good. The quality if the service varies depending on which associate you speak with, some are very friendly and helpful, others seem annoyed when questions are asked.I have bought all of my feeders and birdbath at this location, primarily do to the fact that they are the only specialty store in the area. I would shop elsewhere, given the opportunity.
