Horrible staff, lady was horrible to lady with disability. I hope she got fired + You can see her saying it to her directly to her face !! The staff stood there and said nothing and the lady has a fainting disability and still told her to get up & she couldn’t sit on the floor and tried to deny her service dog because it didn’t have a vest. Also told her to get a scooter.. JUST SICKENING.. you can see what she said on @ tandem_in_pink

Let’s talk about how one of your employees or manager was blatantly disrespectful towards a poor girl who has pots. Per law a service animal does NOT need to wear a vest. on the video, the employee said the dog doesn’t have a vest. She also stated that she has a fainting disorder and that employee suggests a scooter and to get off the floor. Really? clearly your staff is uneducated. this is outrageous that your staff would treat a poor girl who was honestly needed to sit on the floor before she had a fainting episode. It’s better for patients who are prone to faint, to sit on the floor and go out rather them standing up and falling to the ground. it can help tremendously with multiple health problems that can arise from your head smacking the floor. Your staff needs to get it together and mind their own business. if she isn’t disrupting anyone then who are you to tell her how to manage her own diagnosis. your store should be ashamed and that lady should be fired.

If I could give 0 stars I would. A lady who works at this location blatantly disrespected someone with a disability and didn't follow guidelines with support animals. She should receive consequences for her poor actions.

I'd give you one star because of those nasty bathrooms but The only reason I'm giving you 3 stars is because of one employee and older black woman that was working at your service center where you give money orders, western Union and add cash to cards . I believe her name was Katrina. I forgot what that little station area is called. She was just as sweet as she wants to be . You need more employees like her.

Manager disregards ADA regulations with a lady with a disability as she wanted the dog to have a vest on but per ADA rules you can only ask for what the dog is used for and she was told and still proceeded to laugh and tell her to get off the floor rather than have empathy and help the lady out with getting a chair or literally anything else she proceeded to tell her to get off the floor like she was down there by chose my legs give out without any warning sometime and i don’t have a service animals but best believe i would stay on that floor until my legs gained back the strength to get up !! Walmart needs to fire her 💯 horrible human being and customer service you chose to work in that position so act better !!

Absolutely disrespectful and disgusting that a manager would demand someone with a disability get off the floor. Trying to make her walk to go get a scooter on her own is even worse. No one has to prove their disability for it to exist— in fact, asking is illegal. I hope you’ve fired that manager.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Seen a terrible video of a Walmart manager at this location belittle and harass a poor girl with her service dog in the middle of a medical episode. US law states service dogs DO NOT need a vest. Employees are only allowed to ask 1. If the dog is a service dog and 2. What are they trained to perform. The manager continually insulted the disabled girl in front of other customers in the middle of the store. This makes me want to never go to Walmart if employees are allowed to treat their customers like that. This is discrimination and this manager needs to be fired.

If I could I would write 0. This store is extremely Abelist and refused a person entry due to the fact she had her service dog with her who helps with a severe fainting disorder called POTS. If you don't know what it is, POTS stands for Postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome. This affects commonly women aged 15 - 20 When standing their Blood volume is reduced which can ultimately lead to symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, inability to exercise, lightheadedness, or fainting Some more common symptoms could be; fast heart rate, nausea, anxiety, or blurred vision. This Abelism not only affected this lady's ability to shop in peace but whe her Service dog alerted her that she was going to have an episode, the manager came over and started discriminating against her, saying things such as "How old are you" and when the person stated that they were just sitting with their service dog she harassed her to make her "Stand up" saying things such as "Then get up from the floor" when the lady mentioned her disorder this lady full tries to force her to stand up saying "Get up the floor" Numerous times. She even attempted to hide her name badge but the mother had seen the name. This is honestly pathetic, you would think stores especially large scale like this would be able to handle and care for those with disabilities if they don't want someone to sit on the floor for any reason, they should provide chairs all over the store. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. I hope the manager and the workers standing around her get fired this is pathetic.

ZERO STARS! Disgusting (and illegal) treatment of people with disabilities. This woman completely harassed an individual with POTS and was giving her a hard time about having her service dog, saying it didn’t have a vest on (which is not legally required), telling her repeatedly to “just get off the floor” when she literally, physically couldn’t. She even condescending asked how old the individual was which is none of her business and had nothing to do with anything. COMPLETELY unprofessional. She should be fired if not sued!!!! And not to mention the people who just stood there and let it happen! Extremely bad representation of the whole company.

How do we get the manager fired? She is an awful person and forced an disabled person with POTS (fainting disorder) to stand up from the ground (wich she was laying on because she could sense that she was going to faint) wich is disgusting! A fully stocked Supercenter that carries all the stuff that you need in all departments. The place is usually busy with large number of footfalls. They also have ample number of cash registers to handle the crowd.

Horrible place that has been shown discriminating and taunting against a person who has a disability. As someone with POTS and other disabilities as well I’m disgusted to see such behavior from Walmart. If the employees that insulted and verbally abused this person still work at This Walmart, I really hope that they get fired or sued by the victim

Nice place In general, but when I am here every week with my family to get the weeks groceries, there is always(literally always) only 2 or 3 checkout lanes open and the lines to wait are INSANE, it's not uncommon to have to wait between 20 to 45 minutes before even making it to the cashier. You also can count on the jewelry center not being staffed. I've been trying to get a watch battery for weeks and even after asking a manager to call the person who is supposed to be in the jewelry department to show up, they never did.

I have a problem with change. The workers were all pleasant, kind and very very helpful.You had 3 registers open and the lines barely reached the main isle.If change wasn't a factor, it would be 5 stars.
