This place does NOT have a public restroom for shoppers. Which means I can't shop here When my children are with me since usually one of them has to go. Or with my grandparents, Who often makes several stops to the restroom. Definitely couldn't shop here pregnant! And even though they're gonna make you wait 30 plus minutes for your prescription you'd better use the restroom before you arrive Because you won't be using theirs.It's absolutely ridiculous and I will not spend a dime of my money in any establishment any establishment that does not offer it as a courtesy and a pretty see any sign of human decency

My husband Derek had two prescriptions at this location for over a week. We finally had to reach out to the Dr.to expedite the filling of his prescriptions. When he attempted to speak to staff they were constantly avoiding his scripts giving him only three pills at a time Shaffer pharmacy were very awesome in filling out his scripts miss them dearly.

My dad had a 1pm appt. for a booster shot. We arrived at 1:06 and was told by the pharmacy staff lady that since they go to lunch at 1:30p, we will have to reschedule. My dad has stage 4 cancer and it is very taxing on him to go anywhere. To be told to rescheduled d/t lunch is rude and insensitive. Plus, I have been a nurse for 20+ years and have never known an IM injection to take 25 minutes. I will always be a patron of Walgreens, just not this location.

I am very disappointed with the service I got from the Door and Reynolds location. I pull into the pharmacy bay at 657 so I thought, cool I made it in time,( mind you I drove 25 mins to this specific location because of the availabilityof my script, they always have it in stock). One car in front of me. By the time I get to the window it is 702 and they gonna tell me to come back in the morning bc they close at 7! I can't believe they couldn't get me my script. No one was behind me and the bay lights we on when I pulled up. I got ther on time. Very very disapointed. I will never ever again use that location. Ill stick to the Woodville and E. Broadway location

Avoid this Walgreens location. After confirming online on Walgreens website that this location carried Systane Complete Lubricant Eye Drops and was in-stock, I went inside and instead found none in-stock. The pharmacists on duty directed me to the cashier up front for assistance. The cashier said "Sorry I am too busy to help you" after asking her if she could check when more Systane Complete Lubricant Eye Drops would be stocked. I promptly went to their competitor (Rite Aid) a block away (they had it in-stock as accurately reflected on Rite Aid's website).

Purchased a pack of Newport Smooth Select on Sunday 9/16/18. The Pack of cigarettes was four years old and got me very very sick! I called to tell them and they didn’t care so I called corporate and Newport to confirm that they are four years old. Never again will I shop at Walgreens!!! Will be filing a complaint with the alcohol and tobacco tax and trade bureau.

Walgreens always has a nice supply of basic household goods and foodstuffs. They are reasonably priced and the staff is always friendly. Make sure to sign up for their rewards program.

Was told on 1/13/22 that I could pick up my prescriptions in 2 to 3 hours then the pharmacy closed down until 1/16/22 because multiple pharmacists have COVID.

They send you an automated message saying your prescription is ready, then when you go to pick it up it’s not. This has happened multiple times, then they give a nasty attitude when you point out the error and never do anything to fix it.

Went here for shower gel, it's kept behind a locked case like it's gold bars. No one around to unlock it. I left without buying anything. F this place
