I’d give them a negative 100 if possible . I had to pick up life saving meds on a Saturday and literally was at the pharmacy @ 6:01 1 min after they closed . I noticed one of the pharmacist's walking out and asked if she could get my script and that I had to have it. Her nasty demeanor and response was stunning as to the nasty tone.Just from a pure customer service aspect it would’ve been outstanding service lf she would’ve walked back into the pharmacy and grabbed my prescriptions . But instead,!she decided to show just how truly nasty she was and how little she cares about human life. This is a person who absolutely does not belong in the customer service industry as she doesn’t care about people. She only cared about walking out right on time and not having to deal with people anymore for that day .And if she can’t understand how wrong it was how she treated a customer, because she didn’t have to be nasty let alone have an evil demonic look on her face then, she just plain Can’t Understand Normal Thinking. Now I hope she reads this and understands the true meaning of the last 4 words of this previous sentenceGet out of customer service you don’t belong in it you nasty demonic monster !

Tried to run in real quick at at 9:52 I just got off work and needed toothpaste Says they close at 10 but the doors were definitely locked early early and it’s a big disappointment looking the window and there’s two ladies just standing there

The pharmacy takes for ever to wait on one person the drive threw is even worse sat there for 30+min w no line movement the pple in from of me said they had already been there 20 minutes one lady got out to go inside while her husband stayed to drive through I ended up leaving there's no reason for to take that long to pick up a prescription when they're today with one car in front of me and it still took 20 minutes no reason looking for a different pharmacy 😔

My favorite employee no longer works here but he was always helpful and when I left the store I would leave with a smile on my face. It’s a shame that the young people who work hard are the ones leaving. Such a shame!

terrible customer service. my associates name was dominic. he actively hit his vape infront of me in photo, stole from the store while i was in the store, and smelled like weed HEAVILY. this place hires anyone who applies.

I ordered 3 canvas prints of our wedding photos, I got an email they were ready. My husband went the next day to pick them up and the worker got an attitude with him stating she needed a release form to give them to us. My husband stated per our photographer we legally own the photos, she stated she would not give these to us without a form. He left so I called in, before I even asked she immediately said "Well I could lose my job." I then told her we legally owned these photos. I have only ever been asked about this once at a Walgreens and they just asked me to sign a form legally stating I own these photos and give them consent. She said policies change. (This was less than 2 months prior). Then she said "a text message from the photographer will do". After telling my husband it has to be a release FORM directly from the photographer. Our professional wedding photographer stated she has never heard of this before. A wasted trip after being told our stuff was ready. Walgreens lost out on a $150 sale.

I've decided to pull my prescriptions from Walgreens pharmacy. On several occasions I found that Walgreens on Monroe and Secor were closed for 3 days straight when I desperately needed a refill. That's putting my health at risk .. I decided to transfer to a pharmacy that's more consistent.

This store is a disgrace to the great Walgreens brand. In my 70+ years I have never received such a low level of customer service. I have been disrespected and received the wrong medication. The staff there refused to contact my doctor to obtain a refill order and refused to dispense my medication. I have complained to corporate before to no avail. Go somewhere else for your medication.

I just want you all to know it takes about an hour to get a flu shot here. We have tried twice and decided we are done with this. Its right by our house but it would be faster to drive literally anywhere else. Also watch out for the sale signs. They are not honest. Everyone is polite but I know you can be in and out in 5 minutes for a flu shot. Come on.

This place is whining about closing store when they do nothing about the theft that goes on in them. 6 people just walked in here, put my daughter at risk, and emptied the shelves of toys. They have no security, this store is a target. She has had people stalk her in the parking lot, spit on her, yet she stays loyal, why is beyond me.How about you give me a call Tom?YOU'RE PART OF THEBPROBLEM WALGREENS!!!! The representatives at the photo shop refused to give me the prints of my wedding photos because I could not prove they were my property. I was told that they looked too “professionally done” and so they needed a release form in order to give them to me, as it is the Walgreen’s policy. I’ve never had this issue at any other Walgreen’s.

I stopped in to receive a flu shot, as it is one of the participating locations that the VA uses. It took an hour because they couldn't take information from my ID and enter it correctly. They initially said there was a problem with my data, but couldn't call because their phones had been out of service all day. I called to find out that there was no problem on the VA side, then noticed they had entered my birthdate incorrectly and made several errors copying my name from my ID and entering it into the computer. The person who actually administered the shot, a female with blonde and purple hair, was cold to say the least. 61 minutes for a flu shot is pathetic, and they weren't busy!

The pharmacist told me that my doctor cancelled my prescription. Called my doctor to ask why and they told me they never cancelled it. I went several days without my meds. Thank God it wasn't vital to my survival. Please don't make assumptions like this.

This is the place we finally got the help urgently needed. We consulted with quite a few pharmacists with no valid information on Covid test. When we came to Walgreen of this location, the staff members tried their best to help us, travelers and strangers in this town, step by step to schedule an appointment. Thank you, Jax! You make us like Walgreen more.

I tried to make a simple cash return on a purchase. They said that no cash returns would be accepted because they where having a problem with employee theft and people paying in cash where definitely involved. Weeks later their security department refused to return my item because it may be evidence. I have reported them to the BBB (huge joke). Since this dollar amount for this case is just around $60 there is nothing I can do. I can only ask that you avoid Walgreens plus more. Help me reep my money back. Their practices are agaist the law. I work hard, I am not a peasant. You can't treat me this way.

I swear every month when I have to check with the pharmacy to see if my medication is ready. I can’t get ahold of No1. I have a better chance getting ahold of the president before I get anyone on the phone at this location. Switching pharmacies after today. Every time I have to drive out there and wait for my medication to be ready

Cashier seem irritated and unwilling to help. Wanted me to pay full price instead of sale price, he was to lazy to check sale price. Not one staff member greeted or said thank you have a nice day. Every one seemed displaced.

Do not go here for COVID testing.I arrived for a scheduled appointment and, after waiting in line for fifteen minutes waited another ten at the window before I was told that there was a problem. I then was given a series of falsehoods by the staff for why they couldn't do the testing. First it was that we didn't have an appointment (we did). Then it was that they can't book tests on the same day the test is to be conducted (you can, right on their website). Then it was that we didn't receive a confirmation email (we had). Then it was that we were "late" for the appointment we had waited in line for, because of the time we spent waiting in line and the time they spent making us wait at the window (their fault -- and if we didn't have an appointment, how could we be late for it). Then it was that it was after 4:45 and they can't do Covid tests after 4:45 even if it's their fault that you were kept waiting well after arriving early for your appointment. Then it was back to telling us that we didn't have confirmation for our confirmed appointment -- again, we very much did.All the while they kept insisting that there was nothing that they could do, nobody who they could call, to address this problem. Even though they knew we drove an hour to arrive at that location for the test.While I would not have been particularly happy had they been honest about their mistake, and explained why they could not perform the scheduled and confirmed test, it would have been a lot better than what they did. I cannot fathom why they thought that the better approach was to tell one falsehood after another, and to try to blame the customer for their own mistakes, all the while refusing to offer any explanation as to why they could not fix the problem.

Staff is normally nice but unfortunately this location can’t give a accurate pickup time. I much rather go to other locations because of this issue. I’m told 30 mins But in actuality it’s 60. Monique was super nice So it made up for the inconvenience.

I use this Walgreens all the time for their photo department. They are also so nice and the products turn out beautiful! I highly recommend them for any of your photo needs.

Happy to see that they were open on 12/25/2018. Along with some other stores and Fast Food Restaurants. Some people need stores and restaurants to be open when they get off work.Keep up the good work!

In store photos are taken by a horrible camera. The image was blurry. It is sad that they charged me $17 for such a horribly taken photo. The employees are very helpful though.

Kind of expensive, but it is a nice clean, brightly lit small box store with a complete pharmacy in the back. Helpful staff and a photo center and a FedEx service.
