The pharmacy staff is very unfriendly and unpleasant to deal with. Not only was I given attitude from the heavy set blonde but I also heard her talking badly about me to other staff while waiting for them to fill my prescription.

The worst pharmacy to fill or refill a prescription. I had a urgent request to fill my prescription from the ER. It was called in two hours before I left the hospital. 6 hours later, the prescription is still not ready. It's a thousand other pharmacies in Ohio. It should not take an entire two days to fill one prescription. Then when I called, it said one called ahead of me. After holding 20 minutes, I hung up. You have my vote... Worse pharmacy in the USA. Don't walk, run from this Walgreens

The new pharmacy tech they have is lazy and incompetent. I love this pharmacy but when I see her - I cringe because I know something is going to be wrong.

I went in to get a prescription for a family member, I waited almost 7 minutes no line to get my prescription as the worker was NOT DOING ANYTHING! I’m upset and outraged that I had to wait this long and on top of that they wouldn’t give me my prescription after knowing the last part of the address not the number. And the the worker was so rude. Is this how you treat your costomers. Never going there again!

Double check your scripts to make sure the correct # of pills are there. Twice now short filled. 90 day x 2 day should be 180 pills for 3 months. Bottle had 14 pills. Yesterday, an autofill 30 day supply only had 15 pills.Walgreens, you are messing with people’s lives when you screw up like this. Shame on you!!!!!!!

HORRIBLE PHARMACY!I have used them for over 5 years, but no more.!My Dr had to call them 3 times over 2 weeks to get my regular prescription filled.Most refills are a partial fill, so you have to go back to get the rest.Life long prescriptions disappear of your list.It can take up to a week or more to get your meds.Labels are not attached properly so they stick together in your bag.This is an ongoing problem for over 7 months.I'm switching..I would give them a zero if I could.!!

This pharmacy has been overdosing me. My doctor wrote a prescription for 1 pill a day, the pharmacy had on the bottle to take 2 a day. And they refuse to use my insurance and try to make me pay for covered meds, they literally just refuse to run it when you drop a prescription off and tell you they will get insurance to cover it next month. They will outright lie to you just to scam you out of money. This should be illegal.Now they have started telling me they have no prescriptions ready when my insurance already paid for it. I had to show them on my online account that I had proof they were lying and then they miraculously found the prescription I was picking up. This place is stealing from customers and should be reported.

GOOGLE review site needs to change their star process, 1-5 & negative 1-5 as this store doesn't deserve any ⭐'s. This store needs new freshly TRAINED EMPLOYEES! As a result of living on a fixed income, I have to search the flyer online (no longer able to get one in store) and put everything in the cart as a guide for going into the store, so I HAVE ENOUGH MONEY. Seems like everytime I'm having to put stuff back making them void the transactions. Now mind you these aren't the most enthusiastic, friendly nor helpful people in the customer service industry that I've ever met, close to the worst I'd say, especially when they're more worried about putting stock away than selling it, understand now why the people where I live don't feel the need to pay. So long story short, after two voids and three trips back & forth, I once again refigured the transaction. Called back to see if my order was @ the photo counter, the woman proceeds to tell me she's new, while trying to explain customer service to me, 😂 I've had forty-four + yrs of dealing with the public. In the process tells me I was wasting their time, also that my bags were not there, but they were. She claims not to know how to do digital, had no correlation to transaction. Phone silencing so the customer doesn't hear the conversation and laughter, (from employees) would generally be a smart move, but who's laughing now? I walked my Happy A$$ back up there & three out of the six employees ran to the backroom and hid (one a manager) "COWARDS!" Basic training in public service and your position should let you know, not only how to treat people, but the reasoning why the totals were so different. ($35.00) Well as far as the young girl that didn't run (Jywasu) sp? she's definitely a cut above the rest of her coworkers and probably half their age. She found the issue very quickly, discount online vs in-store. Even though I could tell she wasn't having the best day, (I can truly understand having to work with these deadbeats) she still took the time to go over and beyond to resolve the issue. Great job girl, I see you have a bright future ahead of you. Excited to be getting my new car this week so I will no longer have to go into this OVERPRICED, UNFRIENDLY, UNTRAINED, SLACKER'S CONVENTION CALLED WALGREENS @ 1910 S. REYNOLDS RD. Great Day All !!

Two reasons I was thoroughly impressed with my experience at the Walgreens on Glendale/Reynolds.1. The store opens at 7a, which is perfect for someone who likes to run their errands before work.2. The employee who assisted me, Peggy, was delightful, even so early in the morning. She assisted me with the return of a product and helped me update my rewards account with them. She explained each process fully yet concisely and was both friendly and professional. This story is undoubtedly lucky to have such a valuable asset as Peggy.

Needed something small and got in line to pay. The cashier was trying to ring someone out and seemed confused and called the manager. The manager came and left. The woman got confused again. Had to call manager AGAIN. At this point I had enough and had to leave without purchasing what I needed as it was absolutely ridiculous. I dk why the worthless Mom Bun manager couldn't just check me the other woman who had been waiting forever out while here helpless associate struggled with whatever she clearly didn't understand how to do. Pathetic to the highest of standards of retail ineptitude. I bought what I needed elsewhere.

Pharmacist have all been very friendly. Pharmacist always found coupons or ways to help me lower the cost. Cashiers have always had pleasant moods and great customer service. I read a review about people asking for money outside building but in the year that I've gone there ive never encountered anyone asking for money.

Pharmacy never answers phone. I needed to change pharmacist because my car is busted. And I just had minor invasive surgery. I can not get a hold of them to change it. I waited until I was next in line. It just rang for 3 mins. I really needed these antibiotics. Absolutely horrible.

I have been using this Walgreens for 6 years and was always pleased, until recently. The oriental guy working in the pharmacy is always rude and tries to charge me more then what I normally have to pay, so I have to leave and to go backwhen he is not there. Then I make flu shot appt and when I get there this same guy says it will be a 30 min wait.What is the point of an appt?

Ordered photos online and received an email stating the order was submitted. I went to the store to pick up and they said they did not receive the order. The clerk, Daminque, seemed annoyed. The guy behind the counter was not friendly either. I had to re submit my order and wait for them to complete. They never even apologized. I realize that this was not their fault but it wasnt mine either! The guy finished my pics quickly but I definitely was not impressed. Terrible customer service and rude personnel!

Haven’t been here in a while, but the service today was disappointing. We needed to return something and we were in line for 10 minutes. At first, the cashier was nice but then she grew rude and just plain flat towards the end of the transaction. When she was done, she said “good day” and that was it. We walked out and I don’t see us going back soon.

If I need medications, I use this pharmacy. I like the convenience of the drive-thru when I'm in a hurry. There's a Redbox outside to rent movies and games, and they have a pretty good selection of cosmetics and hair products.

When we where leaving there, one of the co workers ran out behind us when we were backing out An took a pic of our vehicul. When I called to say something to the manger she proceeded to say she might of been answering a phone call. Why would u hold your phone out so far to answer a phone call never will we shop at there store no more!!!! Rediculous!!!!

Welp, so far. I called to be on hold a little over 3 minutes. Twice answered, but not greeted to be placed back on hold. After the 2nd set of ringing, I just hung up.
