I was very happy I could "walk in" to have my dog seen. I had to wait a while as they were busy, but was very happy to get seen. The doctor and staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful. They handled my dog gently and deftly while doing tests and checks that my dog was NOT fond of, and he was trying to escape. They did great. Got results and prescribed medication and provided take home directions. I was very happy with my visit. Thank you VIP.

Dr. Callahan and Abbey are awesome! Saw them on a day with just the two of them working. They were efficient and thorough without making me feel rushed at all. The doctor shares great information to help care for your fur baby!

The wait was a little long but it was worth the wait. They were great with our dogs and knowledge. I didn't have to wait weeks to get in to a Vet and the price was better by far. So glad I heard about this place from a nurse who was taking care of my dad.

They do a great job here! Loved the service and attention and care they gave to my cat and to the questions I had regarding her. Give these people a try! The wait may be a while, but it's totally worth it. Plus you get to meet other dogs/cats while waiting, it's pretty cool!

I walked right in! No wait,easy to use & they handled my little stray kitten im adopting so nicely ans gently. No man-handling for his exam & vaccines. I have been there yrs ago when I got other kittens, to have their follow up vaccines. Everyone I staff was very nice and welcoming. I just wish they had chairs in the exam space for owners to wait in, but that's OK. I was there laybe 25-30 mins or so total & it was great to be able to have the littens blood test done on the spot-10 min response time while they did his other stuff, so I didn't worry about results. All negative! (Feline leukemia & HIV)

Brought a little kitten to them that was pulled out of the sewers. He needed a quick check and something for fleas. They brought out a towel for him that was sprayed with pheromones to keep him calm while we waited. The staff were very friendly and we were in and out in no time. I will most likely bring him back here for shots when he is older.

They were great..my 5.5 yr old Labrador has seen them since I got her. Plus my Lab got an allergy shot..now she isn't itching..I'm glad the Vet. Dr. C Callahan and I decided to go this route. My Lab is fearful reactive..and the vet techs..did great with her.

I loved them there. They were so helpful and great with Eve. It was her first time she was a rescue puppy and they were able to tell me how old she was and helped me with some of the concerns I had about her skin... They recommend somethings for her to help her growth and development.. thank u so much we will be returning

I have always loved taking my 2 dogs to VIP Petcare! The staff is always friendly and helpful. I just think $31.00 for a nail trim is really expensive! It would be worth it if you trimmed the nails and then used a file to make them less “rigid” and more smooth!

The staff at the VIP Petcare at Pet Supplies Plus on Alexis were absolutely great. They took the time to help calm my two cats prior to their exam which was very thorough. Afterwards the Doctor explained everything in detail and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend !!

My dog had a sore on her leg (turned out to be allergies) and I was unable to get into my primary vet for 3 weeks so I decided to take her to VIP Petcare. The staff was great and very helpful. They were patient with my timid pup and treated her with care. I would definitely recommend VIP Petcare!

Not cheaper than my regular vet. They also treat pit bulls like trash. Won’t let you hold your animal while they do vaccines which is what our dog is used too. They make you stand behind a blue line while your dog just watches you from afar and looks scared. One lady said “well if she can’t get on the scale herself then we can’t see her” after my husband and I sat there for 2 hours waiting to be seen. Why can’t we pick her up and put her on the scale for you? You know, since we’re the owners and she’s comfortable with us touching her and picking her up? They all stood at the wall scared because she is a little 65lb pit bull. The dog before us was treated just fine. Wouldn’t recommend.

I have been to a vippet care before but this one was different. I went online looking to see where I could get a couple of vaccines due to my puppy needing a groom & I was unable to get into our regular vet. I was not aware that different facilities had different prices I went by the prices that were advertised on the website & also their brochure in vet area. Prices were a lot higher than shown in their brochure & I was the 2nd person there when they opened & waited an hour & it was not because the person before needed that entire time. The casual conversation between vet & vet techs was disrespectful they were aware of the line but did not care. Unfortunately I will not be returning I value vippet care- but this facility needs an overhaul!

We’ve taken our cats and dogs to VIP for years. Best prices for routine care and meds. Now they aren’t full service, since they haven’t an X-ray and such. But for regular blood work, vaccines and meds you can’t beat them.Oh yes they are super nice and treat your critters good.
