I used to LOVE shopping here but after my last visit, I will NEVER come here ever again! I used to get my dog, cat and horse food supplies at this location but since my last visit was HORRIBLE, I go to the one in Lambertville. The staff was NOT friendly, I needed help finding something and the only employee I saw was leaning on the vaccine cooler, on his phone. I tried to get his attention but he walked into the back. The store was VERY dirty and you could clearly tell they have a rodent problem. The shelves were not stocked very well and looked as if someone just threw it in the spot. Throughout the store, I noticed a LOT of empty containers that had CLEARLY been opened and the product taken out of it. When I got to the register, the cashier was VERY rude and even allowed another customer to cut in front of me and did not do a very good job of controlling the flow of traffic (I was at register 2 and another customer walked by me and slammed me into the counter even tho he could have gone AROUND (near the clothing) to get to the middle area)

I called a few times to get some information a guy named Dennis picked up the phone every time and would say “Hello and Goodbye”I’m switching the location I buy dog food from to Oregon because of bad customer service. I’m really disappointed because the Central Ave location is more convenient for me as it’s closer to my job

They have the best selection of bird feeders and feed. Nobody else even comes close. And the staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. It has been 15 years since I was there last and you can bet I will start there first from now on. They have everything you could want and then some.I went back Sat Dec 8 18. Guess what? They still get 5 stars! Top notch staff and great product selections. Shopping doesn't get any better!!! Need gloves? They have a large selection.

Husband bought new "waterproof" boots just over 2 months ago for about $120. NOT waterproof and the inside soles fell apart very quickly. Took them back with receipt, asked for exchange with a quick explanation and they were happy to resolve the issue. These boots were not warrantied either. Always great customer service!

I usually have a 5 star experience at this store, but today, I asked a young man named Jacob to help me load 2 bags of feed due to a shoulder injury that I have. He responded by saying he was busy, and would find another person the help me. I waited for at least 5 minutes, and no one came. I ended up loading it my self. I guess when a worker tells you he is to busy to help, it sure makes me want to go somewhere else to shop. I understand if he was helping another customer, then he should have said that. Loading my 2 bags would have taken him less than 2 minutes, as the feed was about 10 ft away from where he was standing. Just disappointed in the customer service I received.

The staff was helpful in finding whatever I needed. However the problem was they didn't carry the cattle gate I was looking for. This is no fault to them, things happen and I completely understand. I had to find it from another location but I do hope to come back again in the future. It's a dangerous place to go because I do want to buy everything in that store.

First I will say the young lady that I delt with was fantastic. All though she could not answer all my questions she took all the information from me and said her manager would be in at noon and he would call me. I wanted something that would require a special order. Well it’s 3 days later and still no phone call. I guess my 4000. Purchase will take place somewhere else.

Great place to pick up your merchandise. If you need to buy anything for a tractor, you are in the wrong place. They don't know enough about the store let alone tractors. Purchased a 3 point post hole digger, had to use their computer to show them it was in stock. Unbelievable that anyone at the central Ave Toledo Ohio store has a job. Spent 900 bucks and had to do All of the legwork myself. I was there to purchase... Not to sell and purchase. Get your act together TSC.

Tory and megan were so helpful and informative. Made my shopping experience for a new lawn tractor super easy. Tory was exceptionally knowledgeable about the cub cadet line. Two very valuable employees with great customer service skills. Will send more business their way!

This is a family friendly store with a variety of products ranging from clothing, pet food, and even outerwear. The prices were fair and the experience was pleasant. I recommend this store not only for the items but for the great experience you get shopping here.

Horrible,horrible, horrible management. Very sad working environment, the training sucks, and the people there are absolutely appalling. Watch out for tori, if you start working there. She's a very poor manager. Who has no clue how to treat her employees. I would never ever work here, ever. Good luck to anyone who decides to work here.

Rob the manager of this branch saved my basement!!! He answered the phone of the store two hours after they had been closed, and sold me a generator. I was in the middle of a basement remodel resulting in my electrical being partially finished, and a power outage after a storm meant my sumps didn’t have a backup. Home Depot and Lowes, both said they couldn’t help me in person, through the glass doors with about 20 people inside. From now on for the sole reason of great people like Rob I will be coming to TSC for everything from now on. We need more people like this running real businesses! Also, I tried to tip him multiple times, and tried very hard. He would not take a penny over the sticker price of the generator, even after he loaded it in my truck for me.Thank you!!!

I always forget about TSC. But it's like a smaller version of the Anderson's store that closed a while ago combined with a higher end harbor freight. Decent prices and selection. The Sylvania Ohio location has nice staff. The stuff you find there always surprises me a bit to.

I ordered a new fire pit online. I drove to a farther location than the one I ordered from and then was told they sold my item.The excuse was it was on the floor with a sold sticker someone must've removed.When i asked why it was on the floor, he said he didn't have room in the case.Well, at TRACTOR SUPPLY i expect they have space somewhere for the item for which they OFFERED online ordering.

terrible. We bought a trailer on 12/8/2020 and the hitch doesn't fit over the specified ball diameter and the smaller ball it falls off. The Store manager told me twice he would get an answer and "call me back one way or the other today." Then I talked to the assistant manager, I was told "she would get an answer and "call me back one way or the other today."..twice. now on 1/11/21 I talked to another person who said the same thing as well as "we can't just deal with that we have a store to run" and I have a $2700 trailer that can't be towed without risking someone's life.

Great place to go for all sort of needs hunting, animals, house holds. They even sell animal vaccines!! Witch is GREAT...Since the Anderson's closed I didn't know where to get them from...TSC had just about everything.

The main issue here is poor management I have visited mean tractor supply store. They have all been great to work with. This stores manager does not seem to take to customer service very well. They have a huge turn overOF cashiers. I would say that is due to poorManagement. I took my business to Lowes
