No matter what I have gone in for the staff has been incredible! The compassionate, caring, absolutely loving atmosphere of the office, Dr max, and Dr Brooks are the sweetest women who care about you and your pets. This morning was one of the hardest mornings I have gone through since I moved here and Dr Max helped me through and was so compassionate with a caring listening ear helping me make an educated decision that was in the best interest of my beloved Sandra Dee. Thank you Dr Max and staff. I know Somewhere Over the Rainbow Bridge Sandy is running up to our family members who have gone before both furry and human letting them know how much better she feels.

I brought in an injured stray cat and they took great care of him. Everyone was very nice and caring and their prices were very reasonable. I'm very grateful to be able to afford to help this baby get well and give him a forever home with the help of the Humane Society Pet Clinic.

The doctor and nurse were great with my cat. She's usually very anxious when it comes to people she doesn't know, but she let the doctor give her a shot and let the nurse clip her nails without a problem. And their prices are very affordable. I highly recommend them for all your fur babies needs.

I scheduled an appointment for my cat 3weeks in advance. I was refused service on the day of my appointment because I live outside of their ‘servicing area code’. Why would the MANAGER schedule my appointment without first verifying my residency is within the servicing area. This was a complete disregard of my time and very unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if I could.

My sweet dog of 11 yrs was diagnosed with bone cancer. They were amazing with her. When i had to put her to sleep. The vet tech even cried with me. I would recommend anyone to take their animal to them.

Went a cpl diff times the most recent time I got my cat spayed and after while they got a hold of me to check on her plus the staff is super friendly easy going and don't push you to spend more on your animal if you can't or don't want something done they let it go. I'll deff be taking my animals here from now on! Your pets are safe coming here no if ands or buts about it!!?

You guys are horrible to not be able to take a suffering pet in pain just because I don’t stay on the East side of Toledo and if I could leave 0 stars I would. Your not a free clinic I would still have to pay just like those who reside on that side of town 😡 HORRIBLE

Friendly. Bit of a wait for my appt - wasn't seen until 30 minutes after. Staff was kind. Forgot to give me my puppy's first free tablet for his heartworm/flea and tick prevention so, I'm hoping I'll get it next visit. Other than that, it was a decent experience.

Very cool place. They encourage you to take a pet/cat/dog, to a room where you can play and get to know your animal. They also have a program during the Christmas time that way you can offer to take a pet home for two weeks with you. You can choose from array of animals that they have to offer as they shut down for two weeks and they need someone to watch the animals.

I've been there 3 times with 2 of my critters. Two of which was with my German Shepherd puppy for a well check up and shots. The third was with my cat that had an upper respiratory infection (that actually became the first experience) I had an appointment for the puppy but my cat had an emergency and they happily switched the appointment to my cat. The staff is WONDERFUL, even the OSU fan at the front desk. To her I say GO BLUE. 🤣🤣🤣 If I call for anything, she knows exactly who we are. Everyone is amazing!!!!!!

THS Family Vet Clinic...... 10 stars across the board!!!!! The staff is absolutely stellar!!!!! The Doctors/Techs/Office staff are so professional, understanding and empathetic to all of their patients needs. Not only did they help me get affordable quality care for my 2 "difficult" felines the entire staff stayed after work in order to assist me when I locked my keys in my car!!!! I love this Veterinarian and the entire staff!!!!

This place & all the employees are something special! They got my Dog in within 2 hours! Wasn’t the news I was praying for but they made the both of us feel so comfortable. I really appreciate this clinic and helping me through such a hard time. I will recommend this place to anyone! Thanks again Dr. Brown & her lovely assistant.
