I think this store went under new ownership a few months back. It's been rapidly going downhill ever since. The cashiers aren't as friendly as the previous ones were. It seems like there's always a freezer or refrigerator that's out of order. I've gotten everything from bagels being way past their pull date to a bad steak, to frozen pizzas that were compressed to 1/2 original size by being allowed to completely defrost! As soon as I find another store close to me I'll stop coming here. But until then, I check the freshness date on every item I buy here!

Was just there, got the necessary supplies, etc, but the two young worker fellows (stockers?) need to focus as much on the customers as much as it seems that they focus on each other. Aged, and disabled, sometimes we got questions about prices and items available. It's a good place to go to for needed things, but multiple shelves and items hav got no prices on em. Don't mean to hack on any one. Just for information purposes only. Cashier and bagging was above great.

The meat I purchased was moldy and they had the audacity to say it wasn't like that when I bought it! Why would I make it up? We was hungry...And, it always smells like poop in there... the cashiers are super sweet though.

I think the employees are good workers but ever since this store new owners, the price of food has gone way up. And their meat needs to be frozen as soon as you get home because it starts smelling bad.

1st time there in over 5+ years. It's pricey so it's only on sale shopping from me. Check the expiration date on what you buy. It's expired shelf items even some in the meat section. Meat quality is questionable. The disabled and handicap equipment that's provided is broken or neglected. The electric cart was plugged in not charging with no power in the AM. The staff watched a older woman with a cast up to her knee and cain unplug then get on the cart place all of her belongings on it then watch her try to get it to move knowing it wasn't going to. Two male staff started laughing and the others just ignored her. I told I would get what you need just stay there and make a list. I also got her cell phone number if I had a question. I got everything but the meat and had a laughing guy help carry it out. I gave her food delivery information to get her meat and order from. Selling expired food at full price is a place I don't trust. Mistreatment of an older, disabled or handicap person should be instant termination. Not here.

Don't usually shop here yet this is the place to go to get ANY faygo pop. They have 24oz, cans, and 2 liters. Thanks again since my father in law wanted diet grape pop and my boyfriend and my daughter likes the different flavored ones. We will go back again even if it's just for the faygo pop.

They have new owners. The produce here is very bland and does not taste fresh. They allow people to sell stuff in their parking lot so they are hollering at you for money, and if you want a tablet. Also the woman cashier who also ownes this place, when you open up your aisle to get customers out of there…why don’t you get the person who is NEXT in line, not allow others from the back to jump in line! I had two kids and a lot of groceries, she said I’ll get whose next , and some lady jumped up and was out of there. For this reason I won’t come back

People working at the registers are really friendly, like always. It had been a while since I visited but this time was still really good. Place looked clean enough. Only probably I had was when we went to look at the diced ham and the prices were at the top which sucks since I didn't bring my glasses. Cheap prices and a clean place. Would recommended

Little hood grocery store. Prices on meat are where it's at but quality is sometimes suspect. Expired items still on shelf and if it's on a super sale definitely check expedition date. Sadly I've purchased items WELL over the date. Cashiers are usually very nice although every now and then you'll get attitude for no reason but those cashiers don't last long for the most part. You get what you get here but it's the only grocery on the east side now so you gotta take what you can get living in a food desert.

Organized, clean, fairly priced. Great fresh produce selection for a neighborhood market... Ethnic food sections are great. I'm very fond of the "dollar" isle... Literally everything from batteries to muscle cream to macaroni and cheese lol... All for a buck. I'm all about it 😁😁😁

A great place for the best meat prices in town. I treat myself to a t-bone steak once a week, because it's as inexpensive as bottom round at competitor stores. Don't believe me if you dare, that just means more steaks for me!

This store is relatively close to where I live. Instead of driving a distance for ethnic cooking staples, they offer a large selection of items that I need. It's convenient.

Yes I only 3 stars but Dont get me wrong, I love this place. The staff are ALL very friendly and helpful. The store does have some great deals. My drawback from giving more stars is only because of the produce department and some frozen foods. Most produce appears to have been picked at the peak of the season (2 seasons ago). And although most of the frozen food is overpriced, it's also mostly frost burned. I hate to say anything negative about this place but the job of a reviewer is to be fair, honest and unbiased.

I went to this store 2 months ago, the meats i bought lasted a full 2 months. I love the prices of their meats. I've found no place cheaper in Toledo. I live in Maumee and i don't mind driving there for the great deals.... I will always buy my meats from Toledo Food Market... The cashier's are friendly upbeat people.

Cashiers are nice and friendly. The prices are way too high almost as high as the in and out Marts. I only go there when I have to because of convenience. I do my shopping mostly at Kroger's
