I would give my experience more stars had any of the 3 clerks milling about near the product I was selecting had spoken to me. BG location is head and shoulders above Airport Hwy for floor help and acknowledgement that you’re there to spend $. Cashier was a lovely lady that took care of business.

Five stars for the people who are doing a stellar job! I took my elderly mother (who happens to be blind) to Home Depot today to find replacement flooring for her kitchen. Alicia was all smiles and met us as we were entering the store! Mom likes to hold on to a shopping cart when out and about because it helps her stay steady. Alicia was already in action! Before I could do it myself, she had pushed a shopping cart over to us. Super sweet and friendly and said if we needed anything she’d be happy to help. When we got to the flooring department we looked over the options. We were then ready to ask some questions and in no time at all Mike offered to assist us. Mike was a blessing! This man was very kind, patient and best of all knowledgeable! He did not seem rushed or bothered one bit by our questions and was very good at assisting a blind person. I am just so thankful for this because both of these people made our experience not only fruitful, but pleasant as well. Thank you Alicia and Mike for caring about not only our business but obviously pursuing excellent customer service! Thank you so very much.

I would implore anyone reading this review to please go somewhere else. The customer service and delivery was awful and came close to ruining my wedding day due to Home Depot's incompetence. I have explained it further below, but let me just say, this is the second time that I have made the mistake of counting on Home Depot to do what they are supposed to do and twice they have utterly failed me and have been unconcerned of the extreme inconveniences their incompetence causes. Save yourself the trouble and go to Lowe's or Menards. Much better customer service and delivery services.Let me explain my situation further. I recently purchased a home that I had to do a remodel on before moving in. I am also getting married. The plan was to move into the house after the wedding. To accomplish this i had Home Depot delivering a stove on the Wednesday before. Just as soon as i finished the Kitchen Remodel. Something came up on the Tuesday of that week, that would make it more convenient for the delivery to be made on Thursday. Wondering if it would be possible to move the appointment (although not essential) I called Home Depot who told me that would not be a problem at all. A few minutes after I hung up with Home Depot I received an email notifying me of the change from Wednesday to Thursday. the following evening I received a notification that my delivery time would be between 11 am and 3 pm. I took off work on this Thursday and dutifully waited for the delivery to arrive. At 3:30, I called Home Depot to inquire about the status of my delivery. The lady from Home Depot told me that it was just delayed and would be there that night. Fast forward to that night at 7:30 when I contacted Home Depot again and was told that it was never put on a truck because it was impossible to deliver it on Thursday with notification on Tuesday and I should have been told that. No explanation given about the various confirmations I received, including the one i got earlier that day. Their solution was to deliver it on Saturday. No guarantee on time. When i explained to them that was my wedding day and that this was all supposed to be done before and that their screw up was screwing up my wedding plans their was no care. They wouldn't even guarantee a morning delivery so that i could be there and get it before heading to my wedding.. Essentially there was no way to fix there screw up and they refused to make any accommodation to me the customer. Eventually, they promised a discount on the stove for my inconvenience. Which they never gave me. When i contacted them about this they just chose to not respond. Thanks to the Home Depot, i was stuck the morning of my wedding waiting for a delivery that may or may not come in time. Not how i envisioned my wedding day at all. Nor should i have had to. This is an awful company. In my experience they care little to none about the customer. Even worse than most big box stores. I will not be shopping home depot anymore. I hope anyone that reads this review makes the wise decision to do the same.

Home Depot installation services is garbage! We have not resolved anything! We have been dealing with this incorrect window situation after a year and some months! Finally get a call back from the installers to correct the wrongfully installed windows with the correct "?" ones. After they ordered them it took again months and months for someone dropped them off. In December of 2022 they were supposed to be here at 11 did not arrive until 2 something and told them we had to get our kids from school. They never rescheduled for another day. They said they will be back after the holidays! Christmas came! New Year's 2023 came and went! Now towards the end of March 2023 and still it has not been completed and they do not want to offer any discount or bring any kind of resolve! They want to win a conversation! They do not want to make sure that the customer is satisfied and problem is resolved! We do not recommend Home Depot to anyone if you looking for some installation service. They are horrible and Unprofessional! We would never work with them again! And it's still not rectified! Thee windows are still sitting in our family room it's been sitting in our family room through holidays and day to day sitting. They are stillwrapped up and so we really don't even know if they are the correct windows! We will not open them up until we hear from someone with the right answer to resolve this the right way!!!! Period!

It's a good store! All tho a certain store manager doesn't belong there. You can't have feelings and egos involved with work. Maybe that's why employees find better work elsewhere.

Picked up a curbside order yesterday and got home and it was the wrong item. Wasted an hour on chat with no resolution. Called the store, equally no resolution. Tried to tell me that although this was also on their website along with the product I DID order 'they're the same thing'. Wanted me to waste more time and gas in snow returning a 50lb product. Did not put it right. I'll stick to Lowes who actually take care of their customers.

We tried to rent the van for 2 hours because we were buying landscaping timbers. We were told that the van was reserved for a store manager We than asked if we could reserve it for the next day and was told we don't reservation. Wow guess customer service went out the door.

I love this place. Everyone is extremely knowledgable, the place is well-kept and clean. Home Depot typically has a great ambience in the store - everything is well-lit and shopping is fun. I had a cart with a lot of stuff in it and a friendly store associate named Ron walked over to me as I was unloading everything and he came and held my cart while I was taking stuff off to balance it so it wouldn't roll off. He then took the cart back once I loaded everything in my car. Thank you sir! It was very nice of you and I hope to see you again!

I've been a loyal customer of Home Depot for years. I had to return a fan that I unfortunately did not have the receipt for (my fault). The girl at the counter was rude. She said you need to try any card you think you may have used (again my fault, I normally use my home depot credit card and she said it was not on there). I asked if she could just do store credit (even at a lower price if necessary). She tried and said "sorry it was denied, they don't say why sorry". It could be because of too many no receipt returns or its a high theft item. Seriously, this is the first no receipt return I've ever done here and I'm not a thief! Horrible customer service. Definitely switching to Lowes!

Always call ahead before you order anything online from this store. I'm assuming they have people that work here that are thieves. They charge you right away for online orders but they don't refund it for days and they never have the stuff in inventory. If it's power tools just go through Amazon you'll get it quicker.

Bought an Air Blown after Xmas last year. So obviously didn't use i Went to use it this year and it lasted 1 week. Brought in a receipt to do an exchange on it and they wouldn't take it. Talk about not standing behind your products.

So I used to like going here until I had an encounter with a manager that I will never forget. I found a cheaper price on 80lb bags of concrete at another Home Depot about an hour away or so. I called the other store and they said come get it and were super nice and even offered to give me a huge discount and GAS MONEY!!!!! The only reason they did that was because they felt terrible that this female manager at the airport store refused to price match the concrete. Eventually she gave me a ton of attitude then matched it and finished the conversation by saying we noted this discount on your account and you will never get it again. Needless to say I got my concrete and never went back again. Oh by the way the concrete plant is literally 5 miles away so the prices for distribution should be cheap for the store. The female manager was nasty and rude and the warehouse staff said she was bad mouthing me prior to picking up the concrete.....

I went in for a specific item. The associate I met inside the door took me right to the item. I got what I needed and was checked out quickly. The store was clean and well stocked. I did see several other items and i will be going back to check out this weekend.

I went to 2, not sure if this is Bowling Green or Perrysburg. Perrysburg is horrible. Customer service is horrible at most of them. They do not represent their products. Sold me a faulty solar controller. But to return it, I have to rip out the whole solar array setup and take it all back. Same on the panel. Panel burned up. Can't just swap a panel. Have to rip all the wires out and everything. Horrible way of doing business. That's why I will be returning $3000 of solar, canceling 3 cards and going to Lowes. You had your chance. You blew it.

Boo!!!!!!!Will never purchase from Home Depot ever again unless and until my order is complete.I purchased a patio set from Home Depot and they sent several right sided armrests so I was unable to assemble it. Basically, incorrect pieces. When I called the company who I was instructed to call, they did mail me a new piece. HOWEVER...they sent me yet again WRONG piece.
