Selections were plentiful, and their book sale is going on now, with bestsellers in plentiful supply. I went "early morning" before the store became crowded. A variety of holiday candy and treats were available too. I had a wonderful shopping experience. Also, the sales staff and cashiers were very pleasant.

Clean bathrooms, kind employees, quick service. Parking lot is the wild West but that's on Toledo's terrible drivers not target. One of the only dependable spots to hopefully find Pokemon cards. Starbucks inside! I love you Target!

I was able to find what I wanted quickly with the help of the customer service person. She was very personable and helpful. This store is so much more full and shopable than Alexis road. It does sadden me however that Target does not want to attract the average income shopper. They've almost priced themselves out of our league in most departments. I'm also very much not alone in saying we miss the pop, popcorn and Carmel corn. You can keep Starbucks

All self check out. Being a senior citizen this sucks. Had large items in my cart close to $100 worth of items to purchase. Lady said she would help ring up my items. No, you just lost my business forever. Shame on you. Employees gabbing away could have opened a register. Shame on you and your customer service!

I went into the store on Sunday Oct. 1 @ approx 1:30 pm . The purpose of my visit was to return an item I purchased online . I already filled out the necessary info on line for a return and had a email with instructions for return . I went to the customer service counter for returns and orders and was waited on by a middle age man with straggly salt and pepper hair and long beard . When I showed him the email about the return he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t and wouldn’t help me . He told me I needed to print off a label myself and drop package off to another location .What location he never clarified . I told him I didn’t have a printer . He said because I started the return online he couldn’t help me . I asked him to look up the order using the credit card I used . He said smugly “ I don’t have your credit card number . I proceeded to whip out my credit card . He ran the card and found the order in his system and proceeded to process the return . If this employee did his job and understood the words “Customer Service “ I would have had a much better experience .Where did Target find this person ? What happened to “ going above and beyond “ . If this employee did not want to do his job he should have stayed home . Is this a example of “too little training “ or just indifference. I will not go to that Target location again . You just lost another customer .

I went there today on Black Friday and bought a couple of hundred dollars worth of items. Specifically, I bought two Lego kits. Going through everything later, I found that I was charged for four kits. When I went back, they said they “reviewed the footage and I walked out with four.” I was dismissed by their staff and not given the time of day to discuss the issue; regardless, they obviously did not look at the footage. Frustrating situation and extremely diminishing to be called a liar as a grown woman.

I like Target. They keep their employees very polite. The only thing I wish that they would have a regular cashiers. Instead, they have self-checkouts. I'm not an employee there so I don't feel that I need to check myself out. If they pay me that's another story. I do not want to take jobs away from employees.

Used to love shopping at the store on Monroe St. But lately the help is hard to find, and checkout all self checkout. The reason for this is corporate greed for bigger bonuses for front office. Cutting jobs seems the path for corporations nowadays. Sorry to see it happening these days. This is the only reason for two stars.Overall it's a clean environment to shop in, and when you actually find help, overall they're kind and helpful.But, BRING BACK THE CASHIERS and think less of your Profit margin.

This location completed a full remodel two years ago. They have expanded the grocery & health/beauty sections quite nicely & the Cafe has been replaced with a Starbucks.

It's Target. 🎯 Crowded isles with displays with slightly over priced goods. But they have a lot of good stuff depending. They do get special edition toys and the pharmacy is way better than actual CVS locations. Other than that, it's just Target. Not a good one but also not a bad one. Just average target.

‘No one’ of the 4 people I spoke with available to remove outfit from mannequin so ordered online. Then told I would have to return in 2 hrs to pick up. Sold out everywhere so guess I won’t be getting this one.

This girl name Alex, working in apparel I think, is an absolute angel and deserves a raise! I was close to having a meltdown over not finding tank tops and she was so beyond helpful and found something that would work for me. She was seriously so sweet and made my day. So, I'm a collector. And when I show up at most stores trying to complete my collections I am generally met by a staff member who could care less. Not here, I showed up when a set I was collecting was released. They hadn't had time to put them on the shelf just yet. I asked team member, Josh J when they would be out. He went in the back and found most of what I was looking for. What he couldn't find he located on the truck and brought to me as well. Bottom line, this is customer service. If all stores were this way they would have more sales. I hope Target reads this and gives Josh J. a raise or promotes him. He is the type of person who will keep your company at the top of their game. And if Josh J., reads this I want you to know you are the man!!!

I love target, but am annoyed with this past experience because I used my target app with coupons previously selected and then it didn’t work. I purchased a gallon of glue because I had a 20% off coupon, then it didn’t go through.It should have saved me about 2.30$ so not worth driving back 25 miles, but I’d like my money back.Uodate: they refunded me the 20% because if this review!! Awesome, mad love for Target again.

The lines are moderately pace going, but also somewhat slow. Some of the staff are kind, while others are not. But there is somewhat of a good selection here for food and for clothes as well as kids toys, also there are sections dedicated to what special holiday might come up next.

I love target only reason giving two stars is I was treated very poorly and it was embarrassing they acted and treated me one day like a thief because I go there a lot and spend a lot of money which I can prove and I was buying a bunch of bath towels because they were on sale. I was buying them for my mother, her boyfriend and just they have a collection of them so I bought a total of maybe about 30 and they treated me like I was stealing and they came up to me and was shaking my towels and embarrass me in front of people, I think that lost prevention team deserves to be fired and the thing is is they judge people that don’t steal but the people that steal walk away so I stop spending money at target when I would spend probably over $500 a month there all the time

Staff is helpful, easy to locate any item with there convenient aisle markers, there carts can fit like 4 kids in the basket, always full of customers that are definitely 8 or above. They have everything from Food, houseware, makeup, condoms.

I love target, I’ve been going to this store for 15+ years. It’s put together and is run really well. The last year I’ve probably been there 15+ times and the checkout has been severely understaffed. I really hope this location can get another set of self checkouts or staff the registers that aren’t open. I totally understand staffing issues right now- but there is always a long line. When I was there the other day a bunch of people were cutting in front of each other and there was a massive traffic overflow in the checkout area. It just leads to an experience issue for the every customer. I will continue going to this store but I really hope they can get this under control!!

I love this Target, my 6 year old prefers it over the one closer to our house! Remodeled, clean and beautiful. There are usually only 2 cashiers available, but self checkout is always quick and easy. Customer service desk has friendly, helpful employees.
