I found this place on a whim.. we needed our pebbles cut for the holidays and everyone was booked so when I reached out to this groomer she explained that they were booked but she could fit us in I was a little skeptical because I’ve had very bad experiences with dog groomers but the owner assured me they would take good care of Pebbles she also explained they just took over the business and they are new and wanted new customers we decided ok give them a try. So we did and it was amazing they asked questions made us very comfortable to leave our baby they listened to my husband who was on FaceTime which they didn’t seem to mind I left and they didn’t take long at all my husband picked her up and we were very satisfied! Of course we returned 2 weeks ago and got an appointment they sent text reminders again I dropped her no worries but sad to say we were not happy with this cut it looked like they just washed her and trimmed her now she is a 3lb Yorkie and we keep her short they may have trimmed her but very little I was upset because you could see all the patches and missed hair my husband picked her up and he really didn’t look at her he just got off work needless to say I was going to be done with them but I wanted to let them know that we paid too much money for her not to be done correctly. I called and consequently I got the owner again and I explained to her about how I wasn’t happy about the cut and I didn’t want to complain but it wasn’t right. This owner was VERY APPRECIATIVE that I called and very apologetic and she even remembered who I was and Pebbles she told me I could bring her back they were remodeling last week but she said her floors should be done by Monday but to make sure if I could come on Tuesday but if they finished early she would let me know and I could come sooner I told her I didn’t want to take anyone’s appointment time she didn’t hesitate and said Tuesday I went and was greeted by a very kind woman who asked what I wanted she also apologized shook my hand and thanked me for allowing them to get it right and giving them another chance. Needless to say they did AMAZING and even called before they cut her face to make sure of the length. I really appreciate that. I think the lady who took care of Pebbles this time her name was Christie I believe. Great job amazing service awesome customer service! 10/10

This was our boy Otis first groom, he's a 1yr 8 month old German Shepherd, this place is amazing, affordable and customer friendly! He looks and smells amazing! Highly recommend 🐕‍ 👍🏼

We recommended a boarding client take their dog Simply Pet Grooming and we are thrilled how great she looks. They gave her a trim and cleaned her up. No more knots or anything she's soft and easy to brush. You can tell she's comfortable and the experience was really easy for everyone. - will be recommending again as well and coming in for nail trims

Dropped dog off at 11 am. Called about 3 said dog would be done in an hour and a hlaf. At this point i have already had to change my plans and miss my kids soccer game. Go to pick him up an hour and a half later, still not even started. So my dog sat there for over 6 hours for no reason. And was told sorry super busy today as you can see? Why did i have to make an appointment then? I can honestly tell you i will not be back. I will spend the extra $10 for where i have been taking him. Just beware.

This was my first visit here and I am very pleased with their work. The staff is friendly and amazing with animals(my dog has separation anxiety and they kept her calm and happy), the prices are great, and they offer a whole list of options so you can adjust your services to your budget.

Robin does an awesome job with Hershey my 11 year old Australian Shepherd. She's been grooming him for 10 years !!! And this new place is amazing. He can go from shabby to chic in just a short while. No sitting in a cage until who knows when. As soon as he's done I get a phone call and can come get him. Everyone in here is so friendly. And a report card on Hershey and a loyalty card for future discounts is a plus too. Thanks again girls !!!

This groomers is taking the place of Fancy Furs, formerly operating at this location. I was taking my spaniel to FF and was apprehensive about new people handling my dog, as I tried many places before finding one that groomed my dog how I liked. However they are every bit as good and offer excellent prices and a full range of service. Best of all, they are open seven days a week and offer evening appointments, making it SO much easier to make an appointment that fits with your schedule. Welcome and keep up the good work!

We love taking our dogs to Fancy Furs! They are top notch! They are wonderful with my 7lb dog as well as my 90lb dog. From booking an appointment to picking up my pups 🐶 the whole thing is effortless ❤️ I highly recommend to ALL!! They will NOT disappoint🐕

They groom my dog the way they want to as apposed to my likes.Takes hair down to the skin in her butt Everytime, which allows her to drag butt on carpet/ground and turn purple from the irrigation, I've learned to watch utube videos DIY.....and I'm doing grooming on my pups myself.

Very nice and caring people to take care of my girl Bailey. My dog doesn't like the groomer but I've been there 3 times. I'm hoping to get her used to the same place and she calms down. The groomer she had the first 2 visit has retired, Robin, was really good. Her Granddaughter, I believe Megan, has done a nice job the past 2 visits. I know my dog is wiggly and isn't the best client. I appreciate their patience and understanding.

Do not take your pet here!!! I would give 0 stars if it would let me. These people are abusive to the animals they punch and hit the dogs while they are cutting them. I've literally seen it with my own eyes and will never take my dog there again. They also over charge the customers just make up prices as well as steal any tips that are supposed to go to the employees. If you don't believe me, just ask around at other grooming places. Thier reputation isn't great at all in the Toledo area, and I should have listened before taking my pet here. I decided to give them a chance until I literally seen them hitting the dogs. So disrespectful and sad.

I'm willing to bet that this place is a great place for dogs, however, this is horrible for a cat. For one, this place is just one big room. All animals are in the same room so all I could hear was barking dogs. I was reluctant to leave my cat but I figured I would give this place the benefit of the doubt since they have such good reviews.I leave my baby and get a call at the time I'm supposed to pick her up 2 and a half hours later for them to tell me they have done absolutely nothing with her.Honestly, I wouldn't have been so irritated had they not waited until my appointment was OVER to tell me they couldn't do it. What a waste of my time. At least they didn't try to charge me.When I asked for the person in charge they didn't even know who was.I won't say write off this place completely. I can see this being a great DOG groomers but this is NOT A PLACE FOR CATS. I don't think they should be advertising that they do either. The environment is poor for cats and I honestly don't think there used to cats considering he said they weren't even able to get my small cat out of her carrier.Overall, don't bring anything other than a dog here. Or at least, go check out the place before you commit your time and money to see if your animal can handle that environment.

I have taken my baby here twice now. She is normally very nervous and uncomfortable but when taking her here this last time she went right to them without barking or really stressing out...impressive for her! She looked fantastic considering she really was overdue for a grooming because she had emergency surgery and had to wait for her body to heal. I will continue to bring Chloe here and let her get pampered.It's nice being able to take your family to someone you can trust.

Sister took her cat here to get her cat groomed. After asking her to come in early, then asking her to come back in three hours, they said 2.5 hours in that she should come get her cat and bring her back on another day because there are too many dogs and she's scared. Huh? Of course she's scared, she's a cat. Why ask her to bring the cat in early if you weren't going to be able to service the cat. My sister was concerned about the number of dogs and the loudness of the facility and was reassured by staff only to be told later that they could not groom her. Pretty poor customer service...will not go back and would not recommend. Maybe good for dogs???Then you respond and tell a lie? Yes, I'll pass. She definitely didn't tell you not to bathe her. That's just untrue, but thanks for trying to blame her. 👍🏽

Robin has groomed my girl Bailey twice now and has done a wonderful job both times. I have a female Shih Tzu that doesn't like anything about being groomed. But she has gotten a great report card when I pick her up. That definitely tells me that the staff cares about the babies they are taking care of. See you in 6 weeks!!!

After taking my yorkie to many groomers in the Toledo area and getting terrible results. We passed by fancy furs and decided to give Debbie a try. My words will not do Fancy Furs justice. The place is super clean. Debbie asked what we wanted and she delivered. I was blown away at how well she cut our dog to specification. If you are ever unhappy with your service at your groomers or have been in search of a groomer for your dog, give Fancy Fur a try. You will not be disappointed. We are so so happy with the way our dog looks. Thanks again Debbie.
